I love this drill! It is SO much easier to use and charging is fast. The most convenient thing I have and it makes doing nails hassle free! I�m super glad I bought it. I probably could have used a 4 step ladder rather than a 3 stepper but that was my mistake, not the supplier's. The instruction sheet was almost useless since the parts listing was in English and the actual instructions were in both Chinese and French, not English. Fortunately, It was not very complicated, although I had to buy large wood screws to complete the installation (anchoring the ladder to the dock). I was aware of the need to buy screws for that purpose and all of the other necessary was included. I've had the drill for 2 weeks and it works great! The hand piece does heat up a little after prolonged use. Occasionally I will turn it off to let it breath for a bit. But the speed and power of it is great! I also love that you can turn it from Right to Left handed. The machine itself is of good quality, absolutely NOT cheap plastic like some other models out there. Definitely recommend.dayofthedeadgirl

I purchased the drill when it was on sale in February. After 6 months of carefully using it, the drill suddenly stop working. Contact the customer care, they advised to contact the Harmony Drill. I did send email and called like they advised but no resolve from any of the party. not worth $270van n.

Ordered this item through my nail tech and after second use the hand set was getting hot – I turned it off and tried it again when it cooled down. It ran really slow and did heat up again and then it did not even turn on. We sent it back and after 4 weeks we received a repaired unit. Yep it did the same thing but on the first time I used it. Returned AGAIN and after 3 weeks received it back and they said it was a new handset but not a new base. Yep it did it again. Now they say it is out of warranty. I am so disappointed I will never buy anything from this company EVER!!! Waste of money and poor poor customer service.
First of all, I purchased a purple color and I received a white unit so Im giving it a 4 star. But testing the unit id say its very good! Attached some photos for reference. The unit itself is so lightweight and compact. I can take it anywhere and can easily fit in my tote bag. Great tool for investment for beginners and professionals alike. Im a new, Covid DIY home manicurist.As with any skill theres a definite learning curve when doing our own nailsbut this e-file performs beautifully!!Watch a bunch of videos, keep your expectations reasonable, and with time youll be pleased with your results! Dont expect professional results on day 1, but patience and practice will get you there. Im 7 months in and still mastering filing with my non-dominant hand but videos help. Remember to turn off the unit before switching b/t forward and reverse and when packing up for next time. Overall an excellent e-file for the price, highly recommend!Kathy

I bought this drill well over 10 years ago. It has worked wonderfully the entire time I've had it. I've had to replace the bands of course. It's been a great tool. Only downfall is you can't adjust the rpm and speed or direction. It's just now starting to wear out on me. I use it every time I do my toes and fingers so it's lasted through A Lot of manis and pedis. And I'll still be able to use a little bit just not for the full Mani or pedi like before. Def worth the money!
This product is actually very good. I was very surprised at how well it works. I used it to take off UV gel nail polish and it comes off very easily with this drill. The drill also comes with some interchangeable heads. This drill takes double AA batteries and works amazing! I highly recommend this product! I'm in love.
great little machine for ametuers trying to do their nails during this stupid time! I read reviews that said once you got the hang of it, it was great, and that is so true! I'm right-handed, so using my left hand to sand off the old polish and acrylic off of my right hand was my first test, and like that other gal said, once you got the hang of it…..yup!! I love this little machine! If you are a bit patient with yourself or someone else, it's totally worth the amount you paid, which is peanuts compared to the bigger machine! If you are a do-it-yourselfer, give it a try!

Apparently there seems to be two types of these on the market :one with higher definition and more options as is advertised here and one with lower picture /video definition and less menu options that I received. However I notified the seller and he did refund me five dollars. So all in all its a stellar deal. Also, the battery fully charged was only good for one to five minutes depending on what I was doing, filming or browsing the menu. But, I ordered a better battery (higher MAH) online for cheap from another ebay seller from China. Might be pretty decent if the battery ever gets here. Over 20 days and still waiting for it now. I will still order another higher definition unit so I can get more accurate video of goings on at greater distances , but this one was worth the price after all.knightowlecks0
Everyone is commenting about the drill bits but I watched a Youtuber review the item and it worked good. No, it may not have came with instructions but the youtuber figured it out. You're suppose to unscrew the metal part a good amount, then pop the piece in and screw it back together. Y'all could've asked for help instead of just degrading the product.Zaria
