Right out of the box this wig looks really bad and takes some time and effort to shape. Definitely doesn't look like the photo. Rather than a "Mississippi Mudflap" mustache, the one you get is very square on all sides, is thin, and is shaped more like a long Asian mustache. The worst part is that the adhesive used to stick the mustache on ones' face doesn't stick well. I wore this indoors, in a climate controlled environment so wasn't really sweating like I might if wearing this at a large party or outdoors, and even then the mustache started coming off my face after about 10 minutes of use, and fell off completely after about 15 minutes.Mikey

I used to buy Joico #9 hairspray in bulk. I have used it for years. It had great hold, was not sticky and held up in the humidity and rain. The reformulation is terrible! Absolutely zero hold and smells terrible. So disappointed. Why change something that worked so well?!Disappointed
I have been using this faithfully for years now. I always spray the tresemme keratin smooth protectant into hair before blow drying, but if I choose to use a straightener, curling iron, waver, etc. afterwards, I don't trust that my hair is still adequately protected against that heat. I literally went through over $100 worth of products before finding a thermal protectant that I am able to use on dry hair without it making my hair wet again, weighing it down, or leaving it looking oily and unwashed and when I found this.. It was like hitting the jackpot! I have, thin fine hair and in able to spray this into blow dried hair without it wetting my hair and ruining the shape and volume I got through blow drying. I seperate my hair into sections, and I spray this throughout each section right before curling, straightening, etc. I wait 30 seconds and brush it through from roots to end just to make sure all my hair is protected.. It pretty much flash dries so when I brush it through, my hair is still completely dry. You might feel the slightest bit of stickiness but that disappears right when you brush it or after you take your hot tool to it. That slight stickiness is beneficial because it's what gives this protectant a slight to medium hold. I'm able to curl my hair with this in my hair and my hair is never heat damaged, never weighed down, though it's very thin and fine, and as hard as it used to be to get my hair to hold a curl.. Since using this, I haven't had that problem. It gives enough hold without making hair crunchy… I'm easily able to run my fingers through and seperate curls, waves without any difficulty or having the curl fall out. I still need to mist some texturizer/hairspray to finish everything off but only a fraction of what is need without this. Because not only does it do an amazing job of protecting hair and adding gold.. It also gives hair some texture and makes hair look very shiny after use of heat tools. I won't even think about trying a different heat protectant for dry hair. Yes, the smell is not the most pleasant but it doesn't linger in your hair eithermalinda.s

First off, I want to preface this review by stating that I am nowhere near an expert at drawing on my eyebrows! To be honest, the task intimidates me! I typically will overfill or under fill them! I had my eyebrows micro bladed, but it has since worn off. Upon receiving this product, I was initially hesitant to try it out! However, I was left amazed! Too Faced Brow Wig is truly an exceptional product! The whole process of applying the gel was so easy that it was almost effortless! I just swiped along my brow line to fill in. The tube comes with a small wand (like a mascara brush) and literally grips the hair to transform your brows! There was no mess and I didn’t need to “clean up” my eye brows as I typically do after applying pencil to them. I received the taupe color. Upon looking at the bottle, I was nervous that it may be too light. I have platinum blonde hair, but my eyebrows are much darker. However, this color matched my eyebrows perfectly! It is definitely darker than you would think, so keep that in mind when ordering! The bottom line is that this product is AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed trying out this eyebrow gel. I got the shade Medium Brown to test out. My eyebrows are naturally really sparse & thin. Sometimes filling in with a pencil can look a little harsh or unnatural especially if you don't do it light handed enough & one eyebrow comes out darker than the other then you have to use a spoolie to blend it out & take off the excess product. Also brow pomade leaves virtually no room for error & dries so quickly. I'm not that good at eyebrows to use pomade especially when I'm half asleep in the morning getting ready. This brow gel is easy to put on in the morning when I'm getting ready to take my daughter to school. It's faster, easier, & more natural looking than a pencil or pomade. This brow gel is long lasting too. I don't have to reapply it more than once in the day like I have to do with some eyebrow pencils. I definitely recommend this product.octoberk
This is an interesting concept. It reminds me of those spray-on hair fibers from the 70s. But srsly, kinda genius and innovative of Too Faced Cosmetics to apply this to the eyebrow market. I will say there aren't enough fibers to really add density, but the color is great and held up all day to muggy weather without bleeding. I look forward to an Extra version that contains more fibers. As it is, there aren't enough fibers to fill in bald spots or bulk up sparse areas. Adds very little volume/density. Also not so great at shaping. It has a super soft hold. And although you can build it up, I don't recommend it. It looks villain cartoonish built up. I prefer a light, natural finish. As long as you keep the application light, the finish is natural and beautiful. True to color. Great for those looking for a very dark brown that isn't jet black. I'll finish the tube for the color only but I don't think I'd buy this outside of this promotion since I need something that holds shape too.

Really love the product…HATE the scent. The scent lingers ALL day. I used it for a twist out/bantu knots on my natural hair and I loved the results. I used the product with minimal water. This application did not leave my hair dry or sticky. Also, applied it to my curly hair clip ins that are starting to dry out. It worked really well on those as well. But, THE SMELL…AWFUL. So I like the Doux’s foam and thought I’d try this wash n go product. It defines my hair really well but I think I used too much because it flaked when I broke the cast the next day. Also I have two different textures. The back is much denser than the front ans it didn’t last as long on the back as it did in the front. Love the foam… this not so much. Followed directions to a “t”- didn’t use any other products before applying, etc. Using it on both my daughters hair, I found it to be very flakey & dry the next day on one of their textures after drying (I had to co-wash her hair to get the flakes out…I had just shampooed & conditioned the day before) . The other, it did give her hold without flaking as much, but after day 2 I ended up using my go to products until I could wash her hair again. This may work for some, but not for me.
