Totally not what I expected to get. The picture shows very bright colored polishes, all the colors that I got except two are very muted colors. It says it comes in a clear gift box, this also was not true. I bought this as a gift for a young granddaughter, who likes bright colors which is what I thought I would be getting. The color selection would be more for someone older who likes muted shades. I feel that this product was misrepresented, and I'm not very pleased. I should have just gone to the store and picked out the colors myself, now I will end up having to do that anyway and wasted money on polish then I'm not sure even I will use. Very surprised to receive a full sized polish in my box. Even more surprised when I discovered it's a color I own. Love these because they're not expensive and give full coverage with a single stroke. Not to thick and not runny. Deep color and it lasts for a considerable amount of time. I usually paint my toes with this polish and it lasts about a month with 3 coats. I already have and would purchase again.

Love love love! There are not enough words to express how much I love this too coat! It is a bit on the pricey side, however, it is well worth it! Other top coats have never held up as well as this one. There is no smudging, and they last for several days before chipping (which is the first top coat to ever do that for me). Its just your average top coat. Calling this anywhere close to gel is a joke. I followed up a red gel couture polish with this matching top coat and within a few hours my nails have all ready chipped and worn on the tips. Save your money and get a lower cost alternative, it's going to do just as well. This also drags off the color of your polish with it regardless of how long your polish has been drying. I wanted to love this and I wanted it to last more than a few hours.katie.l
This top coat is pretty good! It was very easy apply, and went on very smooth. I had no issues applying it. It did take 5-10 minutes to fully dry. Within the first couple of days I was noticing that the polish under the top coat started the break apart but the top coat was still doing well. By day 3 I was starting to see some small chips on some of my nails, but one nail I had tried a different kind of gel polish from Essie (the blue/grey nail) and that one didn't have any chips yet. It is day 4 now of wearing the polishes, the blue/grey polish on my left hand (my non dominant hand) has a small chip at the side, but my right is still doing well. It seems like the polish underneath determines how well the top coat does and lasts. Some last, some don't. It's a pretty good top coat though!louise.c

I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. I have used this twice now and I love it! I feel like if you set your expectations properly, it’s a great product. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I wanted to try Le Mini Macaron for a while, because it looked so easy and was in such cute packaging, plus not having to go to a salon really appeals to me. I saw the Rose Gold and Cherry kits on sale once, and my daughter got them for me for Christmas. I followed the directions and BAM! Beautiful long-lasting manicure at last! Since then I've experimented with other one-step brands and had good success, but this one is the best so far. The process is super-easy, smooth application and a 30-second cure, will not chip (on me at least), does not dull out. Additionally, it is easy to remove. A couple of the colors are sheer, but all-in-all, I may just give up regular polish for Le Mini Macaron. My next step is the maxi lamp kit.Lanie

This is my honest and authentic opinion, as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. I have several Deborah Lippmann polishes, mostly in her neutral nudes, reds, and purples. I was drawn to the shade Black Magic Woman because it wasn't a pure black nor charcoal grey creme polish. In the bottle, it looks like a gunmetal grey with silver shimmer. A lovely opaque finish can be achieved in just one coat, and it applies effortlessly, thanks to the wider brush and the quality of the polish. This polish is, as it names suggest, magical! A little goes a long way – in indoor, natural, regular lighting, without flash, one coat of the polish looks like a mid-tone charcoal grey with subtle shimmer; two coats give you a deeper gunmetal grey hue. With either one or two coats, in the right light (as seen with flash from the camera), the polish comes alive and shines. The shimmer is stunning and the sparkle from the polish is prismatic. It is magic, indeed! I have just one disappointment and it is with myself and not the polish – namely, that it took me so long to pick up a bottle. $20 per bottle seems like it might be on the high-end but it's actually less than the price for a bottle from luxury designer brands and the quality here is at a minimum, the same, but with most DL polishes, better. In the case of Black Magic Woman, it is much better, one of DL best polishes, in fact, and well worth the $20. I normally purchase my DL polishes during a sale, but having seen the splendor of Black Magic Woman in person and having worn it for a good week without chipping or fading, if I needed to repurchase this color, I would not hesitate to pay full price for this gorgeous shade. I have this in “wild orchid” which is not an option here. I LOVE this nail polish. It really looks and feels like a gel mani without having to cure it under UV. I only painted my nails last night so I can’t say too much about longevity, but I will say that with regular nail polish I do notice chipping as early as the first night. I haven’t had any chipping or incidents of the polish peeling off so far. My nails look so sleek and shiny, and this nail Polish dries faster than any that I’ve used! It has tiny rainbow holographic glitters scattered throughout that give a prismatic sheen when the light hits it. This is a beautiful polish – it looks pretty in the bottle but is even more stunning when worn. The wide brush makes application easy peasy; an opaque finish can be had with 2 coats. Dry down on this shade seemed faster than other Deborah Lippmann polishes I’ve used. At $20 regular price, it’s less expensive than luxury and designer brands. Quality is as good if not better. The shade Rule Breaker is spectacularly unique; a gorgeous standout. I’m super pleased I picked up a bottle and have an eye on grabbing a couple more for gifts. It’s a BUY, BUY, BUY for me! I actually have the 16 color + base and top coat kit but it wasn't available for me to select. All in all, this is a nice kit. I probably won't use some of the shades but it had the best option on Amazon for neutral + glitter combinations. The shades I am wearing in this photo are 030 (the pink), 108 (white as a base for ring finger), and 278 (gold glitter). I like that they included the base and top coat; which makes it easy to do a complete look. Warning – the bottles with the actual shades are quite small. Only the base top coat are full size. But that's okay with me since I wanted to test out the formula and sample their shades prior to committing to a full size bottle. Overall, pretty good…for now. We shall see.vicki.n

IDIOT PROOF!!!!!! This was the best money I’ve ever spent. No more 45-60$ manicures (not to mention the cost of pedicures!) I love how easy it is to use, I find myself doing my nails at least once every few weeks and gelish is very easy to remove with the correct acetone products. The learning curve isn’t too bad, you need to be careful not to apply too close to the nail bed, seal the tips and apply thin even coats. The only issues I’ve ever had with gel manicures is that they can sometimes peel off. This is due to my nails not being completely free of oils and dehydrated before application. I really, really like the fact that the Lippmann nail projects are healthier for nails, and also like how quickly it dries. But I do wish the polish looked fresh a bit longer. I use the Lippmann Base Coat, 2 coats of Gel Lab Pro Nail Color, and then Top Coat, as instructed. But that’s apparently not quite enough. I’ve watched the Lippmann videos about how to apply everything, and I’ve done it exactly as instructed (including wiping the brush under the tips with each coat) but the tips seem to wear thin even within a day. I’m not hard on my nails, and when I have nail polish on, I’m particularly careful. I’m no nail polish affionado by any means, as I stopped wearing nail polish years ago because of the toxicity. But I really do like the look and feel of this product and I’m not giving up! Next time I’m going to apply an extra coat of Top Coat and see if that helps.DevotedNordyShopper

This is my first ever review. I have done a lot of research trying to find that perfect top coat. One that dries quickly without smudging, squishing or getting ruined. I need a top coat that will dry over multiple coats of nail polish, as I prefer lighter, peachier colors. I have tried Essie Gel Setter, Sally Hansen Insta Dri Top Coat, Deborah Lippmann Addicted to Speed among countless others. First, let me say that I read reviews prior to my purchase and was conflicted as to whether or not this purchase would be worth both my time and money. What I am finding out, after many purchases of many different items, is that I should typically ignore the poor reviews as though individuals are likely not doing something correctly when it comes to the product. For instance, I read that this product (for some) needed to be repainted mulitple times within the day. That is simply not true if you follow the instructions that are attached with the clear Piggy Paint base and sealcoat. You need to use the basecoat as a base and seal coat to maintain the weat and you should also make sure that you are drying the polish for 60 seconds (for all coats) with a blow dryer on warm. My daughter's nails look super adorable and she loves them so much! We are on day 2 of her wearing them and they are all in tact (with some smudges due to me places banana stickers on her fingers that fell off; this had nothing to do with the polish itself). My advice: by the polish and follow the directions. Don't be swayed by the negative reviews as they likely did not follow the instructions. I have no review as to the removal of the polish, but that is because my daughter is still wearing it 🙂Lovelovelove

Thank We used the base top coat and followed directions using a low setting on a hair dryer to help cure it. It has lasted weeks with very minor chipping (and she sucks her thumb!). I paint my daughters nails all the time with other polishes and all us good. Not this! I thought this was cute because of the tiny bottles and colors but it comes off immediately after you paint it on, so what’s the point? I purchased the product about 2 months ago. I read articles and reviews and watched videos about how to apply acrylic nail powder-tips and tricks BEFORE I attempted my first application. I have thin weak nails, that would bend and break. Previously, I went to a nail salon about every three weeks to have acrylics put on my nails. I have the Red Carpet base, acrylic powder, activator, top coat and brush softener. I have not had to use the brush softener yet. I was hoping to strengthen my natural nails, allowing them to grow a natural length. I have had great results using this product. It takes about 20 minutes to strengthen my nails, start to finish. I have only used the pink or the clear acrylic powder, and do not apply a polish, other than the top coat. My nails look natural, and are not too thick. The product gives them enough strength to let them grow. I recommend a small make up brush-to lightly dust off excess acrylic powder once nails are set. I also recommend cleaning nails, brushes, and bottle thread with a lens wipe. (I usually use two eyeglass lens wipes per application) I also recommend working quickly and applying thin layers of base coat and acrylic powder. I have probably done my nails 10 times, and all bottles still work perfectly, and brushes are the same as when I received them. I also use a nail buffer and good nail fiiles. This product is worth the money and I am happy with the results. I will purchase this again.Jen M
I want to start by saying I know how to do dip nails so this wasn't a user error. I didn't want to have to buy an entire new kit because I just needed the brush on gel. I used this for the first time on my daughters nails and the brush dried out after the first hand… I used my brush cleaner and tried on my own nails and it dried so bad! This kit works so I will rate it at 5 stars. However, it takes time and effort to remove the gel. Used it to remove gel from a pedicure. I had to leave the foils on for at least 20-30 minutes because the recommended 10-15 minutes wasn't long enough. Then I had to keep reapplying the remover and using the stick to get the last parts of gel off and then buff the nails down. Took me a little over an hour to remove all of the gel. This is a good alternative if you don't feel like going to nail salon to get gel removed but just be aware, it's not a quick removal process, at least it wasn't for me.Julie

I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. Overall it’s pretty but I feel like they leaned too hard into beauty and not enough into function.shakti.g
I have used this twice now and I love it! I feel like if you set your expectations properly, it’s a great product. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I wanted to try Le Mini Macaron for a while, because it looked so easy and was in such cute packaging, plus not having to go to a salon really appeals to me. I saw the Rose Gold and Cherry kits on sale once, and my daughter got them for me for Christmas. I followed the directions and BAM! Beautiful long-lasting manicure at last! Since then I've experimented with other one-step brands and had good success, but this one is the best so far. The process is super-easy, smooth application and a 30-second cure, will not chip (on me at least), does not dull out. Additionally, it is easy to remove. Okay so I had bought this in the like orange sorbet color because originally I just liked the color and wanted something that would dry faster. Turns out this polish not only dries fast enough to allow me to continue toddler mom duty but it lasts while I do dishes too! I love this polish. It’s literally my favorite. I have not found many nail polishes to not only dry fast like the bottle says or even stay on while doing dishes. Shoot it’s lasted through cleaner. Now that is a nail polish perfectly made ❤️kay.s

A very good introduction to the brand. Loved all the products and will be repurchasing some as well as purchasing more from the brand overall. Loved the serum capsules and definitely saw an improvement in my skin. The night cream was also great, very thick and moisturising which made my skin feel soft and nourished in the morning. I loved that I got a variety of products to try. My Danish friend recommended this brand to me, so I decided to purchase this set. The day cream is lighter than the night cream, both have a very distinct smell however I enjoyed it. If you like fragrance-free products you may not like these. The tonic spray did nothing for me personally, neither did the face wipes. I loved the face oil and used that as my first step cleanser. The multi-balm is amazing and something I will probably repurchase. I can’t really say much about the vitamin capsules as I haven’t used it long enough to form an opinion.Fran
