I recently had extreme hair loss due to alopecia and needed to purchase a wig. I have never had to do anything like this and didn't know where to start. After looking through SEVERAL websites and styles of wigs I chose Always. It came in promptly, less than a week. It was beautiful right out the box. I wanted looser curls so I combed it out and it looked wonderful! Day 1, I wore it for maybe 4 hours out running errands. When I got home the ends were SO matted and tangled. The ends of the wig look like damaged hair, frizzy and crinkled. I have not used any heat and I have not washed it yet. I've worn it out twice and it looks terrible. I did buy the synthetic hair care package and been applying the products as directed. After purchasing this wig I now know what not to get and what to look for in a wig. I really don't think it will be another Raquel Welch wig. I am so disappointed and hate that I spent $150+ on this poor quality wig.Mariah
I have purchased several wigs from Vogue over the past few years, and I've bought more than one of this style. The texture and quality make it my very favorite! It is unbelievably realistic with the look and feel of real hair, whether you wear it straight or curly. I always trim bangs on mine and typically trim off some of the length for a little more layered look. The highlighting is so natural that I've had several people ask me who does my hair! I wear this almost every day and regular washing helps keep it soft and reduces fraying on the ends. I've also found that using a curling iron or flat iron will also help with some of the fraying on the ends. This wig also has a very natural monofilament top which allows the hair to lay very nicely no matter how you part it. The best feature of this wig is the texture of the hair, which allows you style it as you would your own. It's amazingly natural looking, soft, and beautiful!

I've purchased this wig for several years now. I've had two different colors. One was a darker brunette and the other was this one R9S+ Glazed Mahogany. I love the color. The only thing I have noticed in ordering this style, one of the wigs in the brunette color, was cut different than the original one. I've noticed this with other styles of Raquel Welch wigs. It would be interesting to see how these wigs are manufactured. Other than that, it's a great wig. I still have my hair but it's thinning so much as I get older. This was one of my favorite wigs. It has changed and I sent back my order. The fibers were too shiny and wispy, flipping up and "different" then the last two I purchased. Also the base neckline was severely short and would easily show a misplaced hair from underneath. Very disappointed and lost too much money back and forth. I don't have money to waste. I thought I knew what I was getting. Sorry but I have been very happy in the past with both my Cinch and my sparkle wigs. I'm wondering if they have done the same to the Cinch wig.

I had several problems with this wig. At first, I didn't understand what the problem was and then I figured out that the major issue was that it was too big for my head. Also, there's so much hair that it made it look unnatural on me. Another major problem is that the root color on the blonde (I tried light and medium) is much, much, much too dark unless you are a natural dark brunette and you would actually let your roots grow out that long. I will say that other than that, the color shading of the blondes was very nice. I never wore this outside the house because I thought the hair strands looked too much like nylon inside the house and thought they'd really look bad in the sun. There is no curl to this wig as shown in the online photos. It is stick straight so prepare for that. I got red/gold which is more gold than red but is pretty. The roots are very dark so looks like someone with very dark brown hair dyed their hair red/gold and now need to touch it up. The amount of hair is thinner which I like. The bangs are very long and will need trimming unless you want bangs hanging in your face. May or may not keep, on the fence. When I first received the wig I was worried that it would be too thin. But, when I am wearing it, I find that the lower density looks extremely natural and more realistic than the overly thick human hair wigs I have had in the past. I will have to be happy with my nice n easy hair coloring. The wig I received today was Not the Color I ordered or not even the correct product. I am showing a lot of gray and I purchased the bob hairdo in a brow color. I got a wig that has more gray in it than my own hair. The wig also has some sort of a white cotton cap sewn into the inside of the wig. Not once did I see any of the models or the hosts that were trying on wigs show this white cap on the inside of the wig. My wig did not come with the nylon head cap that all of the models were wearing. I have heard of bait and switch but now I have experienced it. This wig will be returned. I have never worn a wig before, but due to some health issues the past year, my hair has become very thin, which is very disheartening to say the least. Now why would they put a white liner, and I know it was done for sanitary reasons, inside the wig making it so difficult to try it on. Also, it stated in the presentation you would receive a "wig cap" and even says that in the description for the product, but I did not receive one, why not? I will probably keep my wig because I do like the style and the color, but I'm still not sure of the fit. Please QVC, stand by your product, and give us the correct information and, hopefully get rid of that liner! I do not recommend this to other customers due to the presence of the liner.CaroleE12
I have close to 20 wigs. Purchased the Graceful Bob in Medium Brown/Gold. Stunning cut. This is my first Hairdo purchase and I had concerns about the color being too dark, would it look too wiggy? There was a drum roll when I opened my box and I was pleasantly surprised. NO issues. Lovely soft brown with highlights and not wiggy at all. When I put it on there is a white paper/cloth like lining. I had never seen that before but moved forward with putting it on. I like it and will keep it but the bangs were a little long so I carefully trimmed them. Not concerned because I do that all the time. So, perfection….. Now lets look at this lining. It is paper like and carefully tears out where there is a little stitch. OK so makes sense these days for added protection. Caution … That paper cap adds bulk when trying on the wig. So much so I had to trim more off my bangs because the wig fit much better. So, to those of you that think it is too tight it may be the paper inside. I think the hosts do need to mention that in the presentation. If they have I missed it. The color was very true to the display presentation with all the wigs lined up. Easy to freeze that frame on the computer and stare at it. Hope this helps those on the fence.Puppymeister
