20 Big Wig Book For Sale (2024 Update)

I just started having to wear wigs about 6 months ago and since I don’t have any wig shops near me have had to rely on purchasing solely online which is very scary… this wig exceeded my expectations! Very natural looking on and instantly made me look like I’d just walked out of a salon. I love the rooted color and the highlights- seriously looks completely natural! If you have any worries about people thinking you’re wearing a wig “let it go” because no one will have a clue. Wish I could leave pics because it is stunning!Sherry

I recently had extreme hair loss due to alopecia and needed to purchase a wig. I have never had to do anything like this and didn't know where to start. After looking through SEVERAL websites and styles of wigs I chose Always. It came in promptly, less than a week. It was beautiful right out the box. I wanted looser curls so I combed it out and it looked wonderful! Day 1, I wore it for maybe 4 hours out running errands. When I got home the ends were SO matted and tangled. The ends of the wig look like damaged hair, frizzy and crinkled. I have not used any heat and I have not washed it yet. I've worn it out twice and it looks terrible. I did buy the synthetic hair care package and been applying the products as directed. After purchasing this wig I now know what not to get and what to look for in a wig. I really don't think it will be another Raquel Welch wig. I am so disappointed and hate that I spent $150+ on this poor quality wig.Mariah

I enjoy changing up my look from time to time but in doing so I have found that many wigs quickly can get unruly. When starting out I had no idea how to maintain my wigs so I had to really learn through suggestions and trial and error. This product was suggested to me and I picked it up to help give life to my wigs and keep them looking a little more kept. While this spray was helpful especially on curly wigs I noticed that it made my straighter wigs look more oily than conditioned. I now use this only with textured wigs and it makes them look fabulous.crystal.c

This product is a great answer to prevent frizz and tangling of your extensions and natural hair. I tried oils and 100 other things to stop the snarls in my extensions, this is the only product that has worked. Not only does it keep your extensions soft and conditioned, but it also does the same thing for your natural hair. It also protects your hair against flat irons, blow dryers & curling irons. I noticed less breakage, hair feels moisturized and soft almost like when the extension hair was new. Great Product!ceillia

Cake's Curl Girl is definitely designed to lure in people like me who 1) Love the color pink ~ the bottle & writing are pink and so is the shampoo! 2) Want their shampoo & their hair to smell good ~ the scent is my VERY FAVORITE thing about this shampoo! There's, in fact, something about the warm pink color of this shampoo combining with the fact that it smells like licorice that has completely drawn me in ~ I'm probably hooked for life! And that's even with it not being the best shampoo I've ever used! I've always been really good about doing that thing your hairdresser tells you to do ~ you know, have at least two shampoos going that you alternate daily so that your hair doesn't get weighed down with a single product or "used to" the product & stop showing its benefits ~ but all of that went out the window a few days before Thanksgiving when I received my Curl Girl Shampoo! I'm so addicted to the scent, I used it every day without a break for a week & I will use it for the rest of my life! Did my hair smelling like licorice not go with the scent of your vegan turkey (that's what I have) & cranberries at Thanksgiving dinner? I'm unapologetic because my hair & Mariah Carey's tiara'd hair (Mariah is my cat, Dewi's, middle name) smelled SO beautiful on Thanksgiving Day, you felt VERY lucky to be sitting next to us! Now, did my hair look AS stunning as Mariah's? Seriously smells so good like sometimes in the shower I drink a little bit of it because it smells so amazing like a candy smoothie. Also makes my hair clean. And slippery. Like a seal. Also, my best friend w benefits says my hair tastes better than normal now. I say it's just my natural hair taste but that's a dirty rotten lie. Maybe I got a bad batch smell-wise, but mine smells like plastic and a really bad cake-scented toy. It's very chemical and fake smelling to me, and I'm disappointed as heck in the scent. As far as the performance, it doesn't do much better in that department for my hair. My hair felt simultaneously dry and covered in residue after use. It says something on the bottle about keeping your hair cleaner for longer, but my hair looked greasy after only a few short hours when I used this. For being sulfate free, it did lather well, hence the 2 stars. I'm actually planning on just getting rid of the remainder of this bottle because I dislike it so much.mandy.g

When I originally "gifted" the Big Life Journal to my twin 10 year old boys, they groaned. They were not excited to have a workbook to learn while at home. My life coach background could easily see the value in the Big Life Journal, so I asked them to try it for 15 minutes per week. At our first session, one boy was argumentative when we started. However as we continued forward and engaged in conversation, both boys opened up and actually had FUN! We're on our 5th week in a row doing our Big Life Journal. It's opened doors to conversations and planted seeds that will bloom in the future. Thanks for a remarkable tool!jstub

I am so thankful for Big Life Journals, I can't even find the words for how much they have helped. I co-parent my kids with a narcissist. If anyone else is in this boat, you know how difficult that is. (warning, loooong post) He is currently mad at me because it is the holidays and that's just what he does, gets mad at me for weird reasons. Well then he starts talking about me poorly in front of the kids and telling them lies about how my house isn't safe and they will get kidnapped or we will get robbed there. And my 8 yr old daughter was over tired and distraught when she got back from his house. She made it through the day ok, but in the evening last night, she was sobbing about how much she missed me but couldn't call me and that led to her telling me all the things he had said. Now if you know or deal with narcissists, you know that you can't confront them about this stuff, they just lie and manipulate the conversation and then take it out on the kids, especially my 8 yr old, for talking about things to me when she should ONLY talk to him. (Spoiler, she doesn't tell him annnnything). So, she's an emotional mess and I was able to remind her that we can't control what Dad says, but we know what the truth is and that is what matters. We know that our house is safe, we have locks, a security system, two dogs, and my 6'3" partner (As well as a fire extinguisher size can of pepper spray gel). We know we are safe. We have all the things we need, food, clothes, toys, etc. We have each other and that's most important. She calmed right down, remembered the "Things We Can Control" activities we have done and we just let Dad's lies fall to the wayside and she was able to fall asleep and woke up refreshed and happy this morning. Without Big Life Journal, I don't know how much of that conversation we would have had. It has taught me as much (if not more) than it has taught them. About communication. About diffusing situation. About dealing with the hard stuff. We have unending appreciation for this curriculum and the skills it has taught all of us.Emily A.

This journal is really nice. I purchased 2. My intention was for my 6 year old, but wanted to keep it fair so ordered one for my 4 year old too. I knew it would be a bit too much for my 4 year old, but that's okay. There are definitely some pages he can understand, and we focus on those. My 6 year old has really enjoyed it though! It makes me happy to watch her confidence build as she and I work through it. Brief background: we've had a lot within our family (health related) and with starting school this year, the anxiety was growing. What an amazing book! For any parent curious about the effects of different parenting styles on our children from infancy through to adulthood. Drawing upon the works of Harlow, Bowlby, Klein and others, Karen explores the world of attachment theory with an easy to read style. This book has certainly changed the way I parent and helped explain some of the hang ups I have! Great for parents and psych students alike.Eileen Joy
