The order process was easy. The delivery service was quick despite the pandemic and to top it all, I love love love love love my wigs (3)!!! I was blessed to receive the blueberry wig as a gift several years ago and I wear it primarily daily. I'm beginning to wear the edges out with perspiration of course not because of the quality of the wig. So I had to have another on reserve for later. I own 2 of these beautiful wigs. It is a fabulous color P27-30-33. The cap is breathable and I don't melt while playing tennis in south Alabama. It is super easy to style with a straightener, curling iron and even hot rollers. I have had these over a year and wear them every day. My only complaint is that after a few months you do have to carefully flat iron the ends especially at the nape of the neck because the hair gets very frizzy and course. I wash them in the recommended wig clenser and conditioner and that helps maintain them. Fantastic product and a great buy. I am ordering another.Ceige
This is a gorgeous piece. It's the perfect length and the volume is nice. The fibers are soft yet there is a density to the wig which makes it feel lush. I got this in FS 4-27. It is chocolaty brown with some warmer caramel highlights. I wear a wig everyday and was excited to love this so much. I do push the hairline back about an inch and comb my own bangs into the wig for a more natural look… Will definitely reorder!

Although the price is reasonable, the quality is subpar and the product is not accurate to the advertised picture. The Farah Fawcett like "flicks" in the front, which drew me to the wig in the first place, were just two big fat curls that fell apart the second I pulled it out of the netting albeit gently. This wig is awful! I wanted a wig that looks like natural hair and on that point, the wig wins. Sadly, there are no other wins for it. The lace is extremely poor quality because there is no way to camouflage it. I used powder, I used concealer, I used my liquid foundation but nothing works. I wore the wig and was very embarrassed because you could see the lace at the center of my hairline. No amount of products used would hide it. Also, the hair gets puffy! The couple of times I wore it, by the end of the day, it was 'big'. I put product in it a couple of times to calm it down, but that did not seem to help. This purchase was an epic fail!! The wig I got came with a huge bald spot in the front. When I tried to return it for an exchange, I was told it wasn’t in new/unused condition. The only thing I did was take the wig out of the box and I still had the two cardboard pieces that cane in the box all of which I shipped back. This is the WORST service I have ever received from an online store. It obvious that customers actually being able to use the product that they payed $40 of their money for isn’t a concern to this company. This unit mimics the softest and prettiest wand curls! There is no lace to cut, there's a comb at the front and one at the back. The unit had a medium sized cap with an adjustable strap attached. There was some shedding, but you should be cautious about brushing so as not to ruin the curl pattern(it becomes frizzy, lesson learned😂). It has a middle part. If that's not your thing, you could shift it to one side. Shifting it would mean you need to trim it so it lays evenly. I love how luscious these curls are and how glamorous this unit makes me feel!!!jewel.n
Gorgeous hair that feels and looks good with the first 2 wears. The part is nice and although it does not have a lace front it looks very good and easy to blend. Hard to comb through and maintain the style it is in. Then comes the tangling and matting. This wig lasted 4 wears and it is out, very disappointing.

It's cute but, it's uneven the way it falls. The part us weird so half the side falls straight down over my eyes. Looks like the curls have no lift at the scalp tgen fall forward. It would have been really nice just the right amount if curl if it was placed at the part correctly. This is a lovely wig. The hair is soft and silky and there's something about the thickness of it and the way it falls that feels so luxurious. I bought it in the color FS1B-33, and it's stunning looking. The highlight effect of the 33 gives it gorgeous depth. It doesn't appear quite so "stripey" as it does in the photo when you click on this color. It's a much more subtle blend. It looks natural and yet also better than natural! The bangs are slightly longer than I need, but that's never a problem. I'll just give them a light trim. It's a very comfortable wig. The way it's constructed, it sits very nicely, and there are combs to secure it at the front and the back. The wig also "breathes" well. It feels light. This is an amazing wig for such a low price. After ordering 2 units from this company I received an email stating one of my units was unavailable and if I didn’t select another unit and my order falls under a certain price I am responsible of additional shipping cost. I then selected another unit and did not get an email updating my order. Next my order said it was delivered 10/27 and here it is 11/3 and I still haven’t received my order. After contacting the company via email because they NEVER answer their customer service line, I received an email stating why am I blaming them for not receiving my units. BECAUSE I PAID EBONYLINE for my order!!! They have no accountability as a company. I received emails as if I was arguing with a friend instead of a professional company. I then called and was on hold for a very long time and got through customer service in which I was told they had to do an investigation on 10/28 and still haven’t heard anything. I would be very skeptical of purchasing from this company because I’m wondering is it a borderline SCAM!!. If I don’t receive my units after this “investigation”. I will write another review letting you know before going through the headache of purchasing from this company.
