I got this hair on the weekend of my birthday, and next week going to make it about a month. The first week it was so beautiful long, then it started to get tangles and matted. My solution for that was, I cut it , rub some synthetic wig moisturizing spray or fabric softener between the palm of my hands, run my hands all over the hair and then brush it. Horrible! I will never purchase from here again! I waited for my package to ship and didn’t receive any email communication. I had to call and get an update to find out that my order was held because one of the wigs was sold out. If I didn’t contact them, I wouldn’t have known! I had to cancel that item from the order. I specifically asked if the other item was in stock and the representative said YES. When I received the wig, it was not the color I selected for my first choice!
