A must Buy!! By far this is the best Synthetic Lace Front wig I have ran across. First off let's talk about the quality the lace is perfect. It's comes pre-plucked with baby hairs. The hair is sooo silky and the Density of the hair is absolutely perfect!! For the price and the quality you simply can't beat it. Definitely will be repurchasing. Shipping was incredibly quick. Pre plucked natural density curling iron safe 100% hand tied ear to ear lace 5" deep lace frontal freetress equal illusion lace frontal wig 5" deep lace il-002 /b br br hair care instructions br br li before washing hair, brush out all tangles starting from the bottom and work up to the weft. li for curly hair: do not brush. finger comb to remove all tangles. li fill the sink or a large container with lukewarm water and add synthetic wig shampoo. li swish the wig in shampoo water and wash gently. li apply wig conditioner: allow the fiber to absorb the conditioner for a couple of minutes then rinse thoroughly. li gently squeeze excess water out of wig. do not rub or twist the wig. li pat dry with a clean towel. li place the wig on a wig stand and let air dry.

Beautiful wig in GL14/22SS. This blonde shade is perfect for my natural brunette skin tone (light to medium neutral leaning toward warm). It's not too warm, nor is it too cool, and it doesn't wash me out. I discovered Gabor recently and love the hairline and softly shaded roots of the shaded shades. The hair is soft and fine. It tends to be a face flopper on me, but I plan to train it back. My photo shows it clipped on the right side.Lydia S.
This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. She's going to be really great for the warmer months in particular. I'm very glad I bought her!Tricia L.
I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. Perfect color if you’re a brunette and you want to start going lighter and have it look natural. Will put a review on YouTube under “it’s a wonderful wig” since I love this so much. After a hysterectomy & menopause that followed resulting in 1/4 of my hair gradually thinning and trying every supplement including PRP treatments I realized preserving the hair I had was the focus, since after 5yrs and thousands of dollars later, the hair that had thinned was not going to grow back. I work in the medical field, at an Oncology / Bone Marrow Transplant Center so the topic of wigs is something I'm very familiar with. Many of the patients I work with rave about Jon Ranau wigs so I figured I'd give that brand a try. I've purchased a couple so far to ensure I have a new backup always on hand and plan to venture into other styles & colors but so far I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the cap/top & synthetic hair, style & color and it's so easy to maintain!
The wig was already thinning in the front when I got it and I can't hide this with bio hair because the lace is too long (can't cut the lace because it is the only thing gripping the front, there are no clips). I don't recommend this piece for people with small/low foreheads, maybe if you are completely bald with no bio hair it might work for you but not if you have pale skin because the knots are very dark and the lace is tan. I tried to straighten the hair on low heat and it made a melting smell, I question if all the hair is real. The cap is also extremely itchy and the lace is not soft (because the lace grips) so it is uncomfortable when it sits on my forehead. I would need to sew in clips and then seal off the lace so it doesn't unravel when trimmed, but for $2000 I would expect this to be of better quality. I own many wigs and hair toppers, I am always disappointed in Jon Renau but I took a risk because I liked the color. The Jon Renau brand is not carried much anymore because their pieces are just not worth the price. I am just going to have to stick with Uniwigs because at least I know what to expect and they are keeping up with the trends for comfort and affordability.LS
The hair piece is nicely made and the color was spot-on. I really, really wanted to like this wig. My overall problem was the style… and was in a few of the reviews I had read prior. The front part was over bearing and so much so that it wouldn't stay out of my face…. almost like there was too much hair. While I didn't try to style the piece or trim to see if that would make a difference (didn't want to do anything in case I returned, which I did), so it's possible I could have made it work. But I just couldn't get past the front portion of the wig and all the volume; I couldn't figure out what to do with it! I am not new to hair pieces, wigs and extension pony-tails so I am aware that some effort is-or-might be necessary, etc., but it simply just looked fake on me. I only deducted 1 Star because it might have been fixable but $300.++ I didn't want to take that chance so I returned. But overall, the wig is pretty and the cap is comfy. Good luck!Susie
