Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. This piece seemed very promising but the pieces do not have much security. You will need to add Bobby pins to make it feel somewhat secure. Additionally the back piece is huge and doesn’t sit on the back of my head right. It feel like a large hat is fallIng off my head in the back. Luv the wave pattern, and the hair is really soft, not tangly like UD-4 or sheddy like UD-1. Good cap construction, comfy fit. I purchased in color 1 which is super black and wore with a headband since my edges are not super black (1b is more natural black). These up/down 4-n-1’s are real convenient. Love the texture of UD11…reminds me of a relaxer or press blowout – it’s real soft with body and fullness, but lightweight with a realistic sheen. When I wear the 1b color people think it’s all my hair. I’m trying the burgundy and copper colors to see if I like as much as the darker tones. Minimal shedding typical for synthetic hair. The wrap ponytail has combs, but I added small self-adhesive velcro tabs to keep it extra secure. This site had the lowest price +discounts…it’s worth adding to your collection!Erica B.

Horrible! I will never purchase from here again! I waited for my package to ship and didn’t receive any email communication. I had to call and get an update to find out that my order was held because one of the wigs was sold out. If I didn’t contact them, I wouldn’t have known! I had to cancel that item from the order. I specifically asked if the other item was in stock and the representative said YES. When I received the wig, it was not the color I selected for my first choice!
