The wig is beautiful everyone think that it's my real hair! The color is darker then I was expecting, I was thinking it was a darker brown with blond highlights but it's almost black. The delivery was fast about three days…My only issue is that my wig cap strap and tag was assembled on the front of the wig(bangs) instead of the back…I make it work but I want to put it on backwards every time I wear it, overall it's great for the price. I've ordered from you guys for a very long time, have had some wigs that I wasn't crazy about but never one that's been this awful. The ends and halfway through the curls are just fuzzy, no curl at all. I emailed customer service the same day I received the product and was instructed on how to return the product, the instructions listed no tags removed but to open the package I had to remove a tag, nevertheless, I decided it wasn't worth the aggravation and time to return it, I threw away money, money I can't afford to lose. I'm so disappointed. It would have been helpful if the person responding to my email would have had customer service training, no "I'm so sorry you're having this issue" or "we apologize for the inconvenience" no, instead, this is what you need to do? I bought this for a cruise. No kidding my companions started counting how many times I was stopped by fellow passengers and told how beautiful "my hair" was. The kicker was a 10 year old said I love your curls. Finally after the ship returned to USA, the customs officials said 'love your hair". I am not making this up! In the parking lot of a bridal shop, 3 young ladies leaving the shop literally yelled across the parking lot, "Lady, you have gorgeous hair".
