20 Best Electric Nail Buffer (2024 Update)

So this is the Melody Susie Sheen Nail Drill. I ordered this in 2019. 5 STARS y'all!! It gets all five stars from me because it's just that good and still works as it did the day I bought it, 3 years ago. My bf loves for me to do his nails with this 😆 (he's a diva too). First thing I noticed when I unboxed it is it doesn't feel light, plastic-y and cheap. It has a "for professionals" feel to it. You may not know what I mean but you'll see once you order one. It works so good y'all! It comes with 6 drill bits and a case for storage, 6 sanding bands of diff grit levels, a baggie of sanding bands, user manual, the actual electric drill, and the power cord. The drill has two spins: clockwise and counter, plus it has a dial to go fast or slower. And the best part, it does an awesome job! I can't even fit everything I want to say in this review. I store mines in this cute little Victoria Secrets bag and everything fits perfectly. I highly recommend you add this to your nail kits.ashley.s

I probably could have used a 4 step ladder rather than a 3 stepper but that was my mistake, not the supplier's. The instruction sheet was almost useless since the parts listing was in English and the actual instructions were in both Chinese and French, not English. I was able to install it by looking at the pictures in conjunction with the parts list. Fortunately, It was not very complicated, although I had to buy large wood screws to complete the installation (anchoring the ladder to the dock). I was aware of the need to buy screws for that purpose and all of the other necessary was included. So far the pontoon/dock ladder is working as expected so I have no complaints post purchase & installation.ronfo_79

I was very hesitant to purchase this from other reviews but i did and i honestly love it!! At first i put the bit in too tight and it wouldnt work however after pulling it out a little bit it works like a charm!! Very powerful on full speed! Tried it right away and works very good! garbage. stopped working after the 4th use. not sure if it's the cord or the connector where the cord goes into the unit. either way. very cheap. broke quickly. spend the extra money for something better. would return if I couldmellena

I purchased the drill when it was on sale in February. After 6 months of carefully using it, the drill suddenly stop working. Contact the customer care, they advised to contact the Harmony Drill. I did send email and called like they advised but no resolve from any of the party. not worth $270van n.

I've had the drill for 2 weeks and it works great! The hand piece does heat up a little after prolonged use. Occasionally I will turn it off to let it breath for a bit. But the speed and power of it is great! I also love that you can turn it from Right to Left handed. The machine itself is of good quality, absolutely NOT cheap plastic like some other models out there. Definitely recommend.dayofthedeadgirl

This efile is perfect for the beginner or novice Nail Technician. It is very quiet and does not vibrate when turned to the highest speed. When you can not afford those big name efiles and want something that will work well at a better price, this is the one to buy.rene-monro

I purchased this about 2 years ago…..used it 3-4 times. I recently charged it and when i went to use it…. nothing. I plugged it in again and it was if I hadn't charged it at all. I waited for the green light – when it came on I tried it again…..NOTHING! I wrote twice to Belasonic and each time they responded that I would receive a reply in a day or two. It has been over 6 weeks now….never received an answer to my problem. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS PRODUCT…..THEY CHARGE A PRETTY PENNY AND THEN THAT'S IT…..THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU!Bosman

This wonderful manicure/pedicure set was well thought-out to include just about everything you might need. It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. Finer than the coarse wheel to file more gently and slowly Felt cone – For buffing and polishing Cylindrical Grinder – Grinds and smooths toenails Pointed Grinder – Removes ingrown toenails. Small for precise use. Round Sapphire Grinder – Removes corns. Use carefully. Needle-shaped Cutter – Precision tool. Used on ingrown nails or parts of dead nails. Fine Sapphire callus file – Removes calluses on the soles and heel of the feet. Crystal callus file – Use on thick, hard skin or large calluses on soles or heel. Charge up your device for about 3 hours before your first use and the charge should last about 2 hours according to the manual. You have to have your device turned off to charge it. It will flash red and green if it isn’t. It will flash with 3 blue lights if everything is OK. When the 3 blue lights are solid, it is charged. The power button on the device has 3 positions. Up, Middle, and Down. Down turns the attachment counter-clockwise and you will see a red light. Up turns the attachment clockwise and you will see a green light. The middle position is off. I thought I would not need to change the device from clockwise to counterclockwise and back again, but I found myself changing it while I was working to make it easier, so I see why this feature was included. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I mention this only to emphasize the importance of being extraordinarily careful when doing pedicure care on diabetics. I really MarilynB

I love this product! I had to say goodbye to the nail salon during the past 18 months due to the pandemic, and I was in dire need of a new pedicure set. I used to own an electric nail care set and it was a good one that lasted for several years, but since it was powered by electricity, I always had to be tethered to the electrical outlet which was not always convenient. This one is rechargeable and has many other nice features as well. One of the overall design features that I like the best is that the Nail Pro Premium by beurer of Germany comes in a nice zip case along with everything you need to groom your nails, whether you need a manicure or a pedicure. The product is of a high-quality design and comes with 10 different sapphire and felt attachments that seem to meet all needs for nail care of manicuring or pedicures. It comes with a dust shield that fits neatly over any of the attachments and has an LED light that illuminates during use. The Nail Pro Premium charges easily with a micro-USB cable and needs to be charged for three (3) hours before the first use. It seems to hold that charge quite well and last up to about two (2) hours of use for each three (3) hours of charge. There is a speed control of three (3) speeds, and a control to make the attachments rotate in either direction. As a huge fan of Kiss products and reading through all the reviews. No one has mentioned if the nail dryer is just air or is it a UV lamp. I'm just starting my nail salon and use alot of products that needs cured under a UV light. I already have 2 UV lamps and 3 efiles. However looking at the price and what I've spent on 2 lamps I highly doubt this would be a good investment if your doing any type of nails or designs that needs cured 💔😭Stacey Leonard

I had gotten a nail drill in the beginning of quarantine and it broke on me.. granted it was something cheap just to get me by but I missed having my nails done and feeling like a girl so I found this for $24 at [brand:cvs]! Just 24 bucks and it comes with everything. You get the drill along with 12 attachments, it has two speeds, also it has a little magnifying glass on the top so you can really prefect your details. I am enjoying my nail dryer! It’s super cute and very innovative! It gives me that feeling like I’m at a spa or a nail salon! It comes with all kinds of different attachments for ones needs. I love the design of this dryer in particular because it has great drying power and I love the nail wand. It works great and dries my nails quickly each time I’ve used it so far. I was expecting better quality and results from this product as I've tried several other products from the Amope line and was satisfied. There are three different 'heads' to this tool, and I was expecting it to provide salon-quality and high-end results. The nail file was not particularly coarse enough to file nails well, and the buffing and shaping tools were pretty flimsy overall. The price for the quality/effectiveness of the product wasn't worth it in my opinion. Try at your own risk!parwinder.g

I got this product for free. If I hadn't gotten it in a care package, I wouldn't have used it. Upon reading reviews which were mostly negative , I was suddenly grateful I hadn't spent a cent on it but I still gave it a try. Each person experiences things differently. My experience with this item wasn't negative. It filed, buffed and shined my nails like it said in the packaging and my nails came out smooth. It does what it says it does although manually doing your nails might get better results. But overall, this product is pretty good in my opinion. And I must emphasize that the main function of the product isn't just to FILE your nails. If your searching for a product that mainly files your nails then this isn't the product for you.sherry.g

I give 2 thumbs up to Bellasonic! I often went to nail salons pre-pandemic. I have been desperate for a proper manicure and pedicure during this time. So when I saw Bellasonic pop on on the TV, I jumped to buy it. It’s very easy to use. And with the 4 discs that are included – you can really tailor the type of mani and/or pedi that you want. I keep it by my computer and often find myself giving my fingers a touch up during my Zoom calls. It’s truly a salon-quality mani/pedi literally at your fingertips. A friend used it to remove her gel manicure and said it was just as if she got it removed at the salon. She’s also been known to peel away her gels herself – which does damage to her nails, but with Bellasonic, it was a smooth removal. In addition, my 88 year old mother broke her arm and is just now getting control of her hand again. Before I had to file her nails, but with Bellasonic, she can do it herself. And my 9 year old son who gets very squeamish when it’s nail-cutting time, finds it fun to use Bellasonic to do his own nails. I’ve also found my husband grabbing it to groom his nails. I love this nail file product – I have one called micro mani and there is no comparison! This one does the whole job. I started with filing down my nails (I keep them short now), then smoothed, buffed, and shined them as stated on the box. What I love most is that it smooths the cuticles very nicely. After many years of going to the manicurists who cuts up the healthy cuticles – my nails have been a mess – cuticles are there for a reason to keep bacteria out! I've stopped going for mani/pedis because they just cut, cut and cut healthy skin sometimes to where you bleed – and every time I got a new person they do what THEY want! – So, when I saw this Bellasonic on QVC I thought – finally – a product that does it all and is exactly what I want! I just received this today, used 1 time, and immediately ordered another for part of a self-care gift to include soft PJs by Hanes and Pure Grace whipped body cream, all from QVC. This device was quick, easy, and fun to use. Best of all was the price ($80 on Amazon!). This all inclusive device cost less than 1 professional manicure and no appointment necessary. It came already partly charged so I could use it right out of the box. It is packaged beautifully and includes a carry case. I absolutely love this drill. The weight, color, and portability are amazing! It’s so pretty! I’m a beginner and it’s so easy to use. I can’t wait to get the matching LED lamp!! My photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful color. Came with everything in my photos. Only down side which isn’t that big of a deal or worth a return or exchange. The drill handle has a small scratch over the KS and the LCD screen has a dark spot on the top right but both aren’t that noticeable and don’t effect the use of the drill.Megan W.

I'm a licensed nail tech and I've always wanted this specific e-file from Kiara Sky but couldn't justify the price at the time. I believe I got this during their 20% entire site sale. Don't get me wrong, despite 20% off, it was still expensive but BOY DOES THIS WORK LIKE A DREAM. It's super quiet, powerful, and low maintenance. My drill arrived on Monday June 6th, 2022. I am blown away. This drill is awesome! There is absolutely no vibration and even at 35,000 there is almost no noise. I've tried many nail drill in the 22 years I've been doing my own nails. From the lower priced ones on Amazon ro more expensive brands like Medicool, iGel and Nail Genie. Yours is by far superior to any brand I've tried. I use your acrylic system and your gel polishes. They never disappoint Thanks!!.Lee H.
