I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. Overall it’s pretty but I feel like they leaned too hard into beauty and not enough into function.shakti.g

I have used this twice now and I love it! I feel like if you set your expectations properly, it’s a great product. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I wanted to try Le Mini Macaron for a while, because it looked so easy and was in such cute packaging, plus not having to go to a salon really appeals to me. I saw the Rose Gold and Cherry kits on sale once, and my daughter got them for me for Christmas. I followed the directions and BAM! Beautiful long-lasting manicure at last! Since then I've experimented with other one-step brands and had good success, but this one is the best so far. The process is super-easy, smooth application and a 30-second cure, will not chip (on me at least), does not dull out. Additionally, it is easy to remove. A couple of the colors are sheer, but all-in-all, I may just give up regular polish for Le Mini Macaron. My next step is the maxi lamp kit.Lanie

I purchased the NailTek Nail Recovery Kit after my nails were slightly damaged from using gel nail polish. I used this product for a few weeks and my nails got weaker and more brittle. I could not grow my nails at all and they would break while so short that they hurt. I stopped using this product and switched to Sally Hansen Advanced Hard as Nails Strengthener. My nails are finally growing and looking much healthier. I would not spend the money on this product.Tina

I got this in a whim. My nails have been all ridged and flaking ever since the pandemic started. The hand sanitizer and not getting acrylics anymore combined with age and they just look d awful, it sucked. Polish doesn't last and I tried other similar products that peeled or flakes much more easily. I am a hair dresser snd pretty rough with my hands so it does peel off occasionally but I am super impressed with this product's durability! The main thing I noticed right away is that over the years my nails had become flatter and wider, this product seems to have encouraged them back to their proper arched shape and they are much easier to shape the same same now.Betsy

Okay, so far I love this thing. I bought it today. Did my fingers and toes, and I am giddy. I used to paint my nails all the time in high school and younger; used to like to do designs (stripes and what not) before there were appliques in every store. Festive/holiday colors, and all that jazz. I lost that drive when I became a barista years ago because nail polish is a no-no…I was excited when I could just do clear. I've gotten my nails professionally done like twice in my life, and, while it's neat to have it done, I've never been one to keep up on that sort of thing, partially because of the cost, partially because of time (and frequency), and partially because I'm just not that high-maintenance. Well, I'm in a job now where I have occasion to meet vendors, etc, and I need to look more professional on a regular basis. I was going to go to a salon this weekend, but I really didn't feel like laying down the cash for something that I was going to have to go back for repeatedly…but I also know that just painting my nails doesn't really work anymore because it chips off too easily and I *really* don't have the time to reapply every few days, and have to wait for it to dry without being productive (very annoying). So…long story short (too late), I took the plunge and bought this baby today. It came with Red Carpet Red (obviously), so I bought white as well and went with the classic French tips. They could look better, but that's only because I am out of practice and didn't use any guides, but, aside from my own lack of expertise in this area, I am as happy as I could be, and I will get better with practice. And now I'm actually *excited* to do my nails again. Can't wait to get some more colors and get all festive and junk. Fingers: It took about 2 hours from start to finish, but, as stated, I am out of practice…plus I had to read the instructions very carefully and do everything step-by-step because I didn't want to risk messing anything up…and it didn't help that I was watching Criminal Minds at the same time, as well as cooking dinner. I packed it up and then decided to do my toes (also French tip), and this time it took a little over an hour. So, considering that I didn't have to leave my living room *and* I got to watch Shemar Moore all within around the same time it might have taken to drive to a salon and get all four extremities done, I'd say this was a really good deal. It will have more than paid for itself in two 'visits.' Hopefully it will last as long as it should and my excitement will remain intact…but if it doesn't, I will at least first try to determine if it was 'user error.' I had tried a girlfriend's gel polish set a year or so ago and vowed I would get a set for myself. Well, I put it off and once in a while would look online and the prices would put me off. I was in Ulta one day with this same girlfriend and stumbled across the Red Carpet Manicure set in the train case – it was a great value anyways, but it was ON SALE! So, I bought it. I couldn't wait to go home and give it a shot!! I won't lie, the first attempt was a little rough – I put it on a little too thick and got a few ridges and bumps. So, I've done it again since then, put on much thinner coats, and my nails came out gorgeous!!! They're shiny and perfect and beautiful… and did I mention SHINY?!? I love it!! The Red Carpet Reddy color that came with the kit is a very classic and chic red and looks fabulous. I can't wait to get other colors and do a French manicure! Be sure to follow all the directions to the letter and you'll have a beautiful manicure. I've done it a few times now and it lasts at least 2 weeks, after that I found that my nail growth made a small gap. If it hadn't been for that, they probably would have last much longer. It took me longer to remove than to do a new manicure. I also love the fact that you can do things IMMEDIATELY after your nails are done. No more having to be careful for hours!! I've never had gels done at a salon, but I imagine anyone that does go regularly would save a fortune by getting this set. If you're on the fence, get it – you won't regret it!!Happy customer

I love this kit! If you follow the directions, your nails turn out just as good as getting them done at the salon. I am loving it. The only con is that the light is a little small so I have to do my thumb separately, but that's really not a big deal. The benefits and price of this kit, outweigh the small inconvenience. I absolutely love this drill. The weight, color, and portability are amazing! It’s so pretty! I’m a beginner and it’s so easy to use. I can’t wait to get the matching LED lamp!! My photos don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful color. Came with everything in my photos. Only down side which isn’t that big of a deal or worth a return or exchange. I'm a licensed nail tech and I've always wanted this specific e-file from Kiara Sky but couldn't justify the price at the time. I believe I got this during their 20% entire site sale. Don't get me wrong, despite 20% off, it was still expensive but BOY DOES THIS WORK LIKE A DREAM. It's super quiet, powerful, and low maintenance. I was actually missing a piece in this kit but after reaching out to customer service, the piece was replaced quickly and I was able to sculpt nails right away.Jane L.

My drill arrived on Monday June 6th, 2022. I am blown away. This drill is awesome! There is absolutely no vibration and even at 35,000 there is almost no noise. I've tried many nail drill in the 22 years I've been doing my own nails. From the lower priced ones on Amazon ro more expensive brands like Medicool, iGel and Nail Genie. This wonderful manicure/pedicure set was well thought-out to include just about everything you might need. It comes with a cloth zippered case and has form fitting places in the form of a plastic insert which holds the device and all of the accessories neatly. The plastic insert can be removed if you prefer. The case retains its shape if you remove the insert. The inside lid of the case has a mesh pocket where you can keep the power cord and the manual. The case does not have a handle. In the case: Power cord with a micro USB end to charge up the device, Dust shield, 10 attachments, and a User Guide. No plug for the cord. The attachments are: Sapphire cone – to remove dry skin and calluses from feet and manicures the toenails. Coarse Sapphire wheel – Files nails quickly Fine Sapphire wheel – Files nails. Finer than the coarse wheel to file more gently and slowly Felt cone – For buffing and polishing Cylindrical Grinder – Grinds and smooths toenails Pointed Grinder – Removes ingrown toenails. Small for precise use. Round Sapphire Grinder – Removes corns. Use carefully. Needle-shaped Cutter – Precision tool. Used on ingrown nails or parts of dead nails. Fine Sapphire callus file – Removes calluses on the soles and heel of the feet. Crystal callus file – Use on thick, hard skin or large calluses on soles or heel. Charge up your device for about 3 hours before your first use and the charge should last about 2 hours according to the manual. You have to have your device turned off to charge it. It will flash red and green if it isn’t. It will flash with 3 blue lights if everything is OK. When the 3 blue lights are solid, it is charged. The power button on the device has 3 positions. Up, Middle, and Down. Down turns the attachment counter-clockwise and you will see a red light. Up turns the attachment clockwise and you will see a green light. The middle position is off. I thought I would not need to change the device from clockwise to counterclockwise and back again, but I found myself changing it while I was working to make it easier, so I see why this feature was included. The plus and minus buttons on the device control the speed. There are 3 speed settings. The instructions say to always start at the lowest speed and only increase the speed if needed. I never used it any faster. I thought the slowest setting was more than adequate. There is an automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. I like that the device is cordless, because I was holding it at all sorts of different angles to do my pedicure. Nail dust was flying everywhere so I attached the Dust Shield to keep it from flying up in my face. It worked great for that. It doesn’t catch the dust. It just protects it from getting it in your eyes or accidentally breathing it in. There is an LED light. If you use one of the larger attachments, it will block the light from shining where you are working. Also it was too difficult to try to always keep the light on the area I was working. I did use it though. I would stop for a second and shine the light on the spot to better see how it was looking. My First Pedicure with the Beurer: I started out using the coarse sapphire wheel on my toenails. That quickly got them filed down. I switched to the Fine Sapphire wheel to smooth the edge and “fine tune" my nail filing. Next, I used the Sapphire cone to remove my cuticles from my toenails and to decrease some of the slight thickness of the nails on my great toes. Then I switched to the Pointed Grinder to get the cuticles at the corners and to fine tune any cuticles that I had missed, as well as getting the corners of my great toe nails. I followed that up with the Felt cone to buff my toenails. I used both the Fine Sapphire Callus file and the Sapphire Cone on calluses and dry skin on my feet. I really loved the sapphire cone and how it made my rough skin feel baby smooth. I used the Sapphire Cone mostly for that. You do not have to use a lot of pressure for the attachments to work. In fact, very little pressure will be much safer while providing excellent results. Also use the attachments in circular movements, except when shortening the nails. At first, I was trying to keep my feet positioned over a small waste basket, but dust was flying everywhere, so I ended up sitting on a bath mat and letting the dust fall onto the mat, which is easily washable, or can be vacuumed. Before retirement, I was an RN and often took care of diabetics, including their foot nail care. I would have loved to have had this tool. I feel with proper use (not too much pressure and using circular motions) it would be very suitable for them with minimal risk. When I was working, only an RN was allowed to do the nail care on a diabetic’s feet. The reason for this was because of the risk of injury using the sharp cutting tools that were the only things available at the time. I mention this only to emphasize the importance of being extraordinarily careful when doing pedicure care on diabetics. I really MarilynB

I love this product! I had to say goodbye to the nail salon during the past 18 months due to the pandemic, and I was in dire need of a new pedicure set. I used to own an electric nail care set and it was a good one that lasted for several years, but since it was powered by electricity, I always had to be tethered to the electrical outlet which was not always convenient. This one is rechargeable and has many other nice features as well. One of the overall design features that I like the best is that the Nail Pro Premium by beurer of Germany comes in a nice zip case along with everything you need to groom your nails, whether you need a manicure or a pedicure. The product is of a high-quality design and comes with 10 different sapphire and felt attachments that seem to meet all needs for nail care of manicuring or pedicures. I bought this on a whim after researching the prices of gel manicures at the salons in my area and being too impatient to wait for an appointment. It seems kind of pricey at first, but will pay for itself after a few applications and it comes with literally everything you will need – including files, lint free wipes, cuticle sticks, cuticle oil, and polish remover. I found the instructions to be very user friendly and the results I got are pretty good for my first time. Once I get better at painting my own nails I feel as if my results will be pretty close to salon quality. The entire experience took a little under an hour, I just watched a TV show while I did it. It hasn't been long enough to see how long they will last but so far I'm happy with my purchase. Make sure you wipe the nails at the end or they will continue to be tacky!Olivia

Full disclosure, I actually bought the "Best Day Ever" kit but evidently that kit is no longer available (no wonder I got it for so cheap lol; yay clearance). It appears the only difference though, my kit included some items to prep the nails and foils to help remove polish. I'm so happy with my purchase I wanted to leave a review and this seems to be the closest thing to what I got. A couple extra notes for full context: 1) my only other experience with gel polish was years ago, purchasing an at home kit I saw in an infomercial. It did not go well. And 2) I'm not very good at painting nails. Very messy. But I still try because I love all the pretty colors. 😀 Gave myself a manicure last night and idk if it's the formula of the polish, the brush design, or both, but every step applied so quickly and easily! My hands are pretty shaky so usually I have to go really slow so my nails look somewhat decent. But this stuff seemed to just glide on perfectly with little effort. Even during the tacky phase of each step if I accidentally touched or bumped a nail, it didn't get messed up (this happened with the 1st kit years back). My manicure isn't flawless by any means but I think with some practice it'll get there. I can't afford regular trips to a salon to have pretty nails, so products like this are really great. I would highly recommend these kits and really looking forward to adding more polish colors to my collection!Summer

I am completely sold on this line! With right at eight years of experience using this product, I can say without a doubt, it is the best I have found for at home use. I highly recommend this line! I have spent lots of money paying to get my nails done, now I do not have to anymore! I do have one more thing to tell you…if you work with your hands, in any kind of chemicals, or have your hands in water almost 24/7, you will not like this, unless you use gloves. Chemicals can break down the adhesive in a short amount of time, therefore making the wear time much shorter than the two weeks I had told you about. I am a pharmacy technician and work with my hands a lot, I have had no trouble whatsoever keeping this gel polish line on. My sister however, it did not work so well for her. She is really rough on her hands (her words not mine) and refuses to use gloves (again her words not mine) when cleaning, so it wasn't a good fit for her. I'm a glove girl when it comes to cleaning, so that is just something to think about before you make your decision about your purchase of this product. The Nail Pro Premium charges easily with a micro-USB cable and needs to be charged for three (3) hours before the first use. It seems to hold that charge quite well and last up to about two (2) hours of use for each three (3) hours of charge. There is a speed control of three (3) speeds, and a control to make the attachments rotate in either direction. The unit is ergonomic and fits well in the hand which makes it easier to control and do detail work. The cordless operation also allows for more movement of use while using the device for either a manicure or a pedicure. I love how it works so well and then neatly packs back into its zip case where it is all contained for the next use. It only weighs 4.69 ounces so it can easily be packed in your travel case for an extended trip. The Nail Pro Premium comes with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner of the product. I haven’t seen another this neatly designed or organized that has the power of this particular product. I definitely recommend it if you need a nail care system. This is the second time I purchased this product. I thought I may not have properly used the product the first time it was purchased. Because QVC so highly recommends this product I decided I would purchase it again and try to use it as recommended. I have twice used this purchase as recommended and decided that this flat out is not worth the money. Nail polish purchased from drug stores and big box stores far exceed this product. Why are we hearing such false claims? After using the product twice as recommended, I found that it started coming off in less than a day. I did the auto ship so forgot to cancel after the first set. So received 2 different sets. The colors look pretty but the second set was basically all the same light pink color and go on clearish and took several coats. The polish doesn't go on smoothly and is just different from regular nail polish since it's some sort of Gel polish. It chipped off the same day, so don't let the Gel fool you, I think regular nail polish would stay on longer. The only thing I liked was how fast they seemed to dry. Other than that, I don't like this product at all. Gave it only 1 star for drying time. I may send back the second set, the first set is too late.pageRus

I was never a big fan of the pink gel coat, so when I saw this set with a clear and Ruby gel, I thought I’d give it a try. I’m prefer this Ruby shade and very happy with the other colors as well! The color trio is far superior to other Perfect Formula gel colors I’ve used. The others I’ve tried have been too opaque and went on unevenly and streaky. Not this trio! They are a little translucent and “gel” like in appearance, go on very smoothly and not streaky and are all wearable! I’m so surprised as I thought I’d only use the pale pink polish and was still pleased with the price, but will happily use all items in this set. Also, the size of the brushes in each bottle os wide and have an oval cut tip, which is my favorite. I recall the old Perfect formula brushes were thinner with very long squared-off bristles so I was not a huge fan of the brand for that reason. I see a lot of improvement and will continue to purchase PF now given the quality of this set. Also, the trio of color polishes come in a nice box together, which would make a great gift, so the entire set is a steal!MrsQ2022

I have used Nailtiques Formula 2 for many years. It absolutely improves the strength and look of my nails. The trick is to use it consistently and follow the directions to apply one coat daily. I make one to three applications a week to maintain the results and make sure I always have this on my nails. I don't wear color polish often but Nailtiques works great as a first coat with color polish as the second. If you are just starting out with Nailtiques I would suggest not using colored polish for the first few weeks and just use Nailtiques to give your nails a good start. The first coat gives your nails a nice shine, the second coat the next day hides any nail ridges and gives a thick glossy salon look.les7424

I probably could have used a 4 step ladder rather than a 3 stepper but that was my mistake, not the supplier's. The instruction sheet was almost useless since the parts listing was in English and the actual instructions were in both Chinese and French, not English. I was able to install it by looking at the pictures in conjunction with the parts list. Fortunately, It was not very complicated, although I had to buy large wood screws to complete the installation (anchoring the ladder to the dock). I was aware of the need to buy screws for that purpose and all of the other necessary was included. So far the pontoon/dock ladder is working as expected so I have no complaints post purchase & installation.ronfo_79

This is the worst 🤣 it's trash. I really had high hopes for this. I got it for mother's day. First, it came with a faulty power cord. I had to switch it around with one that I already had for it to turn on. Secondly, It doesn't actually cure the gel polish. I made sure to put it on very thin, But it deposits almost no color. After two coats that was supposed to be purple in brown. The lights are so minimal that You're not sure if it's actually hitting the areas that needs to. I ended up curing for 3 minutes on each layer and it still did nothing. When I went to put the top coat on, The nail polish was still completely liquid. In the end I ended up being able to wash my hands with soap and water and get it all off. Waste of an hour.amberlee.j

With the Covid-19 I haven’t been able to get my nails done. I am one who has gotten their nails done every 2 weeks for the past 4 years so you can imagine how upset I was when the salon closed! I ordered this kit thinking it would be bad quality and cheap products and boy was I WRONG! I love this kit so much it has such cute colors and is so easy to use! I have the mini macaron individual nail lamp that actually looks like a macaron and comes with a full size polish in rose gold. I bought this set expecting similar success but I was a bit disappointed. First off the mini polishes are really hard to use. The brush is so short that it makes applying the polish incredibly difficult. I know what they were going for but the design is all wrong. A taller narrow bottle would have been better if they wanted to make minis. The shorter bottle is so frustrating that alone makes me want to return it. Secondly the lamp while aesthetically cute is not practical because you have to cure the thumb separately from the fingers. This feels like a huge design flaw. I want a salon quality gel manicure at home and I don’t see why a lamp this size won’t accommodate my whole hand. The other thing is that the lamp doesn’t seem to cure as well as the single finger lamp. Now to the pros, the colors are beautiful and limited edition. According to their website they can only be acquired through this deluxe set. But again the bottle brush are a pain. The bottom of the lamp is removable for pedicures but is difficult to slide the bottom of tray in and out. Overall it’s pretty but I feel like they leaned too hard into beauty and not enough into function.shakti.g

I have used this twice now and I love it! I feel like if you set your expectations properly, it’s a great product. The thing I hate most about painting my nails is that I never have time to let them dry properly so they always dent and chip. These cure right away in the machine so even if my kids interrupt me for something, I can get up and then come back to doing my nails. I’ve had mine on for 3 days now with very minimal chipping. With normal polish by day 3 it’s halfway gone. Keep the coats thin and do 2 coats, drying in between. Is it the same quality as a salon manicure? No. But I paid the same cost as a salon manicure to be able to do it whenever I want so this is a perfect filler to take away from having to get my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I wanted to try Le Mini Macaron for a while, because it looked so easy and was in such cute packaging, plus not having to go to a salon really appeals to me. I saw the Rose Gold and Cherry kits on sale once, and my daughter got them for me for Christmas. I followed the directions and BAM! Beautiful long-lasting manicure at last! Since then I've experimented with other one-step brands and had good success, but this one is the best so far. The process is super-easy, smooth application and a 30-second cure, will not chip (on me at least), does not dull out. Additionally, it is easy to remove. A couple of the colors are sheer, but all-in-all, I may just give up regular polish for Le Mini Macaron. My next step is the maxi lamp kit.Lanie

I just got this brad nailer as a birthday present to myself this week. I got to use it on Friday the last day of my workweek. I am trimming out a house and what a treat it was to pull up and park on the street knowing I was not going to need to unload and set up my compressor. I set up my chop saw ( DW715) and grabbed a few strips of brad nails for the nailer and got some measurements for the first room. What a difference! This brad nailer is solid, does a great job. No marring of the mill work. No jams or missfires. I can't say enough about the freedom to move without the hose. I will be adding more nailers for the work I do, framing, siding and roofing and I occasionally use narrow crown staples and will likely add that as well. With the new remodeling of my home I wanted to purchase a nailer tool that would make this DIY job that much easier for us. We decided to go with the best reliable Brand Dewalt and went ahead and purchased this DEWALT DCN680 18 Gauge Brad Nailer . Best decision ever made. This nailer is not that heavy in comparison to others. The cordless feature took the win for me making it so much easier moving around freely. The nailing is very accurate with no jamming. It is extremely easy to change the brat nails. I love the fact that I can use 5/8 nails and up to 2 1/8. It's easy to adjust the depth of the nail as it goes in. This makes it very useful and convenient for any project. I use my 20v 2.0 battery which lasts a very long time. Very powerful. The built in light is very helpful especially when you're working in a dark area. Worth it, I don’t see acrylics lasting much longer in the nail salon industry so this would be a great alternative as apposed to hard gels which is a lot harder to practice. If you’re a beginner nail tech and looking to move up in the world of nail enhancements this is your best bet. No more worrying about powder to liquid ratios and it does dry until you cure it. Just keep practicing until it feels smooth for you. I use a tip under mine, some people prefer forms. Find the method to your own madness.aura.d

Ive never tried Polygel before and from watch Nail Career Educations YouTube videos about it I knew I needed to try it. From learning how to do nails on my own from YouTube videos, and having no acrylic or gel experience, I feel like Polygel is the perfect product to play with to perfect the proper nail structure (especially the apex which is especially important since I wear my natural nails very long). Polygel is also amazing since it will never cure unless you put it under a lamp, so you have all the time to get the shape you want so you can save time and effort on filing later. I got this product complimentary from Influenster and sally hansen in exchange for my honest review. I got the color sugar fix and the topcoat color of Crystal. The colors were definitely pretty so that was a nice plus. As you can see in the pics, the second pic shows each color with one coat. It is very sheer so definitely you need two coats for it to completely cover your nails. The third pic shows each nail with two coats which covered nicely. The pointer nail has the sugarvfix with the Crystal topcoat on top and it is very pretty with a nice sparkle. It dries pretty quickly too which is another plus. What I did not like about these is that the polish scrapes off your nail pretty easily so there was not a long period of staying power. Also, the wand of the brush is like a flat piece of glass with the bristles at the end. I personally did not like this and found it difficult to get the wand in and out of the bottle. I much prefer round wands which go in and out of the bottle much easier. The polish and the topcoat were also not super shiny like other polishes. I found them both to be a little matte, than super shiny. I prefer more shiny and glossy. Just my preference though. The polish did come off easy with nail polish remover which was nice. This base is a light blue/periwinkle type color. It is thicker consistency so it doesn't chip as much as acrylic or regular paint. the color is bold and beautiful! This polish lasted so long on my nails doing my daily work and tasks and didn't chip! It is much thicker lacquer due to it being gel and chip resistant. It went beautifully with the top coat Crystal to make it holo! Base coat was two top coat three with five min dry time in between 10/10lindsey.h
