Also, I do a lot with my hands and nails like scratching, tapping my nails on things, and grabbing things that put pressure on my nails. I say all this to say that you don't have to worry about being extra careful. I didn't do anything special or add any extra fancy products all I did was file the top of my nails and put nail polish remover apply the glue and press firmly. I love this product. I use it to re-adhere a loosened dipped acrylic nail to my natural nail. The brush works great to slide under the loose section. ?And I've used the glue to reattach the entire acrylic nail. I wish I looked at reviews before purchasing this in the store. It’s not worth your time or money. I’ve never used nail glue before so I wasn’t sure where to start. It lasted maybe a few hours before I picked up a stapler and a nail fell off. Several more fell off shortly after that. And I’m just sitting at a normal desk job. Nails literally lasted less than an hour. I put them on to do a holiday family photo shoot and they began falling off right before the shoot started. By the time it was time to take the pictures, I literally had 1 nail left on one hand and 4 left on the other. I had to hide my hands in the pictures! By the end of the shoot I was down to 3 total! As first timer using press on nails, i read hundreds reviews and this glue came highly recommended. Only thing is that dried super fast so there is almost zero room for error.. Once dry if some goes on the finger it dries white, but it is easy to remove it gently using a fine grit nail files. I am really happy with this glue. Being the first time i apply press on I cannot compare, but I can tell the hold is amazing, it feels on my stubby nails like a "vacuum" hold? hard to explain. Amazing price for a great glue and you get four bottles!!! Used also with rhinestones on my press on nails and coated with a thin layer gel polish, super strong hold\EDIT: several uses and brands later, I am IMPRESSED. I move crates, bins, big boxes of HEAVY rocks and crystals. Daily. I'm a clutz not used to long nails so i keep hitting them on everything, catching them in clothes, nothing will bulge. Trust me. This glue is it.After some practice with several glue on nail sets, I came to figure out that they WILL pop even if you use liquid nails lol. It is all about the 2 factors: amount and pressing. Too much or too little glue will make them pop off. You need to do some trial and error before you will figure out the perfect amount that works for your nails. Pressing the nail for 20 seconds (at least) is key. Make sure to press the whole nail bed. That will allow excess glue to spill out from the top of your real nail and create an extra seal. So I decided to do press ons after destroying my nails trying to remove a hard gel mani. After reading reviews, I picked this up and let me tell you it is amazing. I just took off my set of press ons last night after two weeks of wear. I only had to reglue maybe three, but the others were ON and didn’t budge. The only reason I took them off was so I can change to a new design, otherwise they’d still be going. I wash my hands a lot, take long hot showers, and clean using spray bleach (and other stuff). None of these things seemed to have a huge effect on the hold. Definitely recommend!!amber.j

At the time of writing this review, this glue has kept these nails on for 12 days and they're still going strong! This glue can easily make the fake nails last 2 weeks and beyond. Also, I do a lot with my hands and nails like scratching, tapping my nails on things, and grabbing things that put pressure on my nails. I say all this to say that you don't have to worry about being extra careful. I didn't do anything special or add any extra fancy products all I did was file the top of my nails and put nail polish remover apply the glue and press firmly. These work and last just like acrylics. (I think the key to having fake nails last long is filing the top of nails really good and also the inside of fake nail if you can)gabbysosolitary
