Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I’m blonde so this also is a great price/wig to try really different colors without dreading wasting big $$$. 👍🏻 love it. Worth getting.vanessa.c
I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. This wig is horrible. The weft that begins near the top of the head is not covered by the lace front. It’s left exposed and would need some gorilla glue to get the lace hair to cover it properly. It looks extremely tacky and like an irregular wig, if there were such a thing. Also the lace hair and track hair are completely different colors. Get ready to measure because you can’t convince me this is a 24 inch wig. It’s more like 18 inches. A wig should not require the type of work this one would have required before it could be worn. The customer service rep stated the wig needed to be in pristine condition to get a full refund. I almost spit my drink out. That word should not be used to describe this wig or anything associated with it. The best I can do is send it back the way it came, non-wearable.Shawn J.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was necessary that I let the public know about the unacceptable customer service that I received from True Glory employee Ashley. We all know that purchasing hair is a investment and you expect a great product. I purchased my hair from True Glory all the time. This is the first time that I received a bad wig from them. They charge over $200 for this wig. I believed I received a discount on it. However I did not pay money to receive a bald spot in my closure. There is no way that I can cover it up. I requested another wig and Ashley only offered me a $50 gift card. I work too hard for my money and I feel like this is total disrespectful to send me a bad product and after reviewing the pictures of the bad product you only want to offer me a $50 gift card. That is not right. All I want is for them to give me my money back or send me a better quality wig. I hope in the future that they will review the products before shipping them out knowing that they are not going to honor their mistakes. So do right by your customers upfront and mail them a great product.Olivia S.
My worse experience buying a wig , I bought this wig the Saturday and by the Monday morning the front was coming off in my hand. I called the location I bought the wig they told me they can’t take it back because it was worn. Ok I decided to fixed it myself because it was my $ Hard working $350 ,I washed the wig my God that was not good idea the wig wouldn’t comb out . These hair or not the same as 5 years ago .
