I've been seeing other comments that the new formula isn't as good as it used to be that it's softer. I was using a different gel for my baby hairs that left a greasy shine and ended up breaking me out in my hairline. I started Using this gel solely for my baby hairs to lay them down and I love it. I have to say that when I first used this adhesive….I didn't like it. I thought it wasn't holding my lace frontal down. But the problem was that I wasn't using this adhesive correctly. Folks….This adhesive works great….you just have to know how to use it. Check out you tube videos on how the adhesive is supposed to be dotted along your forehead (in front of your hairline) then use your blow dyer on cool and keep it on the area you applied the adhesive until it turns clear…then re dot again for your 2nd layer and repeat same steps with the dryer. Trust me it works. It's all about getting the hang of it. Now I haven't tested out the adhesive for more than 1 to 1.5 weeks. It's just my preference to clean the lace and re-apply after a week has gone by. But otherwise it does last for that amount of time. I've gone roller skating and sweated hard and my frontal was still in tact. Just when I got home after washing my face…I tied my hair line area up with a scarf. My frontal was still laid thekiyah.j
This glue holds your lace very well. I don't have to worry about it moving or slipping. I used 4 layers and took my time to let it dry. Be very careful not to let any of your baby hairs touch the glue. Beginners should cut the lace before applying and draw a faint line to guild where the glue should be because it's strong stuff. I got this for the hold as I am an Elvis Tribute and have to use glue on my wig and sideburns. Other, lesser strength glues reacted with sweat and would feel as though they were losing their stick. I would say this is really for sticking a lace down for a few days rather than a couple of hours, so for me it's a bit of overkill. Saved me when I decided to grow my hair back in after bussing the back for 5 yrs. And honestly I wear my hair up alot so I needed something that would help make the awkward transition easier. I PROMOTED THIS PRODUCT WHILE WORKING AT A LOCAL SALON THAT HAD A LICENSING DEAL WITH LOREAL AND I TOOK SO MUCH HWAT FOR PROMOTING A PRODUCT THAT WASNT LOREAL THAT MY BOSS SENT ME HOME WITH A GEL FROM THE LOREAL LINE THAT SHE CLAIMED WAS COMPARABLE TO "GOT TO BE GLUED" AND IT DIDNT EVEN COME CLOSE. My son has fairly thick straight hair, and no gel has ever been able to stay in it for any length of time. It's like they just fall right out by the time we get where we're going. This isu the only one that works for him! My husband has extremely thick coarse hair, and he stole it to use as well. It does stay in so well, that it needs washed out.KMS702
I was so tired of purchasing weak eyebrow gels that would never hold my brows the way I wanted until I saw Ashley Graham's tutorial and I just RAN to get this! This is such an easy product to find, I believe I paid around $6 for a huge tube that will last a life time and the way it works is just wonderful. My brows hold up the whole day and just always looks the way I want! I've heard great things about this as a styling gel as well (which is what it's for) but I personally have never tried it for my hair.dayana.g

I tried this product for curiosity, because of it’s hype. It’s a white slightly sticky thick gel with a subtle sweet smell (no solvent smell at all). It has a strong holding power even for voluminous and thick baby hairs and eyebrows like mine. It requires a bit of practice to use it. Isn’t that messy. It’s easy to remove with water. I know this says heat protecting spray! however Don't use it for that!! LOL(I KNOW it says that but forget about THAT part). I spray this on my VERY WET dripping hair tumped over the bathtub JUST after finishing my 1 hour conditioning treatment under the microfibre towel. After rinsing the deep conditioner, I gently squish! getting rid of SOME excess water. Then I put on a hair de frizzing serum or cream (John Frieda feather light is good or similar). Then!! I spray this stuff ALL OVER My hair squishing and stroking the hair down and gently running fingers through the tips. This has been instrumental in getting my hair back in shape! LOVE the scent! LOVE how it makes my hair feel. I CAN See how people would say this would dry it out?? BUT!! If I can suggest you NOT use it as a heat protectant. I don't feel it does that AT all LOL!! But for helping to condition, defrizz!! Detangle! it's awesome!! I am back getting 2 more bottles!MissEllaneous
I've been seeing other comments that the new formula isn't as good as it used to be that it's softer. I was using a different gel for my baby hairs that left a greasy shine and ended up breaking me out in my hairline. I started Using this gel solely for my baby hairs to lay them down and I love it. I love the fresh clean smell it has and it's clear so it doesn't leave any streaks or cloudiness. It doesn't ball up and it dries matte unlike other gels I've used have left a oily shine that I don't care for. The hold on this stuff is amazing! It's hard enough to keep my baby hairs in place all day long but doesn't flake or disappear over time. I haven't used it for spiking my hair so I can't comment on that but for the baby hairs it's my new go to.Vero

So I brought this product to keep my wig on for a hen do so i didn't have to explain to anyone it wasn't my hair. It didn't last even 24 hours . when I emailed about the product they said that I needed the scalp protector before I used it also another 11 pound !! This adhesive rocks!.Once you get used to it's texture/consistency, you will love it. A little goes a long way. You can easily get 3 weeks of standard wear/hold time with his adhesive. It's easy to remove from your hairline and unit with a compatible adhesive remover. Make sure you do have good adhesive remover because this stuff adheres like no other. This bottle will last a long time. I plan on purchasing another one.rubyaj
Ive been using many different types of glues for years and this one has to be the absolute worst! It doesnt even hold for long. Itll hold for a few hours and then immediately come loose. I have done many types of wig applications and all my clients absolutely hate this glue.janasugg

I didn’t like this at all. I wanted to use it after curling my fine hair to give it some “grip” to hold the curls longer. I suggest using another texturizing spray. This one felt very heavy like it pulled my curls down. It was also quite wet and I didn’t feel like it dried. My curls fell faster than usual, I really didn’t like this product. My fiancé usually uses the got2b glued pomade in the yellow tube. It has very strong hold and you have to wash it out or you will have helmet head. This product, the spray wax, was awesome! Not as heavy as the tube version, and I was able to use it lightly to give my hair volume after the bath. The spray nozzle is great, it doesn't stream out, it distributed the wax evenly over the area you are spraying. It lasted all day and would be great for baby hairs or even eyebrows instead of soap. You get a huge amount for the price, overall I would definitely recommend this!tati.l
Bought this for my son but ended up using it myself! It has two nozzles, one for flexible texture and one for a stronger hold. The way it works is one nozzle let’s put more product at a time. It has a nice scent and dries down fast. If you over apply it, it can make your hair sticky, after all it is a wax spray, but it isn’t nearly as bad as other brands I’ve tried. If you’re looking for a textured look then I recommend you give this a try!kristey .h
