I absolutely hate waiting for polish to dry. We all got stuff ta to you know? What's worse is waking up realizing that you've somehow smeared your polish that should have dried hours ago in your sleep. Can anyone relate? Well that was not happen with this polish. It dries so quickly that unless you're just not paying attention you can't mess it up. It goes on well too, as well as any polish I've tried and I don't buy the cheap stuff. Here's the cons. It chips easily if you do not wear gloves when doing work around the house or if you have to wash your hands a lot. It's also hard to remove. I scrub and scrub and the three kinds I have with shimmer in them, the glitter wants to hang on no matter what. Then there's the health of my nails. I'm pretty sure that this polish has made my nails peel at the tips so it's probably drying my nails. Ok so if you need a quick manicure this is the polish for you. If you hate waiting or just don't have time to wait this is the polish for you. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. This vegan formula is made without formaldehyde, toluene and a bunch of other chemicals or animal derived ingredients. My only very small complaint is that you need 2-3 coats or you can see through to your nails but since it's quick dry, it's not really a big deal. I received the essie expressie daily grind, nail polish as a #freeproduct from #topboxcircle. I was quite shocked at how fast this really did dry. I was even a little hesitant on the color until I put it on. It’s a fabulous eggshell, off- white color. Perfect for any occasion or no occasion at all. The coverage was good. I did use two coats but I definitely will just use one the next time. It didn’t crack or chip until a few days later, which then I felt it was time to remove anyhow. Great product! I have used Seche Vite top coat for years. I recently got a three pack from Amazon and they are awful. I’ve ordered from their store on Amazon several times before and haven’t had this big of an issue. I’ve kind of always had the shrinkage problem with Seche Vite, but now it looks worse (the lines on the side of my nails where you can see where the top coat is on top of the color). Now though it lifts up the nail polish and chips off in sheets. I make sure to not get the top coat on my skin so there isn’t a lot to lift up, but still it lifts up on the sides of my nails and around my cuticles the next day. I’m also getting more chips, again the next day. I don’t know if this is just a batch problem, but I feel like I may stay clear of Seche Vite for a while. I ordered Glisten Glow’s top coat after I read amazing reviews so hopefully that will work out better!kari.w
I've been using this product for the past two years and it's been my go to top coat . My nail polish will last for about 5-7 days , while using this top coat. I've used other top coats in the past but this one is the best one. Also, it provided a nice finish to your nails after polishing. Get this top coat and you won't regret it. I just wished the formula would stay the same even when you're running low on the product. I hope the company looks into this because it's my only complaint. The top coat should be usable until the bottle is empty .
This top coat really is fast drying, but not only that, it dries to a hard lacquered finish. The best thing about it is that it's meant to be used over still wet nail polish; it's far more convenient to go straight into your top coat than having to wait minutes for each coat to dry down. The only issue this polish has is that it shrinks. You have to be careful to completely cover all areas where polish is with this top coat, because otherwise there will be a line of demarcation where the top coat has shrunk a bit. Not a huge deal, but can be very apparent and annoying if you're doing a plain black crème polish (not fun to have to re-do a nail). That said, once you know that, it's not too difficult to be mindful of covering the entire painted surface. Well, I wanted to like this. The name is cheeky and fun, but it really didn't stand up to the test. The first coat dried quickly, but the coverage was quite poor (that's not unusual). When I applied the second coat a while later that took considerably longer to dry (definitely not Dry AF…which, when you think about it, probably shouldn't be dry at all…but let's not think about it). About 3 hours after applying the second coat I went to bed and woke up with sheet imprints in the polish. The second coat didn't cover that well either, but it was good enough for quick glances. I think this polish, because it was a classic white, would be great under nail decals, or as an accent nail too. The description says it should last 5 days. I found that it began to chip by day 2. I would wear this again as part of an accessory to a specific outfit or a specific look I was trying to compliment, and not use it with hopes of it being flawless or comparable to a regular manicure. I tried the BLACK 565 POWERSLIDE; stayed on for a week or longer, depending on how often you wash your hands or use clean products without gloves. I found this color at WAL-MART. How to apply to last; put on a Sally Hards As Nail color first, let dry. Then put on 2 coats of this bling. Let dry between coats. More sparkles; more coats. 2 coats is perfect. I bought this on sale, so I'm happy with the value. It definitely dries faster than most regular polishes, but, of course, it doesn't fully set for about a day or so. There is a bit of an unpleasant odour when applying, but that's minor. My major complaint is that they started chipping the day after I applied. They mostly lasted for like 3-4 days with minor chipping (with the addition of a quick-dry top coat, different brand). Took 3 coats for full coverage, so not great opacity, and very thick on the nail. I am very happy with the price, and love the colour Pink Blink! It's just what I've been looking for, and I will continue to wear it.ash30

It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

As the title says, it's a nail polish. I haven't noticed anything particularly spectacular about this particular polish over others with similar claims. It hasn't made my manicures last longer or kept my nails from chipping any more than other all-in-one or base coat/top coat in one polishes. Pros wise, it's a nice viscosity, which makes it go on easily without much mess. If you load the brush properly prior to applying to to your nail, you should be able to get a nice even coat without much hassle (which I can't say for all products in the same category). And while this may not mean much to some, I appreciate Essie's bottle design because it makes storage much easier. While other brands more aesthetic designs may look nice, unless you have dedicated shelving unit or other display for your polishes, storing them can be difficult and take up far more space than necessary. All in all, in my opinion this product isn't something to write home about, but I wouldn't phone it in either. I am a huge fan of Essie's nail products and also recommend this new All-in-One Base and Top Coat as well now. I have brittle nails that easily get stained and require a basecoat and top coat as well as a nail strengthener whenever I use nail polish. Essie's All-in-One Base/Top Coat is basically the one-stop product that I use due to convenience since it works as both a base and top coat. I do have to mention that this product has a quick expiration date and the formula and texture changes over time. It becomes thicker, less spreadable, and a bit less efficient when it becomes old. It works best when it's fresh, so it works especially well for those who consistently use nail polish in quick succession and not for those who might use it over a long duration of time. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it, but as I'm one of those lazy people who only use nail polish sporadically, a bottle of these usually lasts me quite a long time and ends up with some wasted.RDCn
I bought this in hopes it would give a better shine to the pink essie polish and base coat I already had. I've used the pink alone with two coats and 30 min dry time between coats with zero problems. It typically stayed for 3/4 days before wearing off so I thought the top coat would help it stay longer. I applied the polish exactly as before and waited a full hour after the second coat of color to apply the top coat. I touch tested the color and made sure it was fully dry before applying top coat. I applied top coat on one hand. After an hour, it still wasn't dry and when I tested it, everything was wet and the all the polish came off as if the color layer was fully wet. I draped a paper towel on the nail and all the polish stuck to the paper and came off the nail. The other hand, without top coat, was still fine a day later. I've tried again on one nail waiting for the color coats to dry overnight before applying the top coat and same effect. It's as if the top coat re-wets the color polish and just never dries. This item isn’t perfect but it’s really good if you’re looking for a clean product. This top coat works best with a thin layer of polish. Wait at least 10 minutes for the first layer to dry. (I know it completely defeats the purpose, but continue reading.) Apply the top quick dry coat slowly and in a big glob (that’s how it’ll come out anyway). While I don’t find that it dries quicker than normal, I do find that it works great for longer lasting nail polish. I like some of Ella+Mila’s other products, but this particular one is giving me trouble, and I keep trying it and getting the same result. There are pros and cons. Pros: I like that it is free of seventeen harmful chemicals, including formaldehyde and formaldehyde resin. It’s also cruelty free. The product dries very quickly, which is great. The little bottle is super cute and I love their elephant branding. It’s also made in the USA which is nice because that’s where I’m from and it’s harder these days to find products actually made here. Cons: It’s supposed to be chip resistant, but they don’t mention peel resistant. Everytime I use this within seconds after drying it starts to peel up in little spots. It looks like glue all over the nail polish, and it actually causes the nail polish to peel up, even really good brands that usually stay on even without a base or top coat. It’s clear and nice in the bottle and lasts ages longer than OPI top coats, but it goes on cloudy. It’s just really not very usable, which is disappointing because of all the pros. But when it comes down to the main function it just doesn’t work so I have to give it 2 stars.

I found this quick dry coat from Sally's Beauty Supplies over a year ago I don't do my nails without it (unless I'm doing a gel set). I was switching between 2 others before finding INM I always had problems with chipping, shrinking or my nail polish would literally shrink. I saw this on the bottom shelf with clear coats, hardener the 2 other supposedly fast dry top coats polish I already owned but didn't like. I decided to give INM a try because why not it was under $5. I tried it very shortly after purchasing after the first try I was in love with this quick dry nail topper. Without a UV light it takes a good 15 to 20 mins to dry your fresh polish completely but if yo use a UV light it's dry in 90 seconds! Um talking dry meaning you can actually use your hands like normal. I can't live without this dry top coat when doing my nails or toe nails. To doesn't chip your polish or shrink it. It also doesn't have a ridiculous smell it's very reasonably priced. It only takes 1 coat to fully dry the nails so almost over a year I'm at the bottom of my 1st bottle (but I also do switch between gel polish regular polish). I bought my 2nd bottle when I used over 75% of my first bottle. I'm very surprised that I haven't seen nail bloggers talk about this fast dry top coat before. They seem to never share the very most important things with their followers. I'm glad I shop around for different products or I would have passed this nail gem up without a 2nd thought. I really like to make my own manicures and pedicures. I have all kind of nail polishes which I buy in drug stores and on-line. Even have my own UV-lamp and used to do shellac and gelish at home. I love the way gel-polish shines on your nails, but it is really hard to remove this polish afterwards. So, I was looking for a product that would make my nails shiny and thick, but will remove within seconds with regular nail-polish remover. China Glaze Fast Forward Top Coat is this one product you need to make your nails look salon-quality worthy. I use other brands for the base coat and color, but I always put China Glaze on top of it. This polish dries out within a minute and makes your nails nail-hard. And the sine you get…lets just say, when I came to manicure place to get my nails done (I still do it sometimes), the lady took out machine to remove my gel because she could not believe regular nail polish can look so shiny. And it was 5 days old manicure! People always give me compliments on the way my nail polish look like, and I always tell them, that my only secret is the the top coat I use. What is more, this polish does not tend to dry out in the bottle. So you can use up the whole thing, which saves a lot of money, because normally I throw away polishes that get thick and eventually don't dry well on your nails.dani.s

Even when I googled for swatches prior to ordering it looked like it was supposed to be a lovely hot pink neon. I picked this polish up at my local supermarket (Martins). Ive used Sinful Colors polishes many times own several different colors finishes, etc. and have used the brand for several years. I must say that I absolutely LOVE this shade!!! (Flushed #2674) I usually dont go for sparkly, metallic, translucent shades, which this I would say falls into that category. However this color is beautiful! The red tone isn't too bright yet its not on the dark side either. Under certain light it almost appears a copper, rusty tone of red. Under the lighting at the supermarket it looked like a metallic red, little lighter than burgundy, with gold sparkle or flake. Im not a fan of polishes with chunky glitter or sparkle thrown into the formula. It doesn't ever seem to apply evenly or smooth. It takes forever to dry also. That is NOT the case with this product! The color is amazing once applied. I always do atleast 2 coats, however only 1 coat WILL still provide great coverage. With or without base coat it applies so smooth. Great formula. Drys very quickly and looks great with or without a top coat. This color pairs well with almost any skin tone. Fair skin to tan or dark skin, looks great. Classy yet fun. I absolutely love Sinful Colors. The coverage is good and even, every time. It dries fast, so no smudges. And it lasts forever. As long, or longer than high end salon brands. Vacation time and taupe are super cute and in that order my favorites! Someone was complaining about the brushes and the paint being too thick. I actually agree it dries out very easily. Usually you hear those little silver balls inside a nail polish but these don’t have it. You should do one coat at a time. Maybe keep the bottle in warm water while using and make sure there is no wind because it does dry quick and the brush isn’t necessarily thick it’s just not very flexible and it doesn’t spread to allow the paint to really “lather” onto the mail. The paint is very drippy though so it doesn’t look dry so I really don’t under the problem. That being said the colors are beautiful and they’re cheap so what the heck! I have light dark skin so these colors look amazing. I’m not trying to sound rude but I look funny in red and recommend that for very lighter skins I always love red on a light hand I can’t rock it. I appreciate seeing larger companies like Revlon make beauty products a bit safer when it comes to the ingredients they use. The Ultra HD Snap Nail Polish is a vegan formula that claims users only need one coat. I did find this to be true and since painting my nails isn’t often something I spend time on, I appreciated this user friendly aspect of the polish. The color certainly has a snap to it and upon first using it, it seemed a bit too bright for me. Once it dried however, I found myself liking it. The other colors in the line are perfect for spring and summer so I may purchase a few others. I coated my Revlon polish with Essie’s Always Transparent from their expressie line which dries quickly and is also vegan. I then added a drop of Olive June’s Dry Drops to seal the polish. Overall, I enjoyed this nail polish and recommend it for anyone looking for an option that doesn’t require as much of a time investment as others.lauren.d
The nail polish itself is easy to use it’s a thicker formula so it doesn’t seem to move around once u coat the nail. I love that it’s a vegan formula and quick drying as it says. I love the shape of the brush it is perfect. I’m not the biggest fan of the cap it’s chunky and I don’t feel I get a good grip with it like the standard nail polish cap. I wasn’t a fan of the color I received it was a very light warm tone brown. I feel like this color would flatter medium-dark skin much better as a perfect nude. Overall I enjoyed the experience of doing my nails with this polish since revlon is not cruelty free I don’t think I will be picking up more shades but I would if they were cruelty free! Will update with the staying power of this polish! I did receive this product for review from influenster UPDATE: The nail polish lasted really well! The first chip happened on day 6! Impressive! First I want to start off by saying I LOVE the color I have an olive skin tone and this berry shade is beautiful and I think it would look great on any skin tones. I loved that I could swipe one time and you did not need another layer it is not opaque at all, but actually very pigmented and thicker than other nail formulas I’ve used. I used the nail kale base coat from Nails Inc. London (love this brand for gel like nails) then topped it with this revlon nail polish. I love using that base coat because it makes my nails look like gel without gel. I did do, two layers although I could’ve just done one, and then topped it with the clear Essie brand top coat. I did my ring finger with a different nails inc color, and that one has not chipped but within a day all of my revlon ones have chipped so this is not a long lasting nail polish at all. If that is your style then you may love this, but I don’t. I actually prefer the dashing diva sticker nails more than painting my nails because it’s easier, cuter designs, and less time. It is $8 which I feel is a reasonable price for nail polish and you can tell it’ll last a long time. It definitely quick dried! That was something I did like. It still had that strong nail polish smell though. It hasn’t damaged my nails and my nails do look glossy, and it has a really rich color so that’s nice. They have a wide arrange of colors up to 24 I think anyone could find a shade they’d like. Overall if you’re into the chipped look or quick one swipe nails and don’t mind touching them up you’d love these.christina .l

I haven’t gotten any new nail polishes in awhile, so I was excited to grab these shades from the Essie Expressie Gamer Collection. I received cash back from Influenster and Essie for trying this product and sharing my honest review. I bought Virtual Velocity (a shimmery lavender shade) and Don’t Glitch Get Better (a deep shimmery fuchsia pink). Let me start with the things I was disappointed by… I loved the color of this polish initially, but the “shimmer” was more of a chunky silver glitter. It was reminiscent of those cheap nail polishes you’d get as a kid from the dollar store. Very “My First Nail Polish” vibes. Not my style personally, but if you love an obnoxiously chunky glitter that isn’t really integrated into the color of the polish, this color may be for you. As for the drying time, it was only slightly faster than my usual polishes. So I wasn’t supremely impressed with that, even though that’s the main claim to fame for the Expressie polishes. Now, for the pros,… The consistency of this nail polish was perfect. Not too goopy or thick, but not watery thin either. It was easy to paint my nails with a light coat every time. More importantly, I absolutely LOVED the angled brush! It made getting a clean line on every nail effortless, whether I was using my dominant hand or not. I would buy many more Essie polishes if this was their standard brush shape!!! Overall, I wasn’t a fan of this collection but I would consider buying more Essie Expressie polishes if the angled brush became the expected brush shape for every bottle.kat.j
This is some of the best nail polish I've tried, and I do home manis every week. The colors are on point, more unique than other brands which is one thing I love about this brand. This formula dries smooth and clear, and lasts. I wash my hands a lot and polish only lasts 2-3 days before I need a touch up, but it's easy to touch up and color blends smoothly. Best of all, it does dry quickly which is a huge selling point for me because I tend to paint my nails before bed while winding down and watching TV, and never seem to leave enough time for them to dry before I'm ready for bed! Two thin coats of this polish dry completely for me in 10-15 minutes. I love Essie! It's my favorite brand of polish by far.amy
🎵 It's just another #maniMonday🎵 Actually it's my first manicure Monday!! Thank you @essie and @Topbox for sending me Expressie in shade #145 , Bearer of Rad News- so fun for summer!! This was my first time trying Essie and I am extremely impressed. It's quick dry in about a minute meaning I can do right before bed and it's not wrecked in the morning. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. This vegan formula is made without formaldehyde, toluene and a bunch of other chemicals or animal derived ingredients. My only very small complaint is that you need 2-3 coats or you can see through to your nails but since it's quick dry, it's not really a big deal. I have 'no shrinking violet'. It is more like a saxe blue with a mix of purple, with very tiny glitters. It seemed to me a matte but pearly colour in the pictures, but it is not pearly but glittery in real. One layer is very transparent, two layer works fine. The brush is thick and very easy to apply. Dries quickly, and stays long. It is my first nail polish purchase from H&M, I really liked the quality.Esin
