I've had this wig over a year now (15-16 months). I absolutely love the look but even with caring for it and brushing it daily (the days I wore it) the very back gets severely tangled. I will still wear the wig, but only if I want to be bothered with brushing longer than usual. I own 2 of these beautiful wigs. It is a fabulous color P27-30-33. The cap is breathable and I don't melt while playing tennis in south Alabama. It is super easy to style with a straightener, curling iron and even hot rollers. I have had these over a year and wear them every day. My only complaint is that after a few months you do have to carefully flat iron the ends especially at the nape of the neck because the hair gets very frizzy and course. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture.
