I love this polish since the holo glitter is very finely milled and gives a more elegant/subtle shimmer. You can always build coats for more pop to. The best technique for getting the glitter to disperse is to make a stirring motion like your stiring a cup of coffee and then roll the bbottle between your hands sideways like your making playdoh snakes. The stirring motions helps break up the glitter for the new use and the tolling mixes it through. If you feel like it needs a shake after that go for it. But this has always been a tried and true method for me. Hope this helps anyone. Enjoy your shine!
I've used this top coat to add spectacular brilliance of shine mixed with lots of incredible colors, similar to a genuine opal gemstone! Not sure what all these 5-star reviews are about…this stuff is meh AF! Now I understand that this is just a top coat and not a holographic color polish so I wasn't expecting much of a stunning nail effect. However, it still performed lackluster in my opinion. I shook the bottle until my arm hurt but that didn't change a thing. In 3 coats all I managed to get was a speckled glitter, almost iridescent mediocre effect. I suspect for any real hologram effect I would need about 10 coats of this stuff- perfect if I was the doing the #100LayersChallenge. I should've realized you get what you pay for. If you are a fan of holo, this is definitely a great polish for you. ILNP is known for packing rainbows into their ultra holos and this one is no exception. Although it will sparkle inside the house, I think it looks best in direct sunlight. For me, I needed about 2-3 coats for it to be completely opaque. It applies really nicely and is easy to remove. You don't need a harsh acetone remover.
This color is called Sweet Pea and I am absolutely in love! Gives me princess vibes. This is my 4th different purchase with them and the quality of their polish is astonishing. Lasts me well over a week with no chips and that’s saying a lot because I’m a nurse who’s constantly washing to hands and using hand sanitizer! Highly recommend this brand. This is so cool! The holographic sparkle in this color is utterly mesmerizing and gorgeous! I’m crazy about holographic polish. For years I’ve been collecting whatever I could find, but there wasn’t much out there until I found this brand. Now I have a massive collection because ILNP has so many amazing colors. The funny thing is, I don’t normally paint my fingers, only my toes, because nail polish of any kind, even dip and shellac, starts chipping or peeling off of my fingernails in no less that a day. I absolutely love the color! It's one of the most striking nail polishes I've ever used. However, I can't get it to stay on for more than 24 hours… I've tried it with a base coat and top coat (as well as without), I've tried two coats instead of three, and I always get the same result: it chips and peels off in less than a day. Nostalgia is absolutely gorgeous and I was really stunned by the staying power. I'm not super gentle with my hands but 2 coats lasted me a full week with minimal chipping. You definitely need at least 2 layers of polish for opacity's sake, 3 is preferred in my opinion. As an aside, I'm someone who has been doing my own nails since I was 5 years old with my mother and am now in my early 40's having only had my nails done professionally 2x so I feel competent in this area have tried hundreds of colors and brands. This is one that's a definite fail in my experience with about 10 different shades (all lacquer I should note) and with their base top coats. I have found them to be very watery and difficult to apply without bleeding out over the nail line and hard to get an even no steak/ uneven application without extra effort compared to your average polish. Across the board, the colors I have had or do have in my collection separate much faster than the norm and are 10x more difficult to shake up often you cannot after a much shorter time period than average even while stored properly. That is not why I'm giving this a 1/5 though- the big reason is the very strong chemical smell that is overwhelming and a reminder of just how many toxic/ suspect ingredients are in most polishes- as much as I'd like to go completely clean with nail polish brands, I still can't resist a great gel, shade or effect and don't find it too difficult to try not to think about the toxicity of the color I'm using- with these there is no way around that in my experience. The reasons for the one star are: bold and vast variety of shades, high gloss potential probably the best thing has been how my experience with using this brand has nudged me even further in the direction to cleaner products like 💅🏼 for example which is a good thing I think!

This is my first red nail lacquer, I actually quite like it. It's a classic red. Bright yet still wearable all seasons. It's a warm tone red with a hint of pink that also looks good for cool-toned skin. Very universal, everyone should have this color.Tatum C.

When I went to my local nail shop I was excited to see that they had mood gel polish. I picked out a pretty color that changes from white to purple. I like, but since it's basically summer my nails are only basic white. Plus the nail Polish chip easily. I only had my nails done for a few days and they are chipped already. I paid extra for gel so they can last a lot longer than regular nail polish. I like the variety of the colors but I don't like how easy it chips for a gel polish.ka'dasya.r

So pink gel nails get a yellowed pink toe… and that folks is red …. A color called shocking pink shouldn’t look red …. Thought maybe it was the top coat … nope! Tried the teal and guess what I had blue teal fingers and yellow green toes … we even checked to see if it was top coat … it wasn’t
I’ll never use this brand again! Also it chips easier than they claim… and as for claims, no shrinkage my a** this stuff shrinks terribly! I asked my lovely nail tech to NEVER EVER use this brand of polish on me again!!
… btw I have been going to my lovely nail lady for over 5YRS she does excellent work.

This is a no chip mood color, goes from a light maroon to extreme dark. Even though, this application was done at the salon. As long as you've applied no chip manicure before, you can apply this mood color as well. Exact same steps. When your hands are warm, its the light tone, when hands are cold then it will turn dark.
