It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. Finer than the coarse wheel to file more gently and slowly Felt cone – For buffing and polishing Cylindrical Grinder – Grinds and smooths toenails Pointed Grinder – Removes ingrown toenails. Small for precise use. Round Sapphire Grinder – Removes corns. Use carefully. Needle-shaped Cutter – Precision tool. Used on ingrown nails or parts of dead nails. Charge up your device for about 3 hours before your first use and the charge should last about 2 hours according to the manual. You have to have your device turned off to charge it. It will flash red and green if it isn’t. It will flash with 3 blue lights if everything is OK. When the 3 blue lights are solid, it is charged. The power button on the device has 3 positions. Up, Middle, and Down. Down turns the attachment counter-clockwise and you will see a red light. Up turns the attachment clockwise and you will see a green light. The middle position is off. I thought I would not need to change the device from clockwise to counterclockwise and back again, but I found myself changing it while I was working to make it easier, so I see why this feature was included. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I probably could have used a 4 step ladder rather than a 3 stepper but that was my mistake, not the supplier's. The instruction sheet was almost useless since the parts listing was in English and the actual instructions were in both Chinese and French, not English. I was able to install it by looking at the pictures in conjunction with the parts list. Fortunately, It was not very complicated, although I had to buy large wood screws to complete the installation (anchoring the ladder to the dock). I was aware of the need to buy screws for that purpose and all of the other necessary was included. So far the pontoon/dock ladder is working as expected so I have no complaints post purchase & installation.ronfo_79

This is the best drill i have owned. For the price I’m impressed. It truly reaches 20,000 rpm but you should never use a drill at that speed. I do find that if too much pressure is applied to the nail the drill will stop which is a bummer for the motor and a blow to the perception of the quality. I can’t bring myself to spend 400 on a drill so this is the next best thing for those who would like something for personal or commercial use. Also, be sure to dust off the pen after every use to prevent clogging and this drill will last you a long time!Mickayla

Pre me reading the comment’s no this drill doesn’t have to be plugged in all the time in order for it to work! I love the fast spreed of this drill and I have never had any issues with using this drill . I purchased this e-file after much research. Im not a professional, have been getting augments for two decades, and recently began doing my own nails with a dip system. I think this efile is perfect for my purposes. It is not appropriate for natural nails — its for acrylic dip, gel, polygel…etc. Also, I use a fluffy brush to clear the bit and shaft of dust before changing bits, in hopes of keeping dust out of the motor to extend the life e-file. A lot of complaints about efiles seem to stem from the root cause of users not practicing good hygiene with their files, resulting in the file becoming non functional too soon.Pamela

I purchased this about 2 years ago…..used it 3-4 times. I recently charged it and when i went to use it…. nothing. I plugged it in again and it was if I hadn't charged it at all. I waited for the green light – when it came on I tried it again…..NOTHING! I wrote twice to Belasonic and each time they responded that I would receive a reply in a day or two. First of all, I purchased a purple color and I received a white unit so Im giving it a 4 star. But testing the unit id say its very good! Attached some photos for reference. The unit itself is so lightweight and compact. I can take it anywhere and can easily fit in my tote bag. Great tool for investment for beginners and professionals alike. Im a new, Covid DIY home manicurist.As with any skill theres a definite learning curve when doing our own nailsbut this e-file performs beautifully!!Watch a bunch of videos, keep your expectations reasonable, and with time youll be pleased with your results! Dont expect professional results on day 1, but patience and practice will get you there. Im 7 months in and still mastering filing with my non-dominant hand but videos help. I was expecting better quality and results from this product as I've tried several other products from the Amope line and was satisfied. There are three different 'heads' to this tool, and I was expecting it to provide salon-quality and high-end results. The nail file was not particularly coarse enough to file nails well, and the buffing and shaping tools were pretty flimsy overall. I got this product for free. If I hadn't gotten it in a care package, I wouldn't have used it. Upon reading reviews which were mostly negative , I was suddenly grateful I hadn't spent a cent on it but I still gave it a try. Each person experiences things differently. My experience with this item wasn't negative. It filed, buffed and shined my nails like it said in the packaging and my nails came out smooth. It does what it says it does although manually doing your nails might get better results. But overall, this product is pretty good in my opinion. This is the perfect do it yourself home professional manicure and pedicure kit. Although you can use it on yourself, I found that it is much relaxing if someone does it for you. I originally got this to try on my wife and she loves getting the pampered treatment at home while watching TV or just soaking in the tub. It's pretty light weight compared to others products. Comfortable to hold and a cool thing about this is that it comes with a nice looking carrying case. Also includes seven attachments that can be applied or detached very easy with out any struggling. I can't even begin to tell you how much money we have saved already from not going to the nail salon. Its also so simple to use on yourself that I have started to give my own toe nails a little TLC if my wife is to tired or at work, and yes it does great on construction feet. Never having used anything like this, I was afraid I was going to sand my toes and finger nails right off my body. There is an instruction booklet that explains each attachment. There are several speed choices and there is a lighted gauge that shows what speed you are in. This kit is safe for diabetics. Taking better care of my feet is one of my top priorities this year so when saw this come up for review I jumped on it. For the cost of one pedicure at a salon, I can do a better job myself anytime at home with this machine. Also, I don't have to endure embarrassment from a pedicurists. My heels, which had thick callouses, are now almost baby-soft and my thickened toenails have been thinned out. My feet look a lot better after having used this machine just once. It is very time consuming compared to regular clippers. It works a lot better as a "finishing touch" after clipping nails with a regular pair of clippers. I would consider it more of a nail filer than a trimmer. It was bought for an elderly person who thought they would really like to have one, but was highly disappointed. It definitely doesn't deserve to be called an electric nail "clipper" and should be called an electric nail filer. And as with most "as seen on T.V.," even if it was advertised as an electric nail filer it would still get some bad reviews for a disappointment; but maybe more than just 1 star. Would suggest you not waste your money if you're looking for something for the elderly (say, like with arthritis) that can't use nail clippers. Was thinking of ordering two – one for myself and one to give as a gift. Am I glad I didn't. The only good thing I can truthfully say about this product is that it does eventually give one's nails a smooth and even edge, Otherwise, the process is very slow and I really don't see much difference between the side that is suppose to trim and the side that files.The major complaint is the "ON & OFF" switch. More times than not, after switching this product off, it keeps running. This morning out of the blue I heard a buzzing sound. After searching for a while I discovered the Roto Cliper had started running on its own. It is clear from some of the negative reviews that some might think this tool will CUT your nails, it will not, but will TRIM them very nicely, and file them smoooth. I have very thick, strong nails, and didn't have huge expectations that this would tackle them, but when I lowered my expectations of it actually cutting my nail down from long to short, and followed the instructions for soaking the nail first, it worked great (now, instead of soaking, I just use it after a shower when my nails are already soft). This is a TRIMMER, and if used a couple of times a week after a shower, it does a terrific job. I have arthritic hands, and this has made a once difficult task much easier. It does not do the corners of your nails well at first, but once you get the hang of it, and keep your nails trimmed properly, the corners get easier to do.
