Clearly, I accidently judged a book by it's cover. And I judged the photo comparing it to the actual product. It's amazing how it fits but of course the long pieces on the sides are rather short and you get two long strands of hair in the front. I'm guessing with a little styling I can make it look like the photo but I was really hoping to buy a wig that compliments my face. This wig is honestly JUST there. A good 8 out of 10 rating from me. My daughter tried it on and it insatlty ripped she is a small 13 years old and got the xsmall. The jacket was missing and we didn’t get it. The shorts are incredibly short and too inappropriate for kids and even women! The shirt was a crop but the printing was horrible and when I washed it It came straight off in the washing machine. NEVER EVER BUY THIS MY DAUGHTER IS DISAPPOINTED.Annoyed

I've had my second Elizabeth wig for 2 years (worn once or twice a week), I think I bought the first one about 3 years ago (worn about once a week – or less as I wasn't crazy about the color). I had terrible matting like many have described, but got fairly good results (although time consuming) with steam – because the steam straightens the hair, so you have to style it again, too. But the older they got, the texture seemed to change, the steaming did not work as well or last as long and I knew I would have to find a solution in order to keep on wearing them. So, after a ton of research I've found what works for me: 100% silicone spray, Woolite Delicates and free and clear fabric softener. My wigs look and feel restored and I haven't had to steam them since I started this method – although I do think I may still steam them ever so often to straighten any crooked fibers. After wearing if there are a few tangles, I lightly spray the nape with the 100% silicone spray. When I think it needs washing I spray all over (except the top), concentrating on the ends and let it sit overnight (although I don't know if that's necessary), Then the next day a quick bath in the sink with the Woolite, rinse clear, then let it soak with the fabric softener for a few minutes. If you have matting I think you will need to steam first to straighten as much as possible. All of my HD wigs look nearly like new. I have an Upstage wig that's about 4 years old and it looks great!Katie

While I agree that the hair quality is not top shelf and tangles easily, I've been able to keep the ends tamed with extra product that I have on hand. I've gotten so many compliments but the real WOW factor for me and others was the color choice. Martini, 101F48T with my skin tone was a surprise hit. Very Striking! I originally purchased this from a different site with a great discount but I am returning to Vogue to purchase another one. This is my favorite site to "window" shop so I do frequently support the website. I knocked off a star because, for me, the hair quality is average but the price is top dollar so not a great value per dollar. The cap is true to size, very light and comfortable. Styling is simple and flexible but need to use product to keep things under control. (leave in conditioner, argon oil, moisturizing cream and even a touch of fabric softener because the hair is synthetic material. No harm to the hair and it looks and smells wonderful 🙂 but it is work)! LOVE my color choice! I was looking for a grey that didn't seem "grey" in the standard sense and this color hit the mark. My advice is yes, I recommend this hair but with caveats regarding the efforts to maintain it. The payoff is the styling options and various looks, from under curl, flip, pony tail…etc.Angela M.

Just got this in shaded praline. It’s really gorgeous. This is an incredibly versatile style, so much can be done with it. It’s my first one, so i was pleased that the sides or top can be clipped back, it can be braided, i think it’s even just long enuff for a french braid.. Seems like a good way to desensitize me and everyone else to seeing me in it. I have a funny shaped head, with the circumference being average at 22, but ear to ear and nape to forehead, I’m petite. But this piece seemed like It fit just fine although I’ll probably use It Stays! Adhesive for confidence. Nylon caps and even The Hair Grip slide right off my head the moment I look up or around due to the odd shape of my skull i suppose. I may even use bobby pins or snap clips, since i do have hair to latch those on to. This piece is very high quality and feels, moves great. Buy with confidence, it’s a keeper and seems great for any face shape. If you want versatility… this is the one. The first one i bought didnt look right on me, so i sent it back and got this one.DK

This wig didn't fall right in the front and across the forehead and didn't present like the photo shown on website. Very disappointing and I had to return it. The style in the back and on the sides is just like how it appears in the photo. The color was also a good choice for me. Don't know if the problem I mentioned was due to a defect but I didn't want to pay the additional fees to exchange it for a replacement and pay another fee for shipping if I had to return it again.Faith

I bought my first at 50% to mostly experiment with professional cutting to a mid-size bob. Then I tried successfully loose curling with steam and rollers. I left it down and used small berets and claw clips to create different looks. All very nice and easy to manage. Wash every other week by turning wig inside out and swish around in synthetic wig soap or mild laundry detergent and cool water to keep curls in tact. Or use hot, tap water (not boiling water) to loosen the curls. You can straighten it using hand steamer and a comb. Curl again using hand steamer and curlers. Watch Youtube videos to learn how. Many possibilities even though this wig isn't heat friendly. I now love regular synthetics more than thick, over-coated, easily tangled heat friendly wigs. The lace part and cap is the best that I've seen with comfy (none bulky ear tabs). Ear tabs are well thought out for realistic. I would love for this to come in average size cap. I do make the petite work for me by using hot water to wash occasionally and drying on a foam head of 21.5" which is petite/avg…. so it stretches a little before applying to my head making it perfect fit.. not tight.Joanna E.

I was looking 2 custom cut since I don’t like many pre-cuts. 10/12 Sunlit Ches (matches description). Gabor’s color ring is accurate and the hair is fine/light and multi-dimensional. The color nearly matched my bio hair! Previously, I lost hope and bought a human hair wig Louis Ferre in Ginger Brown 50% off sale. After seeing many med brown colors, I found ginger nice so kept it because 50% off & make it my experimental piece, with hope! Ened up not liking L.F.’s thick hair. After deciding to keep it to customize, we tried "red out" with med brown neutral color to tone down. No damage done, but no change in color so lesson learned with pre-processed and Remy hair. Simple Flawless’s (All Gabor) lace front and mono tops are great. Fits my avg size head. Not shiny like with Jon Renau's & Raquel Welch's. I planned to cut it from its long glory to 14". But then I realized I don't like wearing "straight" on my shoulders at work. My coat on/off, cleaning/ stocking around the office causes straight hair to appear stiff/clumpy. Still hav 2 learn 2 prevent this. I cut it 2 med length. Make sure your stylist has experience with synthetics). I wore it for a wk after getting the 2nd cut and then decided to try curling it. I watched online videos showing a few folks using a curling iron (yes on synthetic!), steam curling and boil curling. I did boil curling last & it gave the best, long lasting curls.
