I was so excited to receive this and try something new. I've been wearing Reese and Sky for a few years now, but wanted to switch it up a bit. I was so disappointed when I saw this. First, it looked like doll hair and the color was AWFUL! I normally wear either Irish Spice or Bronzed Brown. I ordered R3025S+ this time for a "highlighted" look, boy was I wrong. It looked like carrot orange. Well, lesson learned, stick with old faithful.Catherine I.
I loved the look of this wig but was hesitant to buy because of all of the bad reviews. There really are no wigs that look great right out of the box. All wigs need some sort of help. Here’s what I recommend when getting a new wig: take it out of the box and give it a good shake. Put it on and adjust the fit, ear tabs, and general placement. Finger comb it into place and then walk away. Stay away from any mirrors for at least 30 minutes or longer and don’t mess with it. This is important because when you do look in the mirror again you have “fresh eyes”. It will be easier to be more objective and not just reactive. At this point you can focus on what you do and don’t like and determine if the don’t likes are ‘fixable’. Change the part if needed, if there is too much poof, wet it down and finger comb. Don’t do any permanent modifications until you decide if you want to keep it. But give yourself time to evaluate the wig properly. For this wig, I wet the top, used my fingers to make a deep side part sweeping the bangs across my forehead and flattened down some of the poofiness on the top then left it alone to dry. I’m so happy I didn’t let the bad reviews discourage me. She’s a cute, sassy wig!jnut

This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. Would probably have to thin and cut that into layers – it is very pretty but no one goes around with a big chunk of hair hanging down like that all day. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT
Cap is so comfortable. I had to cut on the bangs a little because they went directly into my eyes. However! The color more than made up for it. The eggplant shade is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the fall season! If your bio hair is or was brown and you are looking for brown yet with a twist of pow…. Choose this color! I have yet to be disappointed with the Raquel Welch brand wigs. Thank you Wigstudio1 for always getting my orders to me in such a timely manner. Makes me so happy to know an order is heading my way. I just wish I had discovered wigs many years ago when I started losing my bio hair would have saved me many tears when I was buying every product out there to get my hair back. I‘m a huge Raquel Welch wigs fan, it’s my favorite brand. And I had my eyes on this style for a while and think the stock photo looks fabulous. But it’s my first and last style in regular synthetic. I love the True2Life HD fibers by Raquel Welch, they look and feel like human hair. But these are just extremely shiny and it has a lot of hair! The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. But everyone tells me that this style looks like an old woman and I‘m just too young to look that old… 😅 Of course Wigstudio1 is not to blame, their service was first class, as always!Sarah C.

This is one of THE WORST wig I have ever purchased. It looks like a rat tail in the back it's so THIN! If I gather it up in a pony tail it's the size of a DIME. I'm not exaggerating! I spent the extra money to get the length, but what a joke. I'm going to have to ADD EXTENSIONS to get fullness. I'm sure I'll have trouble matching colors so I'll have to get some dye out as well. The color is totally off anyways. I ordered Chestnut and it looks auburn. While the back is super thin the sides are real thick and short. This hair is NOT supposed to have bangs or SHORT LAYERS, but it does. It frames the face starting at the chin. Not attractive on me thus why I didn't chose a different wig. Make sure and have the place you buy it from style and thin the sides before they ship. I couldn't find anyone locally to touch it because I didn't buy it from them. I called the place I bought it from and they wouldn't take it back just for styling. Luckily YouTube helped me, kinda. First time I've ever had to thin. Cut some lace but had some brown thread to try and hold it together. Not to worry, though. The KNOTS ARE HORRIBLY NOTICEABLE so the string blends in. I'm too scared to bleach and putting make-up on the part turns out looking awful. It arrived curly so I got my straighter out and was shocked to find SPLIT ENDS everywhere. And it has that RAZOR CUT look which really makes the split ends stand out even more. Not seeing that in the photos. Last but not least the LACE IS HORRIBLY STIFF and likes to roll under. Talk about scratchy and uncomfortable. After a couple hours the skin around my hairline becomes so irritated and red. HURTS! So in the end I've WASTED $1,200 on an art project. The hair is very smooth and you can run your fingers right through it. I had the Kim by Jon Reneau which has extremely sick denier. I have this bravo wig in the color R 11 S. It looks extremely realistic as though my hair had been professionally highlighted. I also find the lace front to be the best I have ever worn. The netting is so fine that I truly can barely see it. This is the first wig I have on where I do not feel the need to cut the lace. Although some may not like the thin density for the shorter length, I find it perfect for every day wear. I was looking for a wig that was short enough to be comfortably worn every day easy to tuck behind the ears, yet long enough to be pulled back out of my face. Also I would like to add that this week does not shed at all so I am expecting it to last quite a while.I gave this four stars only because I do wish there was slightly more hair in the lower back region of the cap.Patricia D.
I purchased this lovely wig approx 2 years ago & just recently “discovered” it still new amongst my other RW synthetics in boxes. I require a wig constantly & have been searching Human Hair options…so felt blessed to discover I already had one on hand!! VERY HAPPY with this piece…the cap fits beautifullly & molds to my head in lightness & supreme comfort…I have been dealing with the scratchiness of my synthetic “everyday wigs” for too long & RW Bravo feels like luxury on! The long layers are cut nicely & will allow for me to have a little bang cut in…which is what I-am waiting on before photographing it. The hair is very soft & feels better than my own ever did. I have been playing with it all morning…it is capable of either being styled with volume due to the long layers, or worn straight. The lace front is extremely comfortable & requires no tape or glue…I am 100% satisfied & happy with my purchase and will be ordering other styles!!R.Holmes

The most natural looking wig I have ever purchased. A friend who knows I wear wigs, asked if she was seeing my bio hair. I was wearing hand tied Center Stage with the lovely lace front when she sat across from me at a restaurant that day. Nothing more needs to be written to explain the 5 stars. Center Stage has the most natural looking 'part' and believable density. I currently have this in 2 different but similar colors. I am shocked to see negative reviews. All it takes is a little patience with water, spray and/or gel to fool even a best friend. I don't want to forget to rate the comfort level-also deserves 5 stars.NBS

This wig is so cheaply made I can't believe it. First, I have a small head and the wig just does not fit. The ear tabs don't stay even if you use bobby pins, they will be up to the middle of your head. Second, the hair is thinner than my hair in the back. If the wind blew it around people would see the elastic the hair (what little there is) is attached to. Third, there was not a receipt anywhere in or on the box so to return it I have to log onto my computer and print one, I have not looked yet but I assume I can still do that. What about people that do not have computers or printers, you can try to call customer service but I was on hold for almost 2 hours and still just music!! Unless you want to place an order forget talking to QVC. I have read other reviews about not reaching anyone, come on QVC you are better than this. Anyway we should not have to pay to ship this piece of junk back. Shame on the hosts too!over60
This was probably a cute wig but the sizing tags were unusable so I could not fit the wig to my head. I took it to my hair dresser who advised me that in addition to the sizing problems, the wig I received had been improperly styled as the right side of the rear behind my right ear was nearly cut off as was the left front in front of my left ear. It had been altered or this is a manufacturing defect. Since she could not re place the "hair" that had been removed before it was sent to me, she could not style it or fix the issues. She also told me it was shedding was so badly that she would recommend NEVER washing it and treating it as a costume wig (expect one or two wearings) rather than a real wig that one could wash and wear multiple times. I spent a lot of time trying to reach someone in customer service which apparently QVC no longer offers and will be sending this wig back as DEFECTIVE and MIS-DESCRIBED. QVC did not advise me it was sending a used or returned wig. QVC quality control did not catch an obviously defective wig before sending it to ano9ther customer. NO Cap and no net were in my package.qvciswonderful
Love my new hairstyle. This is a cute angled style and the highlights are stunning. I purchased Glazed Hazelnut, but found the color is more blended than my Raquel Welch's Boost wig that's in the same color. I feel Raquel Welch's wigs have more vibrant colors, but you pay for that. However, I was pleased that the hair feels very real. It's not too shiny so no powdering etc. is needed at all. The shipping was quick, wig came in a nice box wrapped in netting and filled with tissue paper. I am happy that this wig is very light and comfortable on my average-large head. For the price, I would recommend this one.Kathleen R.
