I have very thick hair. These clips did not work great in my hair. I would have gotten bigger ones to hold more of my hair. The only hair it would hold was my bangs back. They worked great in my 3 year olds hair that is very thin. I love that they come in a variety of colors. They are good quality and have not snapped on me even though I tried to use in very thick hair. I would recommend for someone with thin hair but not for thick hair.
