The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. I now own three Flirt Alert wigs, this is my absolute favorite for several reasons. I wear my wigs every day, all day. I need a wig that holds up well to daily use. I find the tangling and matting of the longer wigs to be unbearable! Well let me tell you…flirt alert holds up well!! She is soft and silky, bouncy and beautiful…the 4 inch nape keeps her from matting…I get so many compliments when I wear her. I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. I've played around with a few styles, staying mostly with bobs, which was close to my hairstyle before chemo and I was comfortable with. I decided to take the plunge and go for a shorter, easier style and came upon Advanced French. Ordered in a lighter color (RL 14/22, Pale Golden Wheat) as my own hair is mostly white and a golden blonde. The wig came and it immediately seemed to brighten my face and is a very youthful style, not that at 64 yrs. I want to look like a kid, but every little bit helps. I had it on when the husband came home from work and he didn't have to say anything for me to know he approved. Its fun, easy and for a short style, has some styling options. Just received my Big Deal in Shaded Biscuit. She was out of stock for a while, so I jumped on this order when she became available again, and I'm so glad I did! The fibers are silky soft with los of swingy, natural movement. She's comfortable and can go from daytime to evening easily. Big Time and Upstage are about the longest lengths I'll wear; anything longer jus doesn't look like me. I'm petite, for reference. Also, I have only brushed this wig upside down before putting it on. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was necessary that I let the public know about the unacceptable customer service that I received from True Glory employee Ashley. We all know that purchasing hair is a investment and you expect a great product. I purchased my hair from True Glory all the time. This is the first time that I received a bad wig from them. They charge over $200 for this wig. I believed I received a discount on it. However I did not pay money to receive a bald spot in my closure. There is no way that I can cover it up. I requested another wig and Ashley only offered me a $50 gift card. I work too hard for my money and I feel like this is total disrespectful to send me a bad product and after reviewing the pictures of the bad product you only want to offer me a $50 gift card. That is not right. All I want is for them to give me my money back or send me a better quality wig. I hope in the future that they will review the products before shipping them out knowing that they are not going to honor their mistakes. My worse experience buying a wig , I bought this wig the Saturday and by the Monday morning the front was coming off in my hand. I called the location I bought the wig they told me they can’t take it back because it was worn.
