Ho Ho holy moly! This is an AMAZING polish! Most glitter polishes (which is the version I’m reviewing) smear when you put them on or don’t show up at all. This Deep Sea Diamonds polish shows up and then some! It not only has small glitter but bigger pieces as well which makes it super sparkly! I’m wearing it over a darker color but you can definitely wear this on its own. Two coats is all you need but you can get away with one. This is probably one of my favourite nail polishes. I love the shade of green and the non-goopy application of it. It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. When I use this polish along with the Miracle Gel top coat, I get a solid week out of the nails before I get any chipping. Usually I only have to repaint them when the nails are growing out too much. Dries quickly, so apply quickly and carefully. This is a great middle ground between regular polish and real gel, meaning it is great for home use. You can get thick coverege that hides your ridges without needing to buff your nails if you do 2 color and 1 top coat. I'm in the process of replacing all my existing polishes with Miracle Gel versions.LH

I use a variety of Salley Hansen products, loyally have experienced nothing but good quality. I bought this nail art pen in the hopes that using would make my smile lines for french manicures I wear to work crisp on point. The first few uses were just okay, the color wasn't quite as opaque as I hoped so I had to go over my lines 2 or 3 times. Then the consistency changed, I don't know if it was because it was beginning to dry out but the polish started looking like I was trying to do my nails using white out. I then began to find small particles of dried polish throughout anything I tried to draw. It then completely clumped up wouldn't even come out of the pen at all. This was after maybe 6 or 7 uses. I ended up throwing it away. Maybe just a bad batch? It worked just fine for the 1st 2 or 3 times. I don't think I would repurchase this particular product againjessica.l
This color is really nice. I LOVE IT! If you like sparkles, use this color with INSTA-DRY 258 SHOOTING STAR on top of it. You can use any color of XTREME WEAR and add Bling. How I applied; one generous coat, let dry. Then add 258 SHOOTING STAR on top; 2 generous coats. When using Sparkles/Bling on top, make sure the coats are very generous, let dry between each application. Also if you miss areas for sparkles, you can reapply the glitter where you want it. Don't worry about imperfections because the glitter will dry as if you applied it with brush smoothly. Using these two colors will give you a ROSE GOLD SPARKLE APPEARANCE. The liquid is clear. Apply more coats depending on how much bling you want. Will last 1 week or more depending on how much you wash your hands or using cleaning products without gloves. I LOVE this polish! I bought the Disco Ball color, which is clear with holographic glitter in it. My picture does NOT do it justice at all! The 3 pink fingernails have this polish on them and they are gorgeous! The polish dries pretty quickly. I usually don't like using polish because I always make a mess of it and get smudges, etc. But this is a nice overlay over nail strips that I have. It applies smoothly and easily. I put a gel top coat over it so it has lasted over a week and still looks like it does in the picture. At a little over $2 I think this is a great value to make your mainicures POP! I have not tried to remove it yet, but using those clips that go over your nails with remover on cotton pads and leaving it on for about 5 minutes or so, should easily remove it, even though it's glitter.JustRambling

I absolutely hate waiting for polish to dry. We all got stuff ta to you know? What's worse is waking up realizing that you've somehow smeared your polish that should have dried hours ago in your sleep. Can anyone relate? Well that was not happen with this polish. It dries so quickly that unless you're just not paying attention you can't mess it up. It goes on well too, as well as any polish I've tried and I don't buy the cheap stuff. Here's the cons. It chips easily if you do not wear gloves when doing work around the house or if you have to wash your hands a lot. It's also hard to remove. I scrub and scrub and the three kinds I have with shimmer in them, the glitter wants to hang on no matter what. Then there's the health of my nails. I'm pretty sure that this polish has made my nails peel at the tips so it's probably drying my nails. Ok so if you need a quick manicure this is the polish for you. If you hate waiting or just don't have time to wait this is the polish for you. I would recommended trying a base coat, which I am going to try soon, to see if it helps the issues I've mentioned.Brynn
This is some of the best nail polish I've tried, and I do home manis every week. The colors are on point, more unique than other brands which is one thing I love about this brand. This formula dries smooth and clear, and lasts. I wash my hands a lot and polish only lasts 2-3 days before I need a touch up, but it's easy to touch up and color blends smoothly. Best of all, it does dry quickly which is a huge selling point for me because I tend to paint my nails before bed while winding down and watching TV, and never seem to leave enough time for them to dry before I'm ready for bed! This was my first time trying Essie and I am extremely impressed. It's quick dry in about a minute meaning I can do right before bed and it's not wrecked in the morning. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. There is a lot that I like about this “It Takes Two” Miracle Gel nail polish and top coat. First, the color! I’m wearing Sugar Fix which is a bright, powdery blue perfect for summer! Second, I like the size and convenience of this tube; perfect to fit in your bag and have a mani-on-the-go! One side has the color and the other a top coat. Thirdly, no base coat needed! Now one thing I think needs improvement: it states to apply two color coats, wait five minutes, then apply the gel top coat. I waited slightly longer but when I applied the top coat, two of my nails smeared because I pressed too hard with the brush. It wasn’t terrible but something to be aware of. I simply re-applied on those areas and it dried fine. I think this needs more time to dry before adding the top coat. Also, you’ll need to hold onto the base of the tube as you’re applying or else it might fall over as you dip the brush in. This isn’t so much a needed improvement but rather the outcome of the sleek tube design. I’ve read a lot of reviews on this product and most of them seem to be color-related. I obviously can only speak to the color I used which went on decent the first coat and fully covered with the second. This does last a few days without heavy chipping. While I am admittedly by no means an expert on nail polish, I was far beyond satisfied, in fact, I was completely impressed with both the color and the quality of this nail polish. It dries quick, goes on thick and lasts! But, most importantly, the color is awesome. It is totally unique as I have certainly never seen this color before. It is predominantly silver- very shiny silver. What makes this color unique is the shade of pine green mixed in with the dominant metallic sheen. The brighter the light, the more the green shows. So basically it looks ever so slightly different every time you look at it- which to me is super cool! Highly Recommended!

It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. Even with the double duty polish by sally hansen there is no saving this horrible nail polish. Air bubbles, smears so easily even though I waited 10 minutes to make sure it was dry. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

I really like to make my own manicures and pedicures. I have all kind of nail polishes which I buy in drug stores and on-line. Even have my own UV-lamp and used to do shellac and gelish at home. I love the way gel-polish shines on your nails, but it is really hard to remove this polish afterwards. So, I was looking for a product that would make my nails shiny and thick, but will remove within seconds with regular nail-polish remover. China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat is this one product you need to make your nails look salon-quality worthy. I use other brands for the base coat and color, but I always put China Glaze on top of it. This polish dries out within a minute and makes your nails nail-hard. And the sine you get…lets just say, when I came to manicure place to get my nails done (I still do it sometimes), the lady took out machine to remove my gel because she could not believe regular nail polish can look so shiny. And it was 5 days old manicure! People always give me compliments on the way my nail polish look like, and I always tell them, that my only secret is the the top coat I use. What is more, this polish does not tend to dry out in the bottle. I agree with another reviewer about the color. Mine is definitely a hot coral. And it went on in a matte finish…not shiny at all. So what's up with that? Either this was mislabeled, I got one from a bad batch, or it was reformulated because what I received is hot coral, not at all pink as pictured. Even when I googled for swatches prior to ordering it looked like it was supposed to be a lovely hot pink neon. But even accounting for lighting/device display differences this is way on the orange spectrum, so I am very disappointed. First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I was looking for a black nail polish and came across this brand online. I had never heard of the brand before, but I liked the colors, so I decided to order one on a whim. I ordered the color, Black Knight. It's black with a tiny bit of iridescent shimmer. I applied the nail polish as soon as I got it and I must say I am very pleased with the results. The polish goes on so evenly in just 3 or 4 strokes. It stays in place, it doesn't drip off the side of my nails. There is absolutely no odor, which is amazing! It dries quickly and looks great. I also love that it's cruelty free and doesn't contain any phthalates or parabens. I'm very pleased with this nail polish and I will definitely be ordering some of the other colors. I found this when looking for pregnancy friendly polish. Pleasantly surprised by how long this polish lasted. I used it together with the primer and top coat system. Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. This polish is not the winner that I expected but at the same time it is not a total loss either. I would recommend the Rosy Future because of its versatility. For those who like a sheer iridescent look it’s a winner. For those who like neon nails it’s also a winner. Enjoy your new nail polish! I absolutely love this top coat. I use it over Color Street Nails, but also for my daughter when she's painting her nails. It extends my manicure to 10 days, at least (I usually get sick of the color first and take it off). Dries very quick and gives a nice shiney coat. I don't usually need to reapply. Gives it a nice gel polish look and I get a ton of compliments all the time. Makes my nails feel much stronger. Definitely recommend. I received this nail polish complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I read a description of this which called it a "Barbie pink" and was immediately like "ugh great, bright pink!" I'm generally not a fan of pinks, but this one grew on me! I applied two coats of Two Timing the Zones over the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat, finishing it off with the OPI Top Coat. This polish bubbled, even after leaving 40+ minutes between coats, which was annoying! I ended up topping it with Essie's A Cut Above, which made already girly nails *even more* girly, and I actually liked it! This was again topped with another layer of the top coat. The polish chipped on my dominant hand within 3 days. Considering there's three layers on top, with the tips capped, that's pretty annoying! On my non-dominant hand, it chipped within 5. For me, it's not worth the price tag and I want far better longevity regardless of the price tag. It's around £15 in the UK, and I've got £1-2 Kiko polishes that perform better. I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! When it comes to nail polish, I tend to be quite skeptical especially since gel is a go-to. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this Essie polish due to its color, application and wear. In terms of color, this shade looks great with one coat or multiple depending on the look youre going for. And since it has a nice shimmer to it, it doesnt show imperfections or chips either. I love natural colors, so this one was an A+ for me. Because you can really build up the opacity of this polish, this made applying it really easy with three main swipes across the nail. And due to the shimmer, its really forgiving even if you do make a mistake. The brush was also quite flat and wide, which helped with the application process. (Drying time was quite short especially if you do thin layers). This polish was also great in terms of wear and is still holding up well after a good week of wearing it. Granted I did apply a topcoat, this still held up through housework and doing dishes by hand. In all, Im a big fan of this shade of Essie polish and think it would be perfect year round if not an easy to upkeep color in the summer months on my fingers and toes.AleksandraM
I am obsessed with Essie, that’s all I have bought since 10 years ago. I have tried Tuck it in my Tux and few others and decided Marshmallow has the best hue!!!! I love the color, not too white not pink, just right. The formula however is horrible. The first couple of times after opening the bottle is great except in order not to get streaks you have to apply 3 coats. After a few days of opening the bottle, the formula gets thick and clumpy and not usable!!! Also, the mandatory 3 layers make the nail polish to peel off in a day or two because it’s simply two thick and rubber feel like almost. Please note this is a constructive review for Essie, I am asking you to please change this formula since I love your products. I would love others to enjoy this wonderful nail polish but at this stage I am not able to use this color anymore. I don’t like anything with sparkle or shine and neither one of your colors mimic marshmallows. The open bottles show the clumps on top. Unfortunately my video would not upload. I appreciate seeing larger companies like Revlon make beauty products a bit safer when it comes to the ingredients they use. The Ultra HD Snap Nail Polish is a vegan formula that claims users only need one coat. I did find this to be true and since painting my nails isn’t often something I spend time on, I appreciated this user friendly aspect of the polish. The color certainly has a snap to it and upon first using it, it seemed a bit too bright for me. Once it dried however, I found myself liking it. The other colors in the line are perfect for spring and summer so I may purchase a few others. I coated my Revlon polish with Essie’s Always Transparent from their expressie line which dries quickly and is also vegan. I then added a drop of Olive June’s Dry Drops to seal the polish. Overall, I enjoyed this nail polish and recommend it for anyone looking for an option that doesn’t require as much of a time investment as others.lauren.d
The nail polish itself is easy to use it’s a thicker formula so it doesn’t seem to move around once u coat the nail. I love that it’s a vegan formula and quick drying as it says. I love the shape of the brush it is perfect. I’m not the biggest fan of the cap it’s chunky and I don’t feel I get a good grip with it like the standard nail polish cap. I wasn’t a fan of the color I received it was a very light warm tone brown. I feel like this color would flatter medium-dark skin much better as a perfect nude. Overall I enjoyed the experience of doing my nails with this polish since revlon is not cruelty free I don’t think I will be picking up more shades but I would if they were cruelty free! First I want to start off by saying I LOVE the color I have an olive skin tone and this berry shade is beautiful and I think it would look great on any skin tones. I loved that I could swipe one time and you did not need another layer it is not opaque at all, but actually very pigmented and thicker than other nail formulas I’ve used. I used the nail kale base coat from Nails Inc. London (love this brand for gel like nails) then topped it with this revlon nail polish. I love using that base coat because it makes my nails look like gel without gel. I did do, two layers although I could’ve just done one, and then topped it with the clear Essie brand top coat. I did my ring finger with a different nails inc color, and that one has not chipped but within a day all of my revlon ones have chipped so this is not a long lasting nail polish at all. If that is your style then you may love this, but I don’t. I actually prefer the dashing diva sticker nails more than painting my nails because it’s easier, cuter designs, and less time. It is $8 which I feel is a reasonable price for nail polish and you can tell it’ll last a long time. It definitely quick dried! That was something I did like. It still had that strong nail polish smell though. It hasn’t damaged my nails and my nails do look glossy, and it has a really rich color so that’s nice. They have a wide arrange of colors up to 24 I think anyone could find a shade they’d like. I may be late to the OPI Mexico City Collection's Spring 2020 release, but at least I finally found that rad yellow creme! With my pale, pink-toned skin, finding a yellow that is saturated without leaning too dark, pastel, or neon — AND has a 3-coat (or less) formula — is a real challenge. I got my hands on this color after stumbling into an Amazon sale (the "Buy at least $20 worth of these selected items, get $5 off" kind? It was the first time I tried it out!) where a few of the OPI Mexico City colors were included. I had heard about this color for a while, and watched nail polish swatchers on YouTube include it in their side-by-side yellow polish comparisons every season, but I could never find it in-stock at a reasonable shipping rate until that sale. Score! As you can see from my photo, it's a slightly lighter yellow, but it works like a standard yellow on my fair skin when compared to darker shades. It pops in just the right way! Plus, its formula is 3 coats maximum for full opacity, which is hard to achieve with yellow polish at any price point. (Don't you hate it when a color of polish is sold as the brand's "standard primary color," only to find out it takes 4 or 5 streaky coats to achieve that color? So many polish brands do that with yellow and white, even at the salon level. No, thank you!) I've been in in a real yellow mood this summer, so I'm so happy to find a great color that works for me in 3 coats and doesn't chip easily after a few days!elizabeth.o
Did you know that OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark was one of Kim K's favourite nail polishes in 2011? (Totally true, look it up.) I, for one, think it's time we restore it its former glory. Maybe that's because I'm a millennial and obsessed with nostalgia. Maybe it's because it's the perfect vampy shade – dark and deep, but not MySpace-era emo black. We will never know. I have been wearing Mod About You since it was first introduced to the OPI line. It is the most gorgeous shade of pink I have ever put on my hands and toes. Every year when spring comes, it's one of the first things I buy (along with my favorite self tanner). It truly makes me happy! It's a beautiful shade that I have never seen duplicated by any other nail polish line. It has a underlying blue-ish base mixed in with the pink and it works so well with my skin tone. I have done nails for well over 20 years so I have tried any and every nail product under the sun! Before shellac and the instant dry nails…. I really liked China Glaze polish. I actually will occasionally use it to do nail art still. It always held up the best, in my opinion, out of all the other brands. That was also on either natural or artificial nails too. I also loved their color selection! Another plus was that it wasn’t as expensive as OPI- which in my opinion was a terrible line of nail products. Period. But I only took a star off because…. you just can’t beat nails that dry immediately and you don’t have to worry about messing your nails up after you pay ho much money already to get them done!!
So I only used this once. I will give it another chance, but for now my Essie Fill the gap and Nailtec foundation II are my favorites. Maybe I'm not being fair cause I don't only use it for it's purpose. But there are other great options out there and I really feel like this wasted my money.Like another reviewer mention, it has this ugly burnt orange color. My nails looks "sick", and NOT in a good way. They look horrendous with it. I know this is just a ridge filler, but I like to use them alone sometimes with only a top coat to give my nails that fresh natural look. I guess that's not the purpose of it, but I loose out on that option with this filler. Essie gives a soft pink hue to your nails while Nailtec's give you more of a white milky result. Both very gorgeous! The only thing I am going to use it for is as a base under any of my opaque darker nail polishes.This base coat is very thin and watery. I like my nails to look plump and gel like. Only with one coat, other mentioned favorites really helps to speed up the time of making my mani look plump, while this doesn't really add any plumpness to the look in one single coat.As you may understand by now, I do not recommend this. BUT if you are looking for a thin, self leveling ridge filler for only it's purposes, I would give this a chance. The price is a bit lower than other ridge filler out there, and I don't want to bash it considering it's a product that does what it's supposed to do.more_spraygel_please
This another great color from China glaze! I love this color I get so many compliments. I have had this bottle for years w/out it getting thick or drying out. China glaze’s polish lasts forever! This color is tea beautiful because when you turn your nails it kind of changes colors in the light. It goes from a purple to a magenta to an even bluish color in there. It’s really beautiful and I definitely recommendvicki.m
