I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! When it comes to nail polish, I tend to be quite skeptical especially since gel is a go-to. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this Essie polish due to its color, application and wear. In terms of color, this shade looks great with one coat or multiple depending on the look youre going for. And since it has a nice shimmer to it, it doesnt show imperfections or chips either. I love natural colors, so this one was an A+ for me. Because you can really build up the opacity of this polish, this made applying it really easy with three main swipes across the nail. And due to the shimmer, its really forgiving even if you do make a mistake. The brush was also quite flat and wide, which helped with the application process. (Drying time was quite short especially if you do thin layers). This polish was also great in terms of wear and is still holding up well after a good week of wearing it. Granted I did apply a topcoat, this still held up through housework and doing dishes by hand. In all, Im a big fan of this shade of Essie polish and think it would be perfect year round if not an easy to upkeep color in the summer months on my fingers and toes.AleksandraM
I am obsessed with Essie, that’s all I have bought since 10 years ago. I have tried Tuck it in my Tux and few others and decided Marshmallow has the best hue!!!! I love the color, not too white not pink, just right. The formula however is horrible. The first couple of times after opening the bottle is great except in order not to get streaks you have to apply 3 coats. After a few days of opening the bottle, the formula gets thick and clumpy and not usable!!! Also, the mandatory 3 layers make the nail polish to peel off in a day or two because it’s simply two thick and rubber feel like almost. Please note this is a constructive review for Essie, I am asking you to please change this formula since I love your products. I would love others to enjoy this wonderful nail polish but at this stage I am not able to use this color anymore. I don’t like anything with sparkle or shine and neither one of your colors mimic marshmallows. The open bottles show the clumps on top. Unfortunately my video would not upload. I use a variety of Salley Hansen products, loyally have experienced nothing but good quality. I bought this nail art pen in the hopes that using would make my smile lines for french manicures I wear to work crisp on point. The first few uses were just okay, the color wasn't quite as opaque as I hoped so I had to go over my lines 2 or 3 times. Then the consistency changed, I don't know if it was because it was beginning to dry out but the polish started looking like I was trying to do my nails using white out. I then began to find small particles of dried polish throughout anything I tried to draw. It then completely clumped up wouldn't even come out of the pen at all. This was after maybe 6 or 7 uses. I ended up throwing it away. Maybe just a bad batch? It worked just fine for the 1st 2 or 3 times. I don't think I would repurchase this particular product againjessica.l
This color is really nice. I LOVE IT! If you like sparkles, use this color with INSTA-DRY 258 SHOOTING STAR on top of it. You can use any color of XTREME WEAR and add Bling. How I applied; one generous coat, let dry. Then add 258 SHOOTING STAR on top; 2 generous coats. When using Sparkles/Bling on top, make sure the coats are very generous, let dry between each application. Also if you miss areas for sparkles, you can reapply the glitter where you want it. Don't worry about imperfections because the glitter will dry as if you applied it with brush smoothly. Using these two colors will give you a ROSE GOLD SPARKLE APPEARANCE. The liquid is clear. Apply more coats depending on how much bling you want. Will last 1 week or more depending on how much you wash your hands or using cleaning products without gloves. I LOVE this polish! I bought the Disco Ball color, which is clear with holographic glitter in it. My picture does NOT do it justice at all! The 3 pink fingernails have this polish on them and they are gorgeous! The polish dries pretty quickly. I usually don't like using polish because I always make a mess of it and get smudges, etc. But this is a nice overlay over nail strips that I have. It applies smoothly and easily. I put a gel top coat over it so it has lasted over a week and still looks like it does in the picture. At a little over $2 I think this is a great value to make your mainicures POP! I have not tried to remove it yet, but using those clips that go over your nails with remover on cotton pads and leaving it on for about 5 minutes or so, should easily remove it, even though it's glitter.JustRambling

There is a lot that I like about this “It Takes Two” Miracle Gel nail polish and top coat. First, the color! I’m wearing Sugar Fix which is a bright, powdery blue perfect for summer! Second, I like the size and convenience of this tube; perfect to fit in your bag and have a mani-on-the-go! One side has the color and the other a top coat. Thirdly, no base coat needed! Now one thing I think needs improvement: it states to apply two color coats, wait five minutes, then apply the gel top coat. I waited slightly longer but when I applied the top coat, two of my nails smeared because I pressed too hard with the brush. It wasn’t terrible but something to be aware of. I simply re-applied on those areas and it dried fine. I think this needs more time to dry before adding the top coat. Also, you’ll need to hold onto the base of the tube as you’re applying or else it might fall over as you dip the brush in. This isn’t so much a needed improvement but rather the outcome of the sleek tube design. I’ve read a lot of reviews on this product and most of them seem to be color-related. I obviously can only speak to the color I used which went on decent the first coat and fully covered with the second. This does last a few days without heavy chipping. You get minor wear at the tips but I found this to last longer than a typical nail polish. If you follow me, I’d like to first say thank you so much! While I am admittedly by no means an expert on nail polish, I was far beyond satisfied, in fact, I was completely impressed with both the color and the quality of this nail polish. It dries quick, goes on thick and lasts! But, most importantly, the color is awesome. It is totally unique as I have certainly never seen this color before. It is predominantly silver- very shiny silver. What makes this color unique is the shade of pine green mixed in with the dominant metallic sheen. The brighter the light, the more the green shows. So basically it looks ever so slightly different every time you look at it- which to me is super cool! Highly Recommended!

It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. Even with the double duty polish by sally hansen there is no saving this horrible nail polish. Air bubbles, smears so easily even though I waited 10 minutes to make sure it was dry. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

I bought this on sale, so I'm happy with the value. It definitely dries faster than most regular polishes, but, of course, it doesn't fully set for about a day or so. There is a bit of an unpleasant odour when applying, but that's minor. My major complaint is that they started chipping the day after I applied. They mostly lasted for like 3-4 days with minor chipping (with the addition of a quick-dry top coat, different brand). Took 3 coats for full coverage, so not great opacity, and very thick on the nail. I am very happy with the price, and love the colour Pink Blink! Wow! Finally a kid-friendly nail Polish that actually goes on nicely and LASTS!! The colors are beautifully vibrant and I love that they all have a nice shimmer/sparkle to them. I used the top/base coat on my two kids (4 and 6 year olds) then alternated with the purple, green, and pink colors to their liking for both nails and toes. I really appreciate that that it doesn’t smell like chemicals! I don’t have to worry about my kids inhaling the fumes or putting their hands in their mouths (one of them likes to bite her nails). I loved the saturated color and it lasted for 2 weeks on my toes without chipping. I did experience some chipping on my fingernails after 5 days. I used Sally Hansen base and top coat with both toes and fingers. I usually use a soy based polish remover for removal all my polishes ((usually Sally Hansen, Opi and Essie). However, the polish wouldn’t come off with the soy polish remover. Luckily I had some acetone remover and was able to use that. Even with the acetone remover, it took me an hour to get the polish off my fingers! I didn’t bother trying to remove the polish off my toes. I went to a nail salon and they had to soak off the polish with acetone remover and file off the remnants of polish. They asked me if I was wearing gel polish. I had to show them the bottle. I won’t use this polish again. I get the same staying power with my regular polishes with the headache of removal.LadyCG

Before the COVID situation I would get a gel manicure every two weeks. And now, I do not see myself going back to the nail salon. This mega formula lasts! My nails stay unchipped for 6 days straight! And when they started chipping it was only at the very tip of the nail! I typically only ever need two coats and I dont use a clear top coat. The colors are so pretty! The brush is super skinny I was worried at first, but it's super good, coverge and application is easy! I take off with regular acetone and comes right off – not sure about the glitter ones because I dont have any glitter colors yet, but I imagine it would take a little more effort to remove as with all glitter polishes. Not sure why people buy the $10+ nail polishes like Essie and OPI, when you can get two of these instead!! I would get all the colors if i could! Don't hesitate, get this polish!rissy808
I would definitely recommend this nail product if you also struggle with brittle nails prone to breakage. I use the clear as a base coat (although I wouldn’t wear it alone because it can look a little yellow, which seems to be common with clear coats, but figured I would mention it) and I do notice a difference – almost if my nails feel as if they’ve been more fortified. I would be curious to see if using one of the Mega Strength hardener pigmented shades on top of the clear coat would amplify its effect. Sally Hansen has long been a company I can trust in terms of quality and performance, and this product further solidifies my perception of their (well-deserved) place in the nail game.danielle.m
I always struggle with painting my own nails in the first place, and I'm always looking for a top coat to make my nails look shiny and smooth like a gel polish but also dries fast. This top coat does just that. Sometimes I even use it alone to give my nails a nice shine. It doesn't stay tacky for very long and covers/smooths out any small imperfections in my base coat of color. The brush is big and wide which allows the whole nail to be covered in two swipes. It makes my nails feel very striong as well. Very nice polish! My only complaint is that the top coat peels off easily, especially around the cuticles. It doesn't take much to get a chip in it which also takes the underneath color off as well. It works well if you're the type to change the color of your nails every week but I like to get as long as possible out of my polishes so it is kind of frustrating. The bottle is tiny with less polish than standard sizes. The applicator brush is one of the most important features and the Chanel brush is ludicrously inferior. The polish is thin and chips easily. I bought this because the box claims it makes nail polish (at least OPI nail polish) last much longer before chipping ("up to 11 days of gel-like wear and shine", actually). I work with my hands and I feel the act of painting/doing my nails is way too time consuming, so it is very important to me that my nail polish stay put and stay unchipped for as long as possible. I used this kit exactly as directed, applying multiple coats of each bottle, used my OPI brand Infinite Shine Long-Wear nail polish (the recommended nail polish to use with this kit, I used the gorgeous, sexy red shade "An Affair in Red Square"), and let dry completely. My nail polish WAS very shiny and pretty when it was done. However, in one or two days my nails were already chipping. I really hate spending half an hour to an hour (natural drying takes forever) doing my nails only to have them get messed up after one or two days at work. So I just wear my nails completely bare basically all the time. I only use nail polish and do my nails maybe once every few months. So does this nail kit make your nail polish shiny and pretty? I suppose so, even though nail polish is shiny as-is. It does make your polish look more gel-like. Does this nail kit prevent chipping for "up to 11 days"? Well I suppose TECHNICALLY yes, it was "up to" 11 days… But *I wouldn't use or recommend this kit to prevent chipping of nail polish if you work with your hands.* It simply doesn't work well for that. I have yet to find anything that will make any nail polish last longer than a day or two without chipping, while I hold a job in which I constantly use my hands. So if you want gel-like nail polish, I recommend this kit, and you should get that gel-like result with any nail polish you use with it. I've used OPI products since I was a little girl. It's long been a favorite nail care brand of my mother's. She went through many years where she would only wear I'm not really a waitress, I still associate that color with that ideal woman we always wanted to be when we grew up. So, when I was offered to participate in this cashback campaign, even though I had never used any of the infinite shine products, I knew I would love it. It's even better than I thought!!! Alpine Snow is an old favorite color of mine but the blue color: To Be Continued is new to me. TBC is a beautiful light baby blue that is mesmerizing! It would work in literally every season and I do think it would be beautiful on most skin tones. The OPI formula has always been a winner. I was glad to find all the shades I was looking for through the Ulta.com app but had a hiccup with customer service I had never encountered before that got me a little ruffled. It was quickly shipped but with excessively poor packing that damaged the chrome paint on the bottles. Which I am fortunate was the only issue cause the way they packed it could easily have broken everything in it. To which I wrote CS and they did not seem to care. So I expect nothing will change. I am not real happy with the downside I have seen shipping and handling customer care from Ulta lately. Onto the actual polish. It’s a lovely shade of light pink with no nude/ brown town to it. Just above ballet slipper. Though it looked a little more watery than I prefer, it did not run at all and I had good control with each layer. I tried a thin on and a thicker one to check coverage. You can get good coverage with one layer done thickly. If that is your preference. Dry time isn’t to long, either. By the time you get through coat one, you may be ready to do coat two. My favorite nail polishes! Seriously! I've thrown all away my other nail polishes that went bad within months (*Cough* Essie). This version of Sally Hansen is a long lasting and fast drying that do not chip, in my experience. The flat rectangular brush allows me to better apply the nail polish with little to no mess which is a plus for me! Why? Because I am terrible at painting my nails with the regular brushes. Some colors only need one coat and you're set!! I finish it off with the top coat of Color Thearpy to give it a nice shine. For those wondering, I use Sally Hansen Hard as Nails as a base. I have been using this shade of nail polish (on my toenails) for years, and I hope Sally Hansen never stops making it. In clothing, I wear a lot of black with blues, greens, purples and pinks, but I occasionally wear brown and orange tones. This nail polish looks great with any of these colors. It will take on a pinkish cast with cool colors and somewhat cinnamon cast with warm colors. I am very picky when it comes to overall continuity in color, and this shade goes with everything. This is my first Target review which I had to write because this nail color is so rich, dries quickly, has a gel-like finish, lasts for days, and best of all: your nails are truly in better shape when you remove it. Prior to reading about the color "rosy quartz" on an obscure blog I always bought high end nail polishes and was skeptical of SH color. But I loved this blogger's nail color and she had a link, so I thought I'd give it a try… and now it is my go-to pink! I recently bought the red, and it is just as lovely. And, it didn't stain my nails like other reds do. I can remove it all with one pad unlike other polishes. The first week I wore the pink (my first color) I was shocked at how nice my nails looked after I removed the polish. Though I'm a former nail biter, and have nice and healthy nails now (thanks to years of vitamins, careful care, and treatments), the nails under this polish after wearing it for a few days are gorgeous and healthy looking in a way they've never been. The fine ridges have disappeared and I no longer have to buff prior to polishing. They have a nice look to them even after I take off the polish, almost like they've been heavily moisturized! And they are so strong I catch myself doing things with them I should like opening cans, etc, with zero breakage. This has become my go-to polish, and I hope SH continues to release more colors in this line. If you apply it carefully, it looks as nice as a salon manicure. This, for me, is the most perfect shade of cherry red but it chips horribly and is super clumpy now that I'm halfway through the bottle. The brush is cut at an angle which makes self-manicure easier. It also stains your fingernails. At $18 a bottle the polish should not stain but this one does. I will say, it does seem to last on my toes. I love this color SO much and might repurchase now that it's half off, but yah. You MUST use basecoat with this very expensive polish and even then it will not last. Also, I'm sad about having to chuck half the unused bottle. My only solace is in knowing how much money I have saved from avoiding the salon. Great color, great name, lackluster performance.EP

I’ve been on a mission trying to find the color nail polish that Selena Gomez wore to her premiere of her documentary, which her nail artist said was sunset yellow. I looked in store at some of the nail polishes that magazines were recommending but none of the yellows had the orange tint that her color had. This is the closest color I found, and love it! I’d say is a pretty close dupe on my medium skin tone. I also noticed that it changes hue depending on the lighting. It is watery and required about 3/4 coats for the tip of my nail not to show through. The glitter is barely noticeable, even in the sun, which I do not mind at all. It is an expensive nail polish but it’s the color I was looking for so I went for it, would not have paid this much money otherwise. It does dry quickly, in my opinion. I did not have to wait long for it to dry before applying the next coat. I am amazed that I did not see bedsheet marks on my nail polish when I woke up the next morning.Mw

First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I love this nail polish! And I love the brush as well— the width makes application so very quick and easy! Love love love!!!!In the City

Impressive performance, amazing quality, what's not to love. I'm beyond satisfied with this polish. I love how it applies smooth and leaves a nice shine. This polish is definitely one of the best brands I've tried. It makes my nails last upwards of 2 weeks with a good topcoat. I cant say one bad thing about this product.gianna.s
