I purchased this product back in February and wanted to try it before writing this review. The Nonyx Gel has nearly cleared the problem and the nail is returning to its original pink color. The results are amazing. I recommend this product 100 percent. Just keep using it daily and give it time to work.Gary
People need to read the box before trying this. It softens the fungal debris so it can be removed, taking away the food supply for the fungus but it takes time. The key is to get it under the nail as far as possible and then periodically clean out the softened gunk underneath. If you don’t do this it won’t work. So if you want instant gratification then neither this nor any anti fungal will make you happy. But if you follow instructions it will work over time, quicker for some, slower for others depending on the degree of fungal infection. If you’ve let your feet go for awhile it will take longer. So the secret is to be patient. Tip: also put some gel on the pad of a band aid and then wear it wrapped around the nail. Change daily. Will slightly accelerate process.John
I have used Nonyx for the last month or so after trying many different things to combat toenail fungus. None seemed to have much effect but since Nonyx my nails are a lot whiter and growing out looking better. I have several that have been thickened for quite some time and they are still thick, but by keeping them closely trimmed and cleaned out under the nail and apply Nonyx twice a day I can see some improvement. Does not happen overnight but over time I think they are showing improvement. I would suggest that a brush of some kind be included with the Nonyx as I have had to use one I had for another toe nail product to adequately push the product up under the toenails as far as I can. My only concern is that I have read that Nonyx does not get to the real problem – the fungus – but helps with appearance which it does. I’m going to make this short and to the point. If you’re a woman who dreads wearing sandals and flip flops in public because you’re always self conscious due to a few problem toenails that look like they should belong to Shrek instead of yourself, you are wasting valuable time sitting on the fence while you should be knocking it down to get this stuff! The results are rather fast. It only took about three days for it to tame the beast of a nail that has caused me so much agony due to being thick and lifted from the nail bed. It’s also done wonders for the unsightly, off white color of the tips on my big toes, and I was also amazed that it got rid of all of the crusty cuticles on my little toes. I never realized that yes, I do indeed have normal sized pinky nails, not just tiny nubs pretending to be my little toenails! Why, oh why did I ever pass on this stuff because I thought it was too expensive?! Knowing what I know now, I would gladly pay double for it! I was very optimistic about Kerasal after promises of visible results in 2 days. After 8 weeks of use I had to stop since my nails were getting progressively worse. I paid $30.00 for a small tube of this ineffective product. After opening the package I read the directions and at the bottom in tiny print it said it was not an anti fungal which can only be prescribed be a physician. Turns out this is a cosmetic, not a cure. The outer package should say that. Instead I wasted $30.00 on a product that gives the false impression it is a cure. I think I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and ask if they agree that this and similar products should display warnings in large print on the outer package that this is a cosmetic not an anti-fungal.

After years and years of buying much more expensive anti-fungal nail treatments that never worked, I'm very impressed with how effective Fungi-Nail is when used as directed. It's already cured the nail fungus I picked up courtesy of a public swimming pool (you'd think the chlorine would kill it, but my doctor says that pool surroundings and shower areas are one of the most common places to pick up nail fungus). This product got rid of the fungus in record time, and now I still use it regularly, just it to make sure the fungus doesn't come back. So much to say but il keep it short. It worked so far on my last to fingers. My middle finger i broke three times so the nail is a mess and does not seem to be clearing up. My first finger was the first to get the fungus but for some reason it cleared up on its own before i started applying this. I was on and off, never consisted until now. I’ve been dealing with a gross nail fungus On my right big toe for about 8 months now. I can honestly say I don’t remember having bare toes in years. They’re always polished. I also had a bad habit last summer of wearing my tennis shoes without socks. I was horrified earlier this year when the lady at the nail shop told me I had fungus! I had never and I was embarrassed. I've used this to treat nail fungus twice, and it worked both times. First time was on my thumb nail and second time on my big toe nail. My thumb nail was only partially affected, so I wasn't too surprised about this medicine getting rid of the infection. My toenail got really bad (under nail polish) before I caught it. This product does not get rid of toe nail fungus. It supposedly just makes the nail look better. It actually made the nail look worse. Much darker. Better off just using Tea tree oil to kill the fungus. The nail will eventually get thinner and lighter in color as it grows out. I'm not going to say this product won't work for anyone, but it didn't work for me. Now I've been suffering from a nail fungus that started about 3-4 years ago and it go to the point that I had to go to the podiatrist and he removed the nail whilst also applying a medication which was supposed to keep the fungus from coming back, but when my new nail grew back, I had the same issue. My nail is discolored and lifted from the nail bed. I've been able to get the nail halfway adhered with application of tea tree oil under the nail twice a day. I tried this product and had hopes that it would help the remaining other half of my nail to recover or at least look nice since it is summer and therefore sandal time, however, this product did not improve the look of my nail or the condition. In fact, it made it feel inflamed and painful so I removed the product and my toe began to feel better without using it. Now what I will say about this product is that it applies easily and will stay on all night or all day (even walking around with shoes or sandals) but it still is easily removed when it's time to remove it. This would probably work for people with thin nails or the beginning signs of a nail fungus but not something as advanced as what I have.Angelica
I was so excited to try this product. I have been looking for something that would help with my gross thick toenails. I’ve tried many things and this product had great reviews so I had high expectations. It was very easy to apply and it stayed on throughout the night and the next day. I thought I would hate having them between my toes but it didn’t bother me. I’ve been using for about two week because it only contains 14 patches which for the price I think you deserve at least 30. I purchased over the counter nail fungus formula from the store several times. On avergae it costs $10. Problem is, the fungus would clear up and come back after a few months. Only had two toe nails that had to heal…probably from walking barefoot indoors with dog traffic, God only knows what they walk in with. I Cleared one big toe nearly completely and cleared the other big toe about half way with one small bottle. I wasn’t applying it three times a day, I tried to a first, I did tho use a glass nail file and cut my toe nails before applying. I still seen results in the first week. I was covering my toes up with bandaids which seemed to make the healing process work faster. Sometimes even covered that with wrap tape before bed. Still need to get another bottle for the sec toe. After years and years of buying much more expensive anti-fungal nail treatments that never worked, I'm very impressed with how effective Fungi-Nail is when used as directed. It's already cured the nail fungus I picked up courtesy of a public swimming pool (you'd think the chlorine would kill it, but my doctor says that pool surroundings and shower areas are one of the most common places to pick up nail fungus). This product got rid of the fungus in record time, and now I still use it regularly, just it to make sure the fungus doesn't come back. A friend who went to the expense of getting a prescription for oral treatments for nail fungus was very unhappy when they didn't work at all, so I told her about my positive experience with Fungi-Nail, and it worked for her as well. So much to say but il keep it short. It worked so far on my last to fingers. My middle finger i broke three times so the nail is a mess and does not seem to be clearing up. My first finger was the first to get the fungus but for some reason it cleared up on its own before i started applying this. I was on and off, never consisted until now. Its been about 3 months, applied 2-3 times a day. My last two nails were completely covered but i started taking pictures the next month to see if there was any changes, and yes there is. Can be a pain at first trying to apply after opening because you twist and twist and nothing comes out and you twist some more and it starts pouring. Does not help on your toe nails.TonyG
I bought a funginail pen at the beginning of summer and it was great. I bought another one a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to be empty. I couldn't get it to work at all. So if you get a full one, yes I would recommend this product. In fact, it worked so well for me that I'm going to try another one. Hopefully it will work as well as the first one did.
