I was so excited to receive this and try something new. I've been wearing Reese and Sky for a few years now, but wanted to switch it up a bit. I was so disappointed when I saw this. First, it looked like doll hair and the color was AWFUL! I normally wear either Irish Spice or Bronzed Brown. I ordered R3025S+ this time for a "highlighted" look, boy was I wrong. It looked like carrot orange. Well, lesson learned, stick with old faithful.Catherine I.
I loved the look of this wig but was hesitant to buy because of all of the bad reviews. There really are no wigs that look great right out of the box. All wigs need some sort of help. Here’s what I recommend when getting a new wig: take it out of the box and give it a good shake. Put it on and adjust the fit, ear tabs, and general placement. Finger comb it into place and then walk away. Stay away from any mirrors for at least 30 minutes or longer and don’t mess with it. This is important because when you do look in the mirror again you have “fresh eyes”. It will be easier to be more objective and not just reactive. At this point you can focus on what you do and don’t like and determine if the don’t likes are ‘fixable’. Change the part if needed, if there is too much poof, wet it down and finger comb. Don’t do any permanent modifications until you decide if you want to keep it. But give yourself time to evaluate the wig properly. For this wig, I wet the top, used my fingers to make a deep side part sweeping the bangs across my forehead and flattened down some of the poofiness on the top then left it alone to dry. I’m so happy I didn’t let the bad reviews discourage me. She’s a cute, sassy wig!jnut
I am 68 and have been wearing wigs pixie wigs for many years, but want a new wig with a little more fullness. I absolutely love this new wig and would recommend it to anyone. Unlike many of the other wigs that do not even resemble the pictures of the wig they purchased, this one looks exactly like the pictures on QVC. I only have one small complaint. The Med Red/Ginger is NOT red. It is more like a light brown with a little bit of red in it. There are a lot of us natural redheads that would love a short brighter red wig, such as Rachel Welch wig color "Glazed Fire". I would like to suggest that Hairdo and QVC start offering more wigs that are a brighter red for their redheaded customers. This is a beautiful wig. However, the color was a disappointment. My hair is pure white and while I knew it would not be a perfect match I was hoping there would be more similarities. The color description said lightest gray evenly blended with pure white. I feel that there is much more gray than pure white. Also, The wig looked more like a medium gray color with very little pure white standing out. If it weren’t for that I would give it a 5 star rating.
I was waiting for my wig to arrive anxiously. I was worried about the color being too red and also unsure about the fit of the cap on my 23inch head. Turns out that the color is just a warm blond, which is perfect! I do love the platinum highlights around the face! The cap fits my head very well, so no problems there. It's amazing how much it looks like real hair, so much so that in my mind IT IS real hair! Wearing it is like taking a trip down memory lane. I used to have the same color, texture, and cut 35 years ago. I do feel that I look significantly younger wearing this wig. I have very sensitive skin, but this fiber does not irritate my neck. It barely touches my shoulders and does not irritate that skin either. I don't really know how to style hair, so it's lucky that this wig looked great right out of the box. I think it has that European chic. I love the softness of the cut around the face and of the waves. I don't think I'll ever want to wear another wig ever again!

Wow! This wig is lovely! I really didn't have to do much, other than to cut bangs for it, and it was absolutely, perfect for Sleeping Beauty. This wig was unlucky enough to be the first wig I ever took scissors to. However, it held up great and was a joy to work with. 🙂 I do want to add that some of the stitches in the size-adjustment ribbon were coming out. I know how to sew, so this was not a big issue and definitely not worth my docking any points from the quality of the wig, itself.Greta H
As soon as I put the wig on, the clasp to tighten the wig, broke off, and where you clip it on the wig, also ripped off. So now, the wig does not fit properly. I will have to sew pieces back together to be able to tighten the wig. The curls get messed up real quick and it’s extremely frizzy.Anonymous
The color is beautiful. If you look for a very natural looking warm blonde tone! The 'strawberry color' is mixed with blonde highlights. I love it a lot as it's exactly what I was looking for. If you want a 'more orange' colored wig, I'd recommend another one though! The thickness is very good! It also has a V shape at the front, where the lace sits. Keep that in mind! I liked the look of it. The curls are easily brushed and won't tangle that much. A little bit is normal though. For this thickness it's awesome. I love it and would recommend it any time!Anonymous
