I've been using this acrylic nail primer for awhile now and as much as I do like Mia secret I'm not sure that this is actually doing anything except making my brush go hard. I've used it with regular acrylic and more recently with dip powder and it doesn't seem to make the product stay on any better then when I don't use it. Maybe I'm just a novice and I'm not doing it right but I've watched enough videos to get the drift. You do your nail prep, push your cuticles back and get all the dead skin off the nail plate, then use the nail prep liquid which is basically a dehydrator to get all the oil off the natural nail then use the primer to help the acrylic bond to the nail. Maybe I got an old one or something because I did get it off Amazon…. But all It does is make my brushes get all hard and I have to use the brush saver liquid. Idk. I'm going to use it a little more but I think I'm going to get a different primer to see if it works any better and if it works the same as this one then I know it's something I'm doing and not the product.katie.s

I've used it with regular acrylic and more recently with dip powder and it doesn't seem to make the product stay on any better then when I don't use it. Maybe I'm just a novice and I'm not doing it right but I've watched enough videos to get the drift. You do your nail prep, push your cuticles back and get all the dead skin off the nail plate, then use the nail prep liquid which is basically a dehydrator to get all the oil off the natural nail then use the primer to help the acrylic bond to the nail. Maybe I got an old one or something because I did get it off Amazon…. But all It does is make my brushes get all hard and I have to use the brush saver liquid. Idk. I'm going to use it a little more but I think I'm going to get a different primer to see if it works any better and if it works the same as this one then I know it's something I'm doing and not the product.katie.s

My acrylic nails do not break or bend (I'm a little rough with cleaning and I type all day at work with my long nails). Being able to simply spray a quick dry coat on means I never ruin my hard work by putting lines into the coloured polish, which is something I managed to do with quick dry nail polish top coats. I love using Demert Nail Enamel Dryer. This dries my nails fast. I like using this when I'm in a hurry. It has a pleasant baby powder scent when you spray it. It's not over barring though. When I paint my nails it stops my polish from smudging. For the price, you can use this product generously. I would suggest spraying this at a good distance. From experience if you spray this to close you might get air bubbles on your nails. Also, if you have the extra time, spray in between each coat of polish so your nails dry even faster.diana.s
