My cuticles have been a nightmare for years: dry, peeling, prone to hangnails, etc., but this helps a lot due to its Shea content and what I would bet is a patented applicator (pictured with my review). My fingers look healthy and younger. I can’t wait to get another one to carry in my work bag or purse. It’s emollient but not oily, and the fragrance dissipates after not too long. Yes it’s expensive but its really worth every penny. Right after putting it on you instantly feel relief and about a week or so after putting it on daily your nail looks and feels so much healthier!! I used this on my boyfriend and you know how guys’ nails are… but this really changed the game even for him!! It also works just as good on toes :)) I highly recommend and it’s long lasting. Unbelievable product for two reasons:(1) Healthy eponychium (often mistakenly referred to as the cuticle – the ridge of skin around your nails.) Mine were ragged, and horribly over-grown. I didn't want to keep cutting them because it apparently just keeps them growing more and more. Mine were so unsightly I was embarrassed to ever have my hands show. I had a manicure in March and the technician was very kind, but dismayed at how much skin there was to trim. There was a huge pile of it! I don't have the time or money for regular trips to the salon to have them trimmed and trimming them was exacerbating the problem (from what I later learned.) I did a lot of research online on what to do. Several sources recommended CND Solar Oil used several times a day. I've been using it 7-14 times a week for three months and my hands don't even look like mine. The overgrown "hedges" around my nails have totally disappeared as has and peeling skin or hangnails. I had a manicure recently and there wasn't even anything for them to trim! I hardly recognize them! For this reason alone I would give it as many stars as possible I love showing off my hands!!(2) Nail strength. I didn't realize when I bought this that it would help strengthen my nails. I was totally surprised and could not be more thrilled. I've always kept my nails quite short because I am a no nonsense person and could not take the upkeep. I do NOT use this product per the instructions as I found it caused to much dryness when used daily. Once I learned to not overuse, I have significant benefit from using once a week. My process is brush oil directly on nails, allow oil to sit on the nails for a minute, then massage into the nails. Since I do this in the evening, it allows the product to further penetrate overnight. The next morning, I apply solar oil and allow that to penetrate. I do apply my favorite nail strengthener every four days and use solar oil daily. Its a regimen that has given me strong natural nails.WhoCaresWhoIAm

I don't always use rubber gloves as often as I should. My nails and cuticles grow pretty fast and they can get a little on the dry side but Supernail Cuticle Oil comes to the rescue every time. I use it at least twice a day and always at bedtime and the biggie for me is that no longer have to deal with hangnails. It's an excellent product and you can't beat the price.Corrine

I do a lot in my life, I'm a mom, I do dishes, laundry, gardening, crafts, etc. My hands get VERY dirty, so I have to wash them probably 20+ times a day, and it makes my my nails get so weak and brittle and they've always been prone to chipping, breaking, etc. but this stuff is so good at sealing the nail with a nice shiny coat! It glides on easily, and dries pretty fast. I've done multiple thin layers and one thick layer and both have worked well. My nails have been bothering me so much that I've had nail hardener on my shopping list for a while now since my nails kept breaking and chipping, but then this came in my mailbox! I mean, it really makes a difference when you see how flexible your nail was before vs. after applying. After having this on for a week, I went to do the dishes and jammed my thumb on the sink handle, and already was reaching for the nail file because I thought my nail broke for SURE! But nope! it held up with this stuff on! I also notice my nails don't get as thin and weak when they sit in water for a while with this stuff, but of course it wears the coat down when you swim or have wet hands for long periods of time. I'm planning on getting another bottle to use on my feet after showers because my toe nails could use some help with cracking too! I was looking for a new top coat for my nails and generally have good results with Sally Hansen products but this stuff drives me insane. It doesn't matter how dry my polish is before I put this on or how long I let it sit before I move on with my life, this stuff never ever seems to fully dry. I could paint my nails at noon and go to bed at 11pm and I'll wake up with imprints in my nails from my sheets. I thought I wasn't giving my polish enough time to dry (I usually use the Sally Hansen quick drying polishes) so I timed it and waited about 30 minutes between coats. I let the top coat sit for an hour, then dunked my hands in ice water and made sure I was super extra careful when preparing food that evening. After cooking, I looked at my nails and had a huge divot in the polish on my pinky nail. My other nails all have bunching at the top where the polish was pushed back from doing who knows what (literally just living life as normal). I forgot to put this on when I painted my nails last week with the same polish and had no issues until I did a deep clean of my house at the end of the week (using chemicals without gloves). I don't think I'm going to ever use this top coat again.J

I like this nail oil. The little bottle goes a long way. I decided to stop polishing my nails during the pandemic and was distressed at how dry my nails and cuticles were. Whist I don't wear nail polish often (because I rock climb) when I do it is usually gel polish and my nails do get damaged so I decided to go ahead with receiving this product and some others in the same collection, although I don't think I will consistently use them all. The packaging is nice and classy, and the bottles feel quite substantial and like they wouldn't break easily. The dropper application is effective and easy to use. My nails used to be super soft, easily bent and broken and I had 3 nails that would split right down the middle. They were super dry and would even peel in layers. I rarely wore nail polish since I was in the Military for over 30 years and wasn’t allowed to wear anything but clear polish. I began using this oil instead of my Debra Lippmann one and I noticed an improvement within just a few applications! This is the second time I’ve purchased this oil. It’s smells incredible. I usually have such dry skin around my finer nails, and this has completely gotten rid of it. I love it! And it lasts sooo long!Amy

I got this in one of my FFF boxes and was super excited to try it. I got the one that smells like horchata, and its a rreally nice smell. I dont personally think its too sweet nor overwhelming as some sweet scents can be. Now, on to the performance of the product itself, it is great! I wasn't allow to paint my nails until after high school because my dad didn't let me because i had a habit of biting my nails. Even with that, my nail beds were fine, but my cuticles sucked bc of how dry my fingers were. I started painting my nails and that helped because I started moisutiring but i still had to trim my cuticles. I then got this last year (don't remember what quarter) but it helped a lot! This helped moisturize my cuticles so i wasnt dry or flaky, nor did i need to trim them. I got acrylics for the first time early this year, and it was great. after 5-6 sets i decided to give my nails a break and took off my nails (yes i know, dont rip them off). My nails were in some serious need of some TLC, my nail beds were thin and i pulled the top layers off since i ripped off my nails myself and they hurt. I used this oil hoping it would help, and it sure did! This has made my nails go back to how they were originally (virg1n nails) within 3 weeks while my friends nails took about 2.5 months to get back to her natural nail state (she i got our nails done together every time). I received this in Boxycharm and honestly threw it in the bottom of my nail polish bag for months. I started hearing people talk about cuticle oils and how much they help so I reached into the old bag and pulled out this long lost small tube of cuticle oil. My cuticles tend to grow up my nails and are so hard to keep up with at times. After using this I noticed they’re much softer, easier to push back and also I no longer have small cracks and cuts dry hands and cuticles cause. I applied this oil every night before bed.. didn't cover my toes let them air and oil to soak in for about 15 minutes before I put the covers over them.. this is my application technique. Now for my issues.. my toe nails were dry, I did have a fungus corner from a professional pedicure that went wrong.. which has been treated.. and my pinky nails seem to be splitting ( I guess with age I don't know) anywho this oil was my saving grace!!! I originally got this for my toes, because I liked that it had certain essential oils in it. But now I use it on both fingers and toes immediately after taking my polish off, and anytime my nails are bare. And my once very brittle nails are so strong and long now. It doesn't smell pretty, but I don't care because it works and I only use it at bedtime anyway. I've tried some other nail oils that smell better, but none work so well as this.She

I had to buy it online because I went to three stores and all I found was the formula with Formaldehyde in it. Honestly, I don't know why that one even exist. This product is the only one that keeps my nails really strong while helping them to grow and not split. I will continue to buy this product. I like to use nail strips, but sometimes I need 100% acetone to get them off my nails because of glitter. I use this always now for the in-between times. It has a very slight– like barely perceptible — pink that brightens the nail. My nails look great and they are stronger the next time I want to try color or nail strips. I should add though that the cap can become stuck. I have had to run it under hot water, but it loosens after. I've been closing it gently too and not all the way down to avoid that.Susan B.
