I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? I ordered two of these wig styles. I wore the gray one to a mother's day brunch. As I was standing by my car, a lady called out Madia as she was passing by in her car. She thought I looked like the Tyler Perry character. I will never wear that wig again. The black one was designed with way too much hair. The hair does not fall correctly and it has too many layers. I purchased these two wigs (Olivia and Felicity) for my college homecoming this past weekend. I waited to try them once I traveled there. To my dismay, neither of them looked like the picture.
