IDIOT PROOF!!!!!! This was the best money I’ve ever spent. No more 45-60$ manicures (not to mention the cost of pedicures!) I love how easy it is to use, I find myself doing my nails at least once every few weeks and gelish is very easy to remove with the correct acetone products. The learning curve isn’t too bad, you need to be careful not to apply too close to the nail bed, seal the tips and apply thin even coats. The only issues I’ve ever had with gel manicures is that they can sometimes peel off. This is due to my nails not being completely free of oils and dehydrated before application. I had to switch it around with one that I already had for it to turn on. Secondly, It doesn't actually cure the gel polish. I made sure to put it on very thin, But it deposits almost no color. After two coats that was supposed to be purple in brown. The lights are so minimal that You're not sure if it's actually hitting the areas that needs to. I ended up curing for 3 minutes on each layer and it still did nothing. When I went to put the top coat on, The nail polish was still completely liquid. In the end I ended up being able to wash my hands with soap and water and get it all off. Waste of an hour.amberlee.j

It is very easy to apply as you can take your time with it and it will not dry until you cure it. I have found that sticking to one brand for foundation, color and topcoat reaps the best results as their chemical compositions are designed to work together. The kit has a nice assortment of the essentials you need for a gel manicure without the color so it’s nice that they all come in one package. The ph bond worked fine but the base coat still felt sticky after curing it. I continued with my manicure but it made the gel lift after a few day’s. After reading online some people were saying to wipe with alcohol after applying the base coat, which I tried, but then it seemed to have taken the base coat off. The Dynamic Dus is right! I love these guys! They really are the superior products of the gel polish world and I really have a hard time using or especially recommending any other brand of top and bottom coats to people I talk nails with. This is the best polish ever! It is long lasting and easy to use. BUT I would like to note for those of you who have never used it to be aware that the base coat is significantly thicker than the top coat, so the base coat is nice and sticky. The top coat is a little bit thinner consistency and can move around your nail a little when it comes to curing the polish. So I have to double check when I am curing my top coat that it isn't moving or rolling off my nail and on to my skin on the sides of my nail. Just watch out for that and if it happens, immediately turn off lamp and fix or it will cure in the wrong place and end up causing lift on your nails early into your manicure and that will lessen its life. I’ve professionally done nails for over 20 years now and you name the product and most likely I have tried it! I enjoy this product a lot. There are so many gel products out there but this one… I like the large assortment of colors and I like that the consistency of the product isn’t too “thick” feeling or looking. A nice thin coat does the job! And I have noticed- if applied correctly- the gel lasts well over a week for me. And I’m super rough with my hands. Only took a star off because of price and how literally every person can get these so called “professional” gel colors etc. Like why did I spend so much money to go to cosmetology school just to be able to grab what I need at the CVS down the road?
I was terrified to try this at home. I have had my nails done for years. I took a chance and my nails are beautiful. Full disclosure, I actually bought the "Best Day Ever" kit but evidently that kit is no longer available (no wonder I got it for so cheap lol; yay clearance). It appears the only difference though, my kit included some items to prep the nails and foils to help remove polish. I am completely sold on this line! With right at eight years of experience using this product, I can say without a doubt, it is the best I have found for at home use. I highly recommend this line! I have spent lots of money paying to get my nails done, now I do not have to anymore! I do have one more thing to tell you…if you work with your hands, in any kind of chemicals, or have your hands in water almost 24/7, you will not like this, unless you use gloves. I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. The process is super-easy, smooth application and a 30-second cure, will not chip (on me at least), does not dull out. Additionally, it is easy to remove. This is the worst 🤣 it's trash. I really had high hopes for this. I got it for mother's day. First, it came with a faulty power cord. I had to switch it around with one that I already had for it to turn on. Secondly, It doesn't actually cure the gel polish. I made sure to put it on very thin, But it deposits almost no color. After two coats that was supposed to be purple in brown. The lights are so minimal that You're not sure if it's actually hitting the areas that needs to. I ended up curing for 3 minutes on each layer and it still did nothing. When I went to put the top coat on, The nail polish was still completely liquid. In the end I ended up being able to wash my hands with soap and water and get it all off. Waste of an hour.amberlee.j

I bought this a few months ago and have now done my nails twice. Super easy to use, and so far they seem to last as long as a salon job. In total it probably takes half an hour but that's just as quick as normal nail polish & drying time. It's such great value in the long term. Its also great as you can re-do a single nail if it starts to come off rather than the whole look being ruined! The 4 colours included in this set are really nice and classic (in my opinion) so I don't think I will expand my collection for a little while but there are tonnes of colours available on amazon. In addition to this set, I have also purchased a set of the finger clips for polish removal as the foil method is super fiddly.katie9999
Item came quickly, packaged adequately with all contents listed in the description inside. The gel paints are nice but may require 3 coats for the lighter ones. The curing time was longer than suggested for me but I'm no nail tech. The lamp cured fine, I've used other brands and they also cured just fine with the lamp. Gel remover removed the gel polish for me as described on the label, I used foil and cotton wool as I found the pads that come in the kit a tad fiddly for that. My 4 year old LOVES having her nails painted and the little stickers. Her older sister picked this out for her for Christmas and she was so excited to try it out yesterday. But didn't work at all. We tried letting the nails dry for the 5 minutes it stated in the instructions, we tried letting the nails be more "tacky" and I tried just a minute or two after painting them. We only had ONE be somewhat successful. She was so disappointed. I tried different pressure. But the worst part as that the tape kept getting lose so I had to constantly pull it out to tighten it up, and the cartridges wouldn't come out. It's supposed to just have an "eject" button you press, but the cartridge wouldn't release. I had to really force it to get it out. So the ONLY reason this is even getting 2 stars is because the little fan to dry her nails is cute. But that is not worth the price I paid, even getting it on sale. We are so disappointed. It's a great concept, but awful execution. I could deal with sometimes the stickers not sticking to her nails, but the fact that I can't easily change out the cartridges is ridiculous.AZMommy
We were so excited to be selected to test this product out but it ended up in a huge disappointment. Right from the start, the packaging attracted us. The pink colour of the box and all things sparkly were on the cover along with a large circular dial that displays all the different stamp designs. The box pretty much told us its a full salon on the go and you would not need to purchase anything extra except for the batteries. It comes with the polish/top coat, the dryer, the stamps and even the toe separater. The instructions included pictures and were easy to follow. However, when we started, it was disappointment after disappointment. First, there's only 2 colours (pink and purple) and a top coat- ideally at least 4 colours would be great. After putting on our polish, we tried using the dryer. The fan from the dryer was so weak that I think blowing it dry by flapping my hands would have been a lot faster. Kids don't have much patience. You are supposed to be able to look through a lens that allows you to select the design that you want before applying. The lens was all scratched up and made the design look blurry. The biggest problem was the stamp. You're supposed to be able to insert your finger and just press down quickly and voila, you should have a pretty design on your nail (it's pretty much a sticker). I'm not sure if the tape that we had was old or it was dried out but no matter how many times we tried to apply the stamp, nothing would stick to our nails. We tried with a dried nail, semi-dried nail, fingers and toes and nothing worked. The best I could do was use my own nail polish and I managed to get a partial print. The finished product looked cheap and crappy. After numerous attempts, we just gave up. The product has so much potential and if some of the problems can be fixed, I would definitely purchase it if it ends up on the market. If I could give this lamp more stars I would. Im currently doing my nails at home, specially with everything going on with corona virus. This lamp I was a bit skeptical about, I previously owned the essie led lamp but it died. This lamp dries the polish wonderfully and efficiently. It works as well as my previous 300 dollar lamp and is smaller . This lamp has been a life saver I have been able to do my gel nails at home with no problema whatsoever. It also brings two really cute comfort pads for hand placement while using and makes life easier. I love this lamp and recommend it 💯 for anyone out there starting to do their nails at home it is SO worth itaury.f
Great product, but if you're a beginner, look for explanations relating to uv and led. I just used it once, so I’m still wanting to see how it does long term. The packaging is very nice. It included two extra colors you can change the top of the lamp out with. Power cord. Instructions pamphlet. And four stickers for the bottom of the lamp.rossy.g
I did A LOT of research before investing in this led light. It works sooo well and amazing! Keep in mind that you need to really know what your doing reguarding the polish or nothing is going to work for you. I use this on the 60 sec. I leave my hand in for the base coat 1 time, color polish 2 times each coat, and the top coat 3 times.nicole.m
