Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. I ordered the hair in the color #2 which actually matched my natural hair color perfectly. Unboxing the hair, it looked exactly like the model picture. I call this my Beyoncè hair because that’s who I feel like when I put this on. I love it so much and have received many compliments on it. My only issues are that there are only two combs (front and back) so I had to sew an additional comb on each side to make sure it was secure, it does tangle easily (two days of wear and it’s starting to look matted, but I did comb it out like a ***** when I first got it), and the tracks are scarce on the cap, which made it difficult for my to blend my real hair w the wig to make it look natural(hence the combing) but I finally figured it out. I've been wearing this wig for two weeks now. I adore it. It was super easy to cut into layers. I have very thick coarse hair. After a relaxer, my hair and this unit are the same texture. The hair is light and flows nicely. Others have said it's very long. It is long, but ss mentioned previously styles and cuts very easy. I've had some tangling in the back, but the tangles are easily removed with a brush. I have not noticed any shedding with the hair. The combs in the front and back are lengthy and very secure. Sensationnel’s Curls & Kinks line is hands-down the most affordable and natural looking synthetic wig line out! I also have the Heartbreaker which I get so many compliments on. I decided to leave my perimeter out and sew Alpha Woman down since we’re on lockdown due to COVID-19. I put it in two pig tails, spray the end with sheen spray, and roll the ends of each pigtail before binding it with a rubbber band to keep it from getting frizzy. So far, so good. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD.
