This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. This is truly a yaky textured wig. It was easy to put on. I love the color and texture that I chose (DK Honey Brown). It does not have a high-shine look that reminds you of doll hair. The drawstring does not go all the way around so it can’t be drawn up tightly like a ponytail. I figure this is to provide a flatter fit along the hairline. I have washed it once and the curls have retained their bounce. It is heat safe up to 400 degrees so you can touch up the curls if you need to. I had to tailor the cap as my head is small in order to remove the bulk at the back, but that was easy to do since I have to do that with all of my pieces. I have worn this pulled up with a head wrap and bangs sticking out, down as a ponytail, as a full wig and at the top of my crown (aligned with the top of my ears) with a headband. I know it’s synthetic, but I’m hoping it lasts quite a while before beginning to tangle and have that “old matted look” typical of most synthetics. Ladies so far this one is worth having in your collection!Opal I.
