I’m going to make this short and to the point. If you’re a woman who dreads wearing sandals and flip flops in public because you’re always self conscious due to a few problem toenails that look like they should belong to Shrek instead of yourself, you are wasting valuable time sitting on the fence while you should be knocking it down to get this stuff! The results are rather fast. It only took about three days for it to tame the beast of a nail that has caused me so much agony due to being thick and lifted from the nail bed. It’s also done wonders for the unsightly, off white color of the tips on my big toes, and I was also amazed that it got rid of all of the crusty cuticles on my little toes. I never realized that yes, I do indeed have normal sized pinky nails, not just tiny nubs pretending to be my little toenails! After opening the package I read the directions and at the bottom in tiny print it said it was not an anti fungal which can only be prescribed be a physician. Turns out this is a cosmetic, not a cure. The outer package should say that. Instead I wasted $30.00 on a product that gives the false impression it is a cure. I think I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and ask if they agree that this and similar products should display warnings in large print on the outer package that this is a cosmetic not an anti-fungal.

So much to say but il keep it short. It worked so far on my last to fingers. My middle finger i broke three times so the nail is a mess and does not seem to be clearing up. My first finger was the first to get the fungus but for some reason it cleared up on its own before i started applying this. I was on and off, never consisted until now. I purchased this product back in February and wanted to try it before writing this review. The Nonyx Gel has nearly cleared the problem and the nail is returning to its original pink color. People need to read the box before trying this. It softens the fungal debris so it can be removed, taking away the food supply for the fungus but it takes time. The key is to get it under the nail as far as possible and then periodically clean out the softened gunk underneath. If you don’t do this it won’t work. So if you want instant gratification then neither this nor any anti fungal will make you happy. But if you follow instructions it will work over time, quicker for some, slower for others depending on the degree of fungal infection. If you’ve let your feet go for awhile it will take longer. So the secret is to be patient. Tip: also put some gel on the pad of a band aid and then wear it wrapped around the nail. Change daily. Will slightly accelerate process.John
I have used Nonyx for the last month or so after trying many different things to combat toenail fungus. None seemed to have much effect but since Nonyx my nails are a lot whiter and growing out looking better. I have several that have been thickened for quite some time and they are still thick, but by keeping them closely trimmed and cleaned out under the nail and apply Nonyx twice a day I can see some improvement. Does not happen overnight but over time I think they are showing improvement. I would suggest that a brush of some kind be included with the Nonyx as I have had to use one I had for another toe nail product to adequately push the product up under the toenails as far as I can. I’ve been dealing with a gross nail fungus On my right big toe for about 8 months now. I can honestly say I don’t remember having bare toes in years. They’re always polished. I also had a bad habit last summer of wearing my tennis shoes without socks. I was horrified earlier this year when the lady at the nail shop told me I had fungus! I had never and I was embarrassed. Only had two toe nails that had to heal…probably from walking barefoot indoors with dog traffic, God only knows what they walk in with. I Cleared one big toe nearly completely and cleared the other big toe about half way with one small bottle. I wasn’t applying it three times a day, I tried to a first, I did tho use a glass nail file and cut my toe nails before applying. I still seen results in the first week. So much to say but il keep it short. It worked so far on my last to fingers. My middle finger i broke three times so the nail is a mess and does not seem to be clearing up. My first finger was the first to get the fungus but for some reason it cleared up on its own before i started applying this. I was on and off, never consisted until now. Its been about 3 months, applied 2-3 times a day. My last two nails were completely covered but i started taking pictures the next month to see if there was any changes, and yes there is. I bought a funginail pen at the beginning of summer and it was great. I bought another one a couple of weeks ago and it seemed to be empty. I couldn't get it to work at all. But the product instructions never specifically state whether the liquid should be applied to a fungal toenail, using vague phrases like "around the nails, underneath nail tips" which, coupled with the very clear graphic artwork, indicate it is intended for treating toenail fungus. Only when you read the very last sentence in the tiny type directions do you encounter the statement "this product is not effective on scalp or nails." This combination of the fungal nail art and the statement about it not being effective on nails is deceptive. I went to the product website and, lo and behold, the box artwork has now been altered to show a perfect, fungus-free toenail with the applicator applying fluid, implying that the nail has been cured of the fungus infection with product use. (See second image below.) Note that the toenail is dead centered within the red "target circle" on both illustrations. All this is a unambiguous attempt to convince the buyer into thinking the product will clear up toenail fungus, which it apparently cannot. Buyer beware.Rembo
