I was so excited to receive this and try something new. I've been wearing Reese and Sky for a few years now, but wanted to switch it up a bit. I was so disappointed when I saw this. First, it looked like doll hair and the color was AWFUL! I normally wear either Irish Spice or Bronzed Brown. I ordered R3025S+ this time for a "highlighted" look, boy was I wrong. It looked like carrot orange. Well, lesson learned, stick with old faithful.Catherine I.
I loved the look of this wig but was hesitant to buy because of all of the bad reviews. There really are no wigs that look great right out of the box. All wigs need some sort of help. Here’s what I recommend when getting a new wig: take it out of the box and give it a good shake. Put it on and adjust the fit, ear tabs, and general placement. Finger comb it into place and then walk away. Stay away from any mirrors for at least 30 minutes or longer and don’t mess with it. This is important because when you do look in the mirror again you have “fresh eyes”. It will be easier to be more objective and not just reactive. At this point you can focus on what you do and don’t like and determine if the don’t likes are ‘fixable’. Change the part if needed, if there is too much poof, wet it down and finger comb. Don’t do any permanent modifications until you decide if you want to keep it. But give yourself time to evaluate the wig properly. For this wig, I wet the top, used my fingers to make a deep side part sweeping the bangs across my forehead and flattened down some of the poofiness on the top then left it alone to dry. I’m so happy I didn’t let the bad reviews discourage me. She’s a cute, sassy wig!jnut

First of all, it's thin af. I know it's short hair but a little more density would be nice. Secondly, it has a cone shape at the crown! And I know it was the wig, my braids are small and lay flat, plus the other wig from another brand that I ordered fit flawlessly. I'm taking a loss on coins and time here (I live overseas). Disappointed with Sensationnel.

I returned this because of two reasons…. 1. The color was not good…. It really is difficult buying wigs or toppers online. Oftentimes the color is so different than what is shown. I try to google other reviews of the color, but that doesn't always work. 2. There really was way too much hair on this topper that it felt heavy. It was just about perfect right out of the box. I did read about the base of the wig kind of showing in the front but I sewed an extra little tiny clip right in the front middle and that fix that problem. With some artful styling and a little practice it's has been sheer perfection for me. I love the fact that it has some side and back pieces that blend beautifully with my hair. I've had thin, fine hair all my life and was graying in my late 20's. I've been coloring my hair for 30 years and it's taken it's toll. Not to mention the huge cowlick I have on the backside! I have tried 3 colors and none of them work. I have medium blonde hair that should be easy to match. I kept the last one and finally tried it on. Whoever cut the bangs was a hack – sort and choppy! I have tried to put the bangs as far forward as possible and they still are too short, not to mention they look weird that far forward. Very disapointed.Lisa R.
I have a couple pair of these and just love them. They help me cover a high forehead and a thin crown since they are the fringe style bang and have hair in the back of the piece. I also dye mine since I can't get one of their stock colors to match my hair exactly. I buy a lighter shade, like the med auburn, and dye them. I do it myself or have my hair stylist do it when she colors my bio hair. The med auburn is very light – more like a light golden red. My hair is a true medium brown auburn. They color beautifully and hold the color. I have also curled them, cut them and washed them many times with no problems. I have fine, thin hair and I have no issues getting the clips to hold securely. I live in the south and it's hot and windy all the time. I've find them very comfortable and, even if I curled them, they hold up in the wind and humidity. Give them a try – I think you'll like them too!Tracy S.

I had to return the bangs. Very pretty color. Nice density. Not too thick. Unfortunately I find that many clip on bangs & wigs with bangs dont look realistic. The bangs start too far back on the wig or topper. The box came in disarray. It look like the journey to me at some point they fell out of the box and somebody tried to put them back in. It took a while to figure out the right color, but Raquel Welch 14/25 is perfect. I was concerned that a synthetic wig would look fake, but my critics (family) were very happy that it looks exactly like the hair I (used to) have only much thicker. I bought two different wigs, two toppers (one lighter to match my summer hair), and two faux fringes and I think I'm in good shape for awhile. Except that I really like the reddish blonde color…!
I've lost some hair due to alopecia. Wigs are too much for me. These R.W. toppers are perfect; texture, volume & length! I have several, and they are so light-weight & natural looking, I forget I'm wearing them & none knows I have added hair. Wish they would start making them in varied colors like shaded & rooted. That would be cool. A real value. Wigstudio1 specials are great, too.

I was so excited to receive this and try something new. I've been wearing Reese and Sky for a few years now, but wanted to switch it up a bit. I was so disappointed when I saw this. First, it looked like doll hair and the color was AWFUL! I normally wear either Irish Spice or Bronzed Brown. I ordered R3025S+ this time for a "highlighted" look, boy was I wrong. I loved the look of this wig but was hesitant to buy because of all of the bad reviews. There really are no wigs that look great right out of the box. All wigs need some sort of help. Here’s what I recommend when getting a new wig: take it out of the box and give it a good shake. Put it on and adjust the fit, ear tabs, and general placement. Finger comb it into place and then walk away. Stay away from any mirrors for at least 30 minutes or longer and don’t mess with it. This is important because when you do look in the mirror again you have “fresh eyes”. It will be easier to be more objective and not just reactive. At this point you can focus on what you do and don’t like and determine if the don’t likes are ‘fixable’. Change the part if needed, if there is too much poof, wet it down and finger comb. Don’t do any permanent modifications until you decide if you want to keep it. But give yourself time to evaluate the wig properly. For this wig, I wet the top, used my fingers to make a deep side part sweeping the bangs across my forehead and flattened down some of the poofiness on the top then left it alone to dry. I am 68 and have been wearing wigs pixie wigs for many years, but want a new wig with a little more fullness. I absolutely love this new wig and would recommend it to anyone. Unlike many of the other wigs that do not even resemble the pictures of the wig they purchased, this one looks exactly like the pictures on QVC. I only have one small complaint. The Med Red/Ginger is NOT red. It is more like a light brown with a little bit of red in it. There are a lot of us natural redheads that would love a short brighter red wig, such as Rachel Welch wig color "Glazed Fire". I would like to suggest that Hairdo and QVC start offering more wigs that are a brighter red for their redheaded customers. Even though I'm not thrilled with the color, I will keep the wig because it is very complementary to my face.grammiecc
