This wig is so cheaply made I can't believe it. First, I have a small head and the wig just does not fit. The ear tabs don't stay even if you use bobby pins, they will be up to the middle of your head. Second, the hair is thinner than my hair in the back. If the wind blew it around people would see the elastic the hair (what little there is) is attached to. Third, there was not a receipt anywhere in or on the box so to return it I have to log onto my computer and print one, I have not looked yet but I assume I can still do that. What about people that do not have computers or printers, you can try to call customer service but I was on hold for almost 2 hours and still just music!! Unless you want to place an order forget talking to QVC. I have read other reviews about not reaching anyone, come on QVC you are better than this. Anyway we should not have to pay to ship this piece of junk back. Shame on the hosts too!over60
This was probably a cute wig but the sizing tags were unusable so I could not fit the wig to my head. I took it to my hair dresser who advised me that in addition to the sizing problems, the wig I received had been improperly styled as the right side of the rear behind my right ear was nearly cut off as was the left front in front of my left ear. It had been altered or this is a manufacturing defect. Since she could not re place the "hair" that had been removed before it was sent to me, she could not style it or fix the issues. She also told me it was shedding was so badly that she would recommend NEVER washing it and treating it as a costume wig (expect one or two wearings) rather than a real wig that one could wash and wear multiple times. I spent a lot of time trying to reach someone in customer service which apparently QVC no longer offers and will be sending this wig back as DEFECTIVE and MIS-DESCRIBED. QVC did not advise me it was sending a used or returned wig. QVC quality control did not catch an obviously defective wig before sending it to ano9ther customer. NO Cap and no net were in my package.qvciswonderful
Love my new hairstyle. This is a cute angled style and the highlights are stunning. I purchased Glazed Hazelnut, but found the color is more blended than my Raquel Welch's Boost wig that's in the same color. I feel Raquel Welch's wigs have more vibrant colors, but you pay for that. However, I was pleased that the hair feels very real. It's not too shiny so no powdering etc. is needed at all. The shipping was quick, wig came in a nice box wrapped in netting and filled with tissue paper. I am happy that this wig is very light and comfortable on my average-large head. When I purchased Joy, the only pictures posted were of the model dressed in white. After writing my previous comment shown below, I noticed new pictures of the wig with a model dressed in black. Interestingly enough, the long fringe in the back was cut off for these newer photos, which makes the actual wig, in my opinion, look more flattering. Many of my Ellen Wille wigs I can wear right out of the box and others I need to take to my hairdresser for a trim. I have to wear wigs. Every day. I'm hooked on Ellen Wille's Hair Society collection. I got Joy in chocolate mix, my favorite color. The fibers are soft and totally lifelike. The density is natural. It required no thinning at all. The hand tied cap gives such natural movement to the fibers, and the lace front gives such a realistic hairline that no one could possibly guess it's a wig. The petite/average caps fit me perfectly. The style is lovely; it's not overly hi fashion, but not mundane average. Instead I find her Hair Society line to be classics with an updated twist. Ellen Wille has given me the hair I wish I had all my life. I am completely comfortable in her wigs and wear them from morning until bedtime. I only wish Ms Wille would provide a more expansive color selection. Otherwise I'm completely happy with her wigs.Valerie
this very attractive fits wig very well, there is plenty of room but not excessively so. I have a large head and am very pleased by how comfortable it is. The dark roots and color variation is great and adds a little excitement. I'm 80 years old and feel and look much younger. Having nice hair certainly helps.
