So this is the Melody Susie Sheen Nail Drill. I ordered this in 2019. 5 STARS y'all!! It gets all five stars from me because it's just that good and still works as it did the day I bought it, 3 years ago. My bf loves for me to do his nails with this 😆 (he's a diva too). First thing I noticed when I unboxed it is it doesn't feel light, plastic-y and cheap. It has a "for professionals" feel to it. You may not know what I mean but you'll see once you order one. It works so good y'all! It comes with 6 drill bits and a case for storage, 6 sanding bands of diff grit levels, a baggie of sanding bands, user manual, the actual electric drill, and the power cord. The drill has two spins: clockwise and counter, plus it has a dial to go fast or slower. And the best part, it does an awesome job! I can't even fit everything I want to say in this review. I'm your typical mom who puts herself last and only recently started doing little things to self-care. This is my first time purchasing cuticle conditioner so I can't compare to other products but can say that this one has worked really well for me! My cuticles were a mess – overgrown, thick, with hangnails. I started using this cuticle conditioner daily and gently pushing back my cuticles and my nail beds started looking so much better by the end of the first week! My nails are so smooth (I hadn't even realized my nails weren't smooth before) and then the final side buffed them to nice sheen. Not a high gloss shine, just the perfect sheen. A simple 3 step process which doesn't take long! I was impressed!I liked this product enough that I went ahead and purchased replacements for it, but so far, I think I will get a lot of uses out of this block before needing the separately sold replacements. I believe, if you're wearing your block out too soon, you are probably over using it and will damage your nails. I will probably only do my nails every 3 or 4 weeks. Just don't over smooth or buff in one sitting, and don't repeat the process too often! You don't want thin nails and the instructions will guide you so you don't overdo it.This product is easy to use and the included instructions were helpful. I bought this Onsen nail block last year as I really needed a new nail block. This is the best block I've ever used! The block makes my nails look so perfect. I also find they grow much quicker as well. I have weak, brittle nails that are very soft. They're so hard to grow. This block definitely helps a lot. I saw a big difference the first week I started using it! I'm thinking that I might have to buy another one, as my one cat, Ozzy, just LOVES to bat the block out of my hands while I'm using it. Or he'll look around for the box the block is in and drag it right out of the box and chew on it! I do have replacement strips, but I think he bit too far into it for the block to be saved. I actually stopped using nail polish completely, because of these buffers! You will love how pink and glossy a shine you will get with these! The other upside of these buffers is that they increase circulation to the nail bed and cause the nails to grow faster. The kit included a nail condtioning cuticle cream that smells like their line of body lotion. The cream is soft and watery and absorbs completely with no greasiness. The nail file is good and sturdy, lasts a long time, as does the buffer. The replacement strips for the buffer are very affordable. AND if you catch a sale at the mall or online, they'll give you free replacement strips for life for the buffer, shipping not included. This wonderful manicure/pedicure set was well thought-out to include just about everything you might need. It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. Finer than the coarse wheel to file more gently and slowly Felt cone – For buffing and polishing Cylindrical Grinder – Grinds and smooths toenails Pointed Grinder – Removes ingrown toenails. Small for precise use. Round Sapphire Grinder – Removes corns. Use carefully. Needle-shaped Cutter – Precision tool. Used on ingrown nails or parts of dead nails. Charge up your device for about 3 hours before your first use and the charge should last about 2 hours according to the manual. You have to have your device turned off to charge it. It will flash red and green if it isn’t. It will flash with 3 blue lights if everything is OK. When the 3 blue lights are solid, it is charged. The power button on the device has 3 positions. Up, Middle, and Down. Down turns the attachment counter-clockwise and you will see a red light. Up turns the attachment clockwise and you will see a green light. The middle position is off. I thought I would not need to change the device from clockwise to counterclockwise and back again, but I found myself changing it while I was working to make it easier, so I see why this feature was included. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I used to own an electric nail care set and it was a good one that lasted for several years, but since it was powered by electricity, I always had to be tethered to the electrical outlet which was not always convenient. This one is rechargeable and has many other nice features as well. One of the overall design features that I like the best is that the Nail Pro Premium by beurer of Germany comes in a nice zip case along with everything you need to groom your nails, whether you need a manicure or a pedicure. The product is of a high-quality design and comes with 10 different sapphire and felt attachments that seem to meet all needs for nail care of manicuring or pedicures. It comes with a dust shield that fits neatly over any of the attachments and has an LED light that illuminates during use. Sometimes buying cheap is more expensive. Speed adjuster is not the best. Don’t get me wrong is doing it’s job NOW because it’s new but I don’t think it’s going to last long . Now I’m stuck deviating if should return it , or just see how long my money will last .Zz

This is the worst drill on the market for convenient nail drills. I waited patiently for this to come and when it did let me tell. Let’s point out the first fact that the cord isn’t as long as they describe at all, the Emory pieces are very weak and collapse from the slightest compression, the drill is so weak my 90yr old grandmother could use this with absolutely no harm. My vibrator has more power than this drill. It’s not worth the money at all and the marketing information is false for the product. The reviews have to be made up because there is no way this device is rated a 4 out of 5. It’s a joke! Definitely sending back immediately!Shauna

I love this multi-sided file and buffer. My boyfriend does too, and he always asks me to do his nails when I pull this sucker out of my bag. (clean, clip, file, buff and shine.) He works with machines all day and he can have some brittle areas on his nails, but by the time I'm done he is so excited. I purchased this about 2 years ago…..used it 3-4 times. I recently charged it and when i went to use it…. nothing. I plugged it in again and it was if I hadn't charged it at all. I waited for the green light – when it came on I tried it again…..NOTHING! I wrote twice to Belasonic and each time they responded that I would receive a reply in a day or two. So I’ve wanted to buy this tool for a very long time and I kept reading the reviews and not knowing if I should buy it. The reviews are kind of misleading. This is not a salon quality tool, but it will work for your natural nail needs and even some false nail needs. It’s not super powerful, but if you’re patient you will be able to form acrylics. The only thing that would make this tool better is if the nail tips were more durable. They’re okay for natural nail needs but for any other kind of needs I’d be wary of the wear you’re putting on the tip. If you don’t feel the tip snap into place, the tip is not locked.Chloe

I was expecting better quality and results from this product as I've tried several other products from the Amope line and was satisfied. There are three different 'heads' to this tool, and I was expecting it to provide salon-quality and high-end results. The nail file was not particularly coarse enough to file nails well, and the buffing and shaping tools were pretty flimsy overall. I got this product for free. If I hadn't gotten it in a care package, I wouldn't have used it. Upon reading reviews which were mostly negative , I was suddenly grateful I hadn't spent a cent on it but I still gave it a try. Each person experiences things differently. My experience with this item wasn't negative. It filed, buffed and shined my nails like it said in the packaging and my nails came out smooth. It does what it says it does although manually doing your nails might get better results. But overall, this product is pretty good in my opinion.
