This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. This is really good quality hair for this price. The lace is incredibly thin making it look like it’s coming from your scalp. Easy to install and comes with a nice elastic strap attached to the cap. The cap is well made and breathable. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the lace is SUPER delicate. Because it’s thin it’s really easy to rip so be gentle when styling. I love Kristen FS26/31S6. It is my go to wig. I have my bio hair but due to Chronic illness, it wears me out to fix it. Bio hair is also very very thin on top now. I would give her 5 stars… however for me, the lace does irritate the skin after a couple hours. I am a redhead with very sensitive skin. Also, I have ordered several of this same wig, and they all have a little variance to them. I have learned how wigs are made and why that is. It is not a machine producing exact replicas. Omg.. how come I did not know about this website?! I wasted hundreds of dollars over cheap wigs from nearby stores to my house😖 After finding out about this online store a couple weeks ago, I finally decided to give it a try… although pricey, but tbh- these wigs hold their value at that price. You can barely tell it’s a wig! It looks super natural! It’s super soft! I just love it like a pet! 😂 One downside I would say is that it’s very sensitive to heat… I wore it the first day, and I was baking some goodies… and I opened the oven up and hot air swooshed in my face and I heard my poor new wig crunch! Yes it’s my fault- but it makes me wonder how long it can stay before drying up and becoming a complete bird’s nest when worn on hot summer days. I own many Kristens in different colors. Really a great style and comfortable cap. I had a really hard time debating on Kristen and Jamison and now that I have both I must say I much prefer Kristen. The face framing layers are great on my round face. I am sure the permatease is mentioned in many reviews and yes it's there but it's not bad. Rather than trying to press it down if you use a wide tooth comb to lift the hair up you won't really see it. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. Also the wig looks like its missing hair in the front. Its clearly visible that this is a wig. Stick with buying at your local beauty stores.
