This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. The hairline was so well done it is literally undetectable and with graduating thickness. It was a hairline that I haven't seen in many poly base units that I have purchased over the last 35 years since I've been wearing hair. Also the quality of the hair was first rate. I was afraid this wig would look too brown, but it is indeed a natural black. It looks completely black, but under harsh light has a deep mocha undertone instead of the blue one that jet black wigs have.
