The quality of this wig is less than expected. I bought the wig for a week long 2 hours each day bible school. The first evening, many strands of the "hair" came loose from the wig. The wig then continued to shed the entire week.pharmtech02

This wig is very pretty. I didn't like some of the bumped ends so I straightened them out a bit. The length is perfect, its soft but not unrealistically. The cap size I'd say is medium, it fits my head well with the straps in use. Only tangles a little at the base of the cap in the back. 10/10 would recommend!Kimil P.

After ordering 2 units from this company I received an email stating one of my units was unavailable and if I didn’t select another unit and my order falls under a certain price I am responsible of additional shipping cost. I then selected another unit and did not get an email updating my order. Next my order said it was delivered 10/27 and here it is 11/3 and I still haven’t received my order. After contacting the company via email because they NEVER answer their customer service line, I received an email stating why am I blaming them for not receiving my units. BECAUSE I PAID EBONYLINE for my order!!! They have no accountability as a company. I received emails as if I was arguing with a friend instead of a professional company. I then called and was on hold for a very long time and got through customer service in which I was told they had to do an investigation on 10/28 and still haven’t heard anything. I would be very skeptical of purchasing from this company because I’m wondering is it a borderline SCAM!!. If I don’t receive my units after this “investigation”. I will write another review letting you know before going through the headache of purchasing from this company. Also my sister is a famous YouTube blogger that has agreed to tell my story on this company after the investigation so all you wig buyers BEWARE because clicking purchase!!!!Lakia M.
