I am so disappointed with the last few wigs! I have been buying the beguile wig for 10 years now and the quality is getting worse, harder to manage! This is the second Raquel Welch human hair wig I have purchased and have been very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Again with this wig the ear tab is not centered and you cannot close it to help secure the wig. I can’t understand why they charge so much for these wigs it do not have a good standard to assure that good quality is leaving their factory. As far as the color of the wig is what I was looking for. It is the density what I was looking for. I did have to work with a hairdresser to get the bangs the way I wanted it. Purchased 2 of these 7 months ago expecting they would last longer by alternating them. One is much thicker than the other. The thinner one is losing hair on top too rapidly so I'm going to have to stop wearing it. The thicker one is also losing hair on top fairly rapidly. A lot of money for an average of 3 1/2 months of wear. Had bangs cut in both of them and the stylist struggled because the hair seemed to be tied differently causing the hair to lay differently on each wig. You must thoroughly condition these as they dry out. I am also getting the friction tangles underneath. I wear them daily. (alopecia universal). An 18th century styled wig in white with an attached tie on the back. great to use for george washington, thomas jefferson, alexander hamilton and other founding fathers. complete your patriotic costume with this wig! wig styling tips do not use heated styling tools as this will damage synthetic fiber. cool temperature styling tools, plastic curlers, and hair spray are recommended. remove wig from packaging and also remove hair net. for loose, curly and wavy wigs, it is suggested that you hold wig upside down by the cap and shape to loosen and layer the fibers. this will also add fullness to your wig. add hair spray to hold if desired. this is not recommended for wigs that are pinned or tightly styled. remove tangles with your fingers and gentle brush your wig. the only exception is wigs that are very curly – don't attempt to brush them. if your wig if frizzy or has static cling you can use a dryer sheet to smooth down the fly away hairs. care instruction fill a basin with a mix of cool water (hot water can damage can damage your wig) and mild shampoo. leave wig to soak for 5 minutes. swirl your wig around in the water, but don't rub the fibers. rinse your wig under cool running water. shake excess water off your wig and spread on a towel to dry. alternatively, you can put it on a wig stand to air dry. brush your wig when it is completely dry and it is ready to wear again.

When I got the Grit wig I’ll admit I did a little thinning and a few cuts to make it fit my own head better. Since I do have some hair in the back of my head I sewed a couple of hair clips on the wig’s bottom back to attach to my hair to keep the wig from riding up. After completion of my own little work I put it on for my son and his girlfriend and they were very impressed. But today was the real test. I had lunch with my best friend and his wife . He would surely laugh and rib me when he saw me. Not at all. They were both so impressed and said people that did did not know me would never know it wasn’t my own hair. That was the true test and made me really happy with my HIM purchase. I changed the style of the wig a little. The way it is made offers you that freedom. Look at the hair. I think the wig is beautifully made. The price is excellent for the quality.Jerry
