I have enjoyed fiddling with nail polish since I was a little girl and remember wearing nail polish daily in high school. Nowadays, I only wear nail polish occasionally because it tends to chip while I do housework. I go the Eternal nail polish set of four bottles in nude and rose gold colors. The colors are really feminine. The best part is that the Eternal nail polish is free from twenty-one chemicals that are often found in other nail polishes. I just recently found out that over time, if you wear nail polish all the time, these chemicals can seep into your nail bed. Moreover, the nail polish is vegan, so no animal products in it. And, it is made in the United States. When I first applied it, the polish glided on smoothly and was very shiny. It dried evenly and quickly. The shine was impressive. I put a clear top coat on. To my surprise, today is day 3 and the polish has not chipped at the tips despite my doing housework. There were several times I scrapped it against Velcro by accident and it didn’t chip either. I am actually very excited about this nail polish since I learned it is free from 21 harmful chemicals. free from animal derived ingredients and made in the USA! Finally a non-toxic nail product I can feel good about. Eternal EtVoil is a classic collection that comes with 3 shades of pale pinks (French Kiss – French – French Chiffon), 1 opaque bright white (Blanco Tiza) and 1 clear. Beautiful colors to wear alone or to create the perfect french manicure. Application was a breeze. I first applied an Eternal Nourishing Base Coat (important in protecting your nails from staining and I believe makes your polish hold up better) followed by one coat of French Kiss and one coat of clear as a top coat. Polish glides on smoothly, had good coverage after one coat (two if you want a more opaque finish), did not streak, and dried quickly. Even though this polish is free from harmful chemicals, it does have the usual polish smell as can be expected. After a week of wear and a refresh top coat, polish is virtually chip free. The Eternal 5 Nail Polish Collection "Et Voila!" is a gorgeous 5 piece set that contains: Clear Crystal (top coat), Blanco Tiza (sparkling white), French (a light sandy color), French Kiss (a light pink), and French Chiffon (a pale skin-color). Each bottle has 0.46 ounces of nail polish in them and the caps are easy to screw off. I'm really impressed with how easy to apply these polishes are – no bubbling! I love that all of these colors are made in the USA, non-toxic, and that they are free from 21 harmful chemicals. The clear topcoat is one of the best that I have ever used. It does an amazing job at keeping the colors beneath it intact and protected. The colors all dry incredibly quick, which is perfect for at-home manicures. I decided to try out French tips for the first time and was not disappointed. I did the white tips freehand and they took me a couple of tries to nail down. It would be awesome if this kit had a little nail guide so that you could easily trace the white tips. My only complaint is that some of the bottle tops had a little grime on them, like they had been used. It was as if it were a dark-grey polish that accidentally got on it while in the warehouse (there was literally a little fingerprint that was on one of the tops). There was also a little bit of white nail polish that was on the outside of the Blanco Tiza bottle too. I also wish there was a little guide that showed you which colors were which (I didn't see any labels on the bottles) and which ones to use on top of each other to achieve the right French tip look. Normally I wouldn't use such a light color, I prefer brighter more bold colors, but this pink was pretty on my finger nails. I do recommend using a primer color under this pink (Gossamer Garments) unless you like the sheerness of light pink. This was a cute color for my toe nails. I did find the brush to be a little big for my nail bed, which would leave a little polish on the side of my toe, but nothing a q-tip and remover can't fix! The bottle is tiny with less polish than standard sizes. The applicator brush is one of the most important features and the Chanel brush is ludicrously inferior. The polish is thin and chips easily. I love painting my nails and testing which nail polish will perform the best 💅 The winner is Christian Dior Diorific Vernis Nail Lacquer from limited edition Golden Nights by Peter Philips, creative and image director for Dior makeup. Just look at this wonderful gift wrapping from Christian Dior 🎁The nail lacquer comes in a golden box and a beautiful couture round bottle with a polished brass top with Christian Dior written all around the base. The color is intense red and it is called Red Wonders. The brush is definitely worth a mention. It is a wider brush with bristles that are the perfect length making it effortless to use. I apply 2 coats waiting 5 minutes between each coat. I start from the center of the nail and then continue to the sides. At the end I apply clear coat. Every five days I apply a thin coat of clear nail polish which helps my nails look perfect for 2 weeks. This bottle of 12ml- 0.40fl. oz lasts me 2 months. This nail lacquer makes the surface of the nail smooth and shiny like glass. It also strengthens the nails. The sophisticated, elegant and intense red Dior nail lacquer is perfect for the upcoming holidays. I think it is worth the price.

I have used Dior nail polish for years, as well as other top brands, but none of the other brands come close to Dior. I may be late to the OPI Mexico City Collection's Spring 2020 release, but at least I finally found that rad yellow creme! With my pale, pink-toned skin, finding a yellow that is saturated without leaning too dark, pastel, or neon — AND has a 3-coat (or less) formula — is a real challenge. I got my hands on this color after stumbling into an Amazon sale (the "Buy at least $20 worth of these selected items, get $5 off" kind? It was the first time I tried it out!) where a few of the OPI Mexico City colors were included. I had heard about this color for a while, and watched nail polish swatchers on YouTube include it in their side-by-side yellow polish comparisons every season, but I could never find it in-stock at a reasonable shipping rate until that sale. Score! As you can see from my photo, it's a slightly lighter yellow, but it works like a standard yellow on my fair skin when compared to darker shades. It pops in just the right way! Plus, its formula is 3 coats maximum for full opacity, which is hard to achieve with yellow polish at any price point. (Don't you hate it when a color of polish is sold as the brand's "standard primary color," only to find out it takes 4 or 5 streaky coats to achieve that color? So many polish brands do that with yellow and white, even at the salon level. No, thank you!) Well, I wanted to like this. The name is cheeky and fun, but it really didn't stand up to the test. The first coat dried quickly, but the coverage was quite poor (that's not unusual). When I applied the second coat a while later that took considerably longer to dry (definitely not Dry AF…which, when you think about it, probably shouldn't be dry at all…but let's not think about it). About 3 hours after applying the second coat I went to bed and woke up with sheet imprints in the polish. The second coat didn't cover that well either, but it was good enough for quick glances. I think this polish, because it was a classic white, would be great under nail decals, or as an accent nail too. The description says it should last 5 days. I found that it began to chip by day 2. I would wear this again as part of an accessory to a specific outfit or a specific look I was trying to compliment, and not use it with hopes of it being flawless or comparable to a regular manicure. This is a fun color that's hard to find, and I did enjoy seeing it on my fingers.CHGOKB
I’ve tried everything, Essie, OPI, Sally Hansen, you name it I’ve tried it. I always smudge or chip my toes within a couple of hours or days…. but this stuff is seriously THE BEST. I bought it at the dollar store on a whim, because I needed to fix my toes before I went somewhere, and I’ll never use anything else. Like seriously even if I go get a pedicure I’m going to bring this polish with me because it legit doesn’t chip! Hiya everyone. So I give this nail polish 3.5. But I expected more from it. Pros: this color looks great. Cons: for some reason I had hard time putting it on my nails and it comes up uneven, and when I try to fix it some sections already set in. With price closer to Sally Hansen polish (.50~ cents difference) I would rather go for Sally Hansen. It does dries quickly but not as advertised ( maybe it depends on the coating), but when I try to put thin coat it looks transparent on nail. Also, after removal my nails ended up looking green-ish. I bought this because the box claims it makes nail polish (at least OPI nail polish) last much longer before chipping ("up to 11 days of gel-like wear and shine", actually). I work with my hands and I feel the act of painting/doing my nails is way too time consuming, so it is very important to me that my nail polish stay put and stay unchipped for as long as possible. I used this kit exactly as directed, applying multiple coats of each bottle, used my OPI brand Infinite Shine Long-Wear nail polish (the recommended nail polish to use with this kit, I used the gorgeous, sexy red shade "An Affair in Red Square"), and let dry completely. My nail polish WAS very shiny and pretty when it was done. However, in one or two days my nails were already chipping. I really hate spending half an hour to an hour (natural drying takes forever) doing my nails only to have them get messed up after one or two days at work. So I just wear my nails completely bare basically all the time. I only use nail polish and do my nails maybe once every few months. So does this nail kit make your nail polish shiny and pretty? I suppose so, even though nail polish is shiny as-is. It does make your polish look more gel-like. Does this nail kit prevent chipping for "up to 11 days"? Well I suppose TECHNICALLY yes, it was "up to" 11 days… But *I wouldn't use or recommend this kit to prevent chipping of nail polish if you work with your hands.* It simply doesn't work well for that. I have yet to find anything that will make any nail polish last longer than a day or two without chipping, while I hold a job in which I constantly use my hands. So if you want gel-like nail polish, I recommend this kit, and you should get that gel-like result with any nail polish you use with it. I've used OPI products since I was a little girl. It's long been a favorite nail care brand of my mother's. She went through many years where she would only wear I'm not really a waitress, I still associate that color with that ideal woman we always wanted to be when we grew up. So, when I was offered to participate in this cashback campaign, even though I had never used any of the infinite shine products, I knew I would love it. It's even better than I thought!!! Alpine Snow is an old favorite color of mine but the blue color: To Be Continued is new to me. TBC is a beautiful light baby blue that is mesmerizing! It would work in literally every season and I do think it would be beautiful on most skin tones. The OPI formula has always been a winner. Incentivized for the Opi infinite shine campaign on #influenster through #Ulta.com . I was glad to find all the shades I was looking for through the Ulta.com app but had a hiccup with customer service I had never encountered before that got me a little ruffled. It was quickly shipped but with excessively poor packing that damaged the chrome paint on the bottles. Which I am fortunate was the only issue cause the way they packed it could easily have broken everything in it. To which I wrote CS and they did not seem to care. So I expect nothing will change. I am not real happy with the downside I have seen shipping and handling customer care from Ulta lately. Onto the actual polish. It’s a lovely shade of light pink with no nude/ brown town to it. Just above ballet slipper. Though it looked a little more watery than I prefer, it did not run at all and I had good control with each layer. I tried a thin on and a thicker one to check coverage. You can get good coverage with one layer done thickly. If that is your preference. Dry time isn’t to long, either. By the time you get through coat one, you may be ready to do coat two. I love that this OPI Nature Strong nail polish is vegan, naturally derived, and uses recycled materials for the container! I was a little bit skeptical at first but OPI is a great quality brand so I was happy to try the two colors. The light peachy polish went on a little streaky but I was able to do 3 coats and it looked fine. The pink one was fine. Both applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly, which I was very happy with. I used a base coat and top coat, expecting some chipping to happen pretty quickly as I get with most polishes, but surprisingly I went nearly 6 days with no chips! And the chip I did get was very small. Super durable despite gardening, doing dishes, etc. I'm excited to buy other colors! This is definitely my fave nail polish and is better than other brands I have tried. I really like the message behind this line of nail polishes. I try to be more eco conscious with my purchases so I feel really good about buying this line vs. other nail polishes. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for more sustainable nail polish options, but honestly even if you don't care about any of that this is a great nail polish!Awold
I love this color nail polish ! It's the perfect shade 💖 The name of this nail polish is cute It's called "Knowledge is Flower " 🌸 lol how cute is that! I like that the pigment is strong so with one coat if you do it right will cover the whole nail. I only went in with two coats of nail polish but I like that it didn't show any streaks. Also fun fact is this nail polish is vegan.. like whaaat ! That's really nice. Now I bought this as a set of two and I didn't really like the lighter shade that nail polish is called "A clay in the life " It is a lighter pink shade but because the pigment is as strong it's streaky. I recently got the opportunity to try two of OPI's new Nature Strong nail polish. This polish claims it's vegan, made with 75% natural GMO-free ingredients and 20% recycled plastic. I did not realize nail polish wasn't naturally vegan, but read that some of the pigments and thickening agents can come from animal sources! Naturally I was hesitant about a "natural" nail polish, but as per usual OPI continues to impress. I used Knowledge is Flower on most of my nails, a beautiful pink/light mauve polish. This color is classic, would look good with most skin tones and went on flawlessly and smooth! I could've gotten away with one coat, but I added a second to cover up some spots I missed. I did an accent nail of A Clay in the Life, which is an ivory nude color. This one seemed a little thinner, as some nudes do, and took two coats for mostly full coverage, but could've used a third. I'm naturally fair skinned with neutral undertones and thought A Clay in the Life worked well on me, but was a little disappointed by the coverage in 2 coats. The formula on both is smooth, consistent and dried as quickly as normal OPI polish. I would happily purchase more colors of this environmentally conscious nail polish and recommend it to friends! OPI claims this polish is long lasting with up to 7 days of wear. I wore both colors with Duri Rejuvacote as a base coat and Seche Vite on top (which kind of defeats the purpose of natural nail polish!) and I started to get a few small chips on my pointer fingers by day 3. This is pretty typical for me with regular nail polish, so not off putting. I love OPI polish and will definitely try more colors from this Nature Strong line.Whitney1

Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. This polish is not the winner that I expected but at the same time it is not a total loss either. I would recommend the Rosy Future because of its versatility. For those who like a sheer iridescent look it’s a winner. For those who like neon nails it’s also a winner. Enjoy your new nail polish! I absolutely love this top coat. I use it over Color Street Nails, but also for my daughter when she's painting her nails. It extends my manicure to 10 days, at least (I usually get sick of the color first and take it off). Dries very quick and gives a nice shiney coat. I don't usually need to reapply. Gives it a nice gel polish look and I get a ton of compliments all the time. Makes my nails feel much stronger. Definitely recommend. I do keep nail polish thinner though as sometimes it gets too thick in the bottle, so I add a few drops here and there.olena.t
I received this nail polish complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I read a description of this which called it a "Barbie pink" and was immediately like "ugh great, bright pink!" I'm generally not a fan of pinks, but this one grew on me! I applied two coats of Two Timing the Zones over the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat, finishing it off with the OPI Top Coat. This polish bubbled, even after leaving 40+ minutes between coats, which was annoying! I ended up topping it with Essie's A Cut Above, which made already girly nails *even more* girly, and I actually liked it! This was again topped with another layer of the top coat. The polish chipped on my dominant hand within 3 days. Considering there's three layers on top, with the tips capped, that's pretty annoying! On my non-dominant hand, it chipped within 5. For me, it's not worth the price tag and I want far better longevity regardless of the price tag. It's around £15 in the UK, and I've got £1-2 Kiko polishes that perform better. I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! When it comes to nail polish, I tend to be quite skeptical especially since gel is a go-to. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this Essie polish due to its color, application and wear. In terms of color, this shade looks great with one coat or multiple depending on the look youre going for. And since it has a nice shimmer to it, it doesnt show imperfections or chips either. I love natural colors, so this one was an A+ for me. Because you can really build up the opacity of this polish, this made applying it really easy with three main swipes across the nail. And due to the shimmer, its really forgiving even if you do make a mistake. The brush was also quite flat and wide, which helped with the application process. (Drying time was quite short especially if you do thin layers). This polish was also great in terms of wear and is still holding up well after a good week of wearing it. Granted I did apply a topcoat, this still held up through housework and doing dishes by hand. In all, Im a big fan of this shade of Essie polish and think it would be perfect year round if not an easy to upkeep color in the summer months on my fingers and toes.AleksandraM
I am obsessed with Essie, that’s all I have bought since 10 years ago. I have tried Tuck it in my Tux and few others and decided Marshmallow has the best hue!!!! I love the color, not too white not pink, just right. The formula however is horrible. The first couple of times after opening the bottle is great except in order not to get streaks you have to apply 3 coats. After a few days of opening the bottle, the formula gets thick and clumpy and not usable!!! Also, the mandatory 3 layers make the nail polish to peel off in a day or two because it’s simply two thick and rubber feel like almost. Please note this is a constructive review for Essie, I am asking you to please change this formula since I love your products. I would love others to enjoy this wonderful nail polish but at this stage I am not able to use this color anymore. I don’t like anything with sparkle or shine and neither one of your colors mimic marshmallows. The open bottles show the clumps on top. Unfortunately my video would not upload. Love love love! There are not enough words to express how much I love this too coat! It is a bit on the pricey side, however, it is well worth it! Other top coats have never held up as well as this one. There is no smudging, and they last for several days before chipping (which is the first top coat to ever do that for me). Its just your average top coat. Calling this anywhere close to gel is a joke. I followed up a red gel couture polish with this matching top coat and within a few hours my nails have all ready chipped and worn on the tips. Save your money and get a lower cost alternative, it's going to do just as well. This also drags off the color of your polish with it regardless of how long your polish has been drying. I wanted to love this and I wanted it to last more than a few hours.katie.l
This top coat is pretty good! It was very easy apply, and went on very smooth. I had no issues applying it. It did take 5-10 minutes to fully dry. Within the first couple of days I was noticing that the polish under the top coat started the break apart but the top coat was still doing well. By day 3 I was starting to see some small chips on some of my nails, but one nail I had tried a different kind of gel polish from Essie (the blue/grey nail) and that one didn't have any chips yet. It is day 4 now of wearing the polishes, the blue/grey polish on my left hand (my non dominant hand) has a small chip at the side, but my right is still doing well. It seems like the polish underneath determines how well the top coat does and lasts. Some last, some don't. It's a pretty good top coat though!louise.c

Just look at this wonderful gift wrapping from Christian Dior 🎁The nail lacquer comes in a golden box and a beautiful couture round bottle with a polished brass top with Christian Dior written all around the base. The color is intense red and it is called Red Wonders. The brush is definitely worth a mention. It is a wider brush with bristles that are the perfect length making it effortless to use. I apply 2 coats waiting 5 minutes between each coat. I start from the center of the nail and then continue to the sides. At the end I apply clear coat. Every five days I apply a thin coat of clear nail polish which helps my nails look perfect for 2 weeks. This bottle of 12ml- 0.40fl. oz lasts me 2 months. This nail lacquer makes the surface of the nail smooth and shiny like glass. It also strengthens the nails. Unlike so many other products in the Dior range, the nail polish doesn't seemed to have changed for the worse. I have used Dior nail polish for years, as well as other top brands, but none of the other brands come close to Dior. They apply easily, and smoothly, and also dry quite quickly, more so if you use the quick dry top coat. I have quite ridged nails, and these polishes make them look smooth. I own quite a few shades of Dior polish and this is my newest addition, the Dior iconic rosewood. It’s a gorgeous color and tied as my favorite next to 999, the iconic Dior couture red. This color would be flattering on most skintones. The Vernis Nail Lacquer is couture color * shine and long wear * gel effect * protective nail care The formula is infused with peony and pistachio extracts, which provide nails with protective care. The shades are inspired by the trends and latest creations from the House of Dior. It is ultra shiny and gives a gel- like effect. I love the flexible, long, round tipped brush. It’s one of the better brushes available in nail polish and gives pretty wide, even strokes. Easy to use. Some colors, especially the lighter ones have a thin consistency and aren’t very “gel- like”. The results and my recommendation really depend on the color because it’s not consistent, which is definitely a problem. I find the darker or more pigmented colors apply the best. The polish had a strong smell. This smell (after painting my nails) would eventually disappear in a couple of days. Experience using it: I painted the nails on both hands, using neither a base nor top coat – two thin coats on my left hand, and two thick coats on my right hand. The bristles of the brush fanned out readily, covering my whole nail (and more, for smaller nails) in one fell swoop. Thinner coats dried fairly quickly, while thick coats took forever (45 mins!) to dry. After drying, my left hand had semi-sheer paint (this made the colour look like the pinkish taupe on the website), while my right hand had opaque paint (purplish taupe). The polish was glossy enough to make me skip putting a top coat. The polish lasted for over a week, but the polish on the sides of my nails chipped away within 3-4 days of applying the polish. That said, this only happened to the nails of fingers I use the most; the polish on my ring fingers and pinkies remained completely intact (I'm still waiting for them to show signs of wear). Even while chipping/wearing away, the polish remained perfectly smooth and pearly on my nails. Although I love Essie Nail Polish, I will give an honest review for this product. The colour that I got was Jewels and Jacquard. The outcome of the colour is actually prettier than I thought but it is not a colour that I would personally pay for. I prefer colours that my outfit can easily match. I love the brush the Essie gel couture nail polish has; It makes it very easy for me to apply. The Essie gel couture nail polish also dries in no time. If it were not for this colour, I would say that I totally love this Essie gel couture nail polish. I received this as a #freeproduct from Top Box to review. I have used this nail polish before and its a great polish to use. It lasts a lot longer than other nail polish brands, so you're not always having to redo your nails. Normally I wouldn't use such a light color, I prefer brighter more bold colors, but this pink was pretty on my finger nails. I do recommend using a primer color under this pink (Gossamer Garments) unless you like the sheerness of light pink. This was a cute color for my toe nails. I did find the brush to be a little big for my nail bed, which would leave a little polish on the side of my toe, but nothing a q-tip and remover can't fix! This nail polish dries quicker than most other brands as well! Overall I love Essie Nail Polish and will continue to purchase their line, I would recommend this brand to friends or family!Jennifer

It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. Even with the double duty polish by sally hansen there is no saving this horrible nail polish. Air bubbles, smears so easily even though I waited 10 minutes to make sure it was dry. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. This nail polish is what I’ve been looking for! Subtle and creamy this just looks expensive on and is definitely for that ballerina off duty aesthetic everyone’s into atm. I usually redo my nails weekly – this nail polish last for that time. It does chip after that but I don’t use a base or top coat. I've been using seche viet and out the door top coats exclusively for over 10 years. I never tried anything else because those did the job of being really shiny and drying fast. The problem I had was that they would dry up really quickly and were almost too thick and sometimes would shrink the polish under neath or streak. I noticed with this top coat that it's shiny but it isn't overly thick. It glides right over polish and smoothed out an imperfection without being super thick. I didn't notice any shrinking either. Also, the brush applicator is great it's a bit wider and fluffier than the average top coat brush. I really like this top coat and Im glad I took a chance, I haven't been a super fan of essie polishes in the past but I do enjoy this.Nessa
This is the only top coat I can trust to not chip on my nails. I have purchased about 3 times. I do my own mani/pedis- might get them done professionally 1-2 times per year. This gel system lasts just as long as when my nail lady uses her polishes. If I need the color to last for vacations, I use this gel system. I’m really hard on my hands, and this doesn’t chip. My pedicure will last till I remove the color (3-4 weeks). I do take care to prep the nail bed, making sure there is not oily residue. The shine from the top coat is awesome, evens out the polish nicely and really resists chipping. I would say it takes 8-10 mins to dry over the Essie gel polishes.Yessie

Ho Ho holy moly! This is an AMAZING polish! Most glitter polishes (which is the version I’m reviewing) smear when you put them on or don’t show up at all. This Deep Sea Diamonds polish shows up and then some! It not only has small glitter but bigger pieces as well which makes it super sparkly! I’m wearing it over a darker color but you can definitely wear this on its own. Two coats is all you need but you can get away with one. The formulation is on the thicker side which helps keep the glitter in tact. Add a quick dry top coat and you’re done! Highly recommend! If you follow me, I’d like to first say thank you so much! This is probably one of my favourite nail polishes. I love the shade of green and the non-goopy application of it. It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. When I use this polish along with the Miracle Gel top coat, I get a solid week out of the nails before I get any chipping. Usually I only have to repaint them when the nails are growing out too much. Dries quickly, so apply quickly and carefully. This is a great middle ground between regular polish and real gel, meaning it is great for home use. You can get thick coverege that hides your ridges without needing to buff your nails if you do 2 color and 1 top coat. I'm in the process of replacing all my existing polishes with Miracle Gel versions.LH
