The halo I received has the clips on the outside and they are plastic . Halo on web has the clips hidden on the inside and not visible at all . Apparently they changed the product , when I inquired . I originally was on the fence about buying these hair extensions, because I have very fine and thin hair that won’t grow. I have tried almost everything out there to give me the hair that I have always wanted but it is always a let down and a waste of money. After about a week of looking at reviews on these extensions I decided to go ahead and purchase. I received them very fast and I could tell they are great quality. I really am pleased with these extensions, they look natural and make my hair look very thick. However I was disappointed because I still haven’t been able to get the fit right. All of the instructions on the site and that come with the extensions are for the old kind that had more clip fasteners. The new extensions come with different size of wire and you put the one on that fits the best, they are all to large for my head so I haven’t figured out yet how to work around this issue, when I emailed the company they sent me back a general email that told me how to fit the extensions, telling me I could use one of the other wires but I had already told them in my email that all of the included wires were to large. So I wish they would make a updated tutorial on how to fit the new version of extensions. As soon as I figure out how to fit them properly I plan on buying the 16 inch for a more longer look. I was really surprised how mush hair I got so I knew immediately it was money well spent ! My hair is shoulder length now / in the process of grooooowing it outtt ( takes forever) so I’m the meantime I wanted extensions that looked more realistic than my 18 inch clip ins. Because it is a lot of hair I’m still trying to figure out what’s the best way to curl it ( and to get it to stay )to match my natural hair . So far hot rollers worked best ! Amazing how mush thicker n healthier my hair looks with it 🙂 looks like I just got an expensive blowout every time I wear it . Color matches perfect ( I do have reddish tone in my hair ) I ended up cutting about an additional 2-3 inches to make it look seamless. Great packaging also ! I have purchased many brands of extensions and these are hands down the BEST extensions I have ever purchased. I bought the 20” length seamless extensions and the clips DO NOT slip, they stay in pace ALL day long. They also stay tangle free for HOURS! 🙌🏽 With other brands I’ve used I’ve had to brush my extensions out regularly because they tangle these do not tangle like the other brands I’ve tried. I actually ordered the wrong color for my hair. When I reached out to customer service their response time and customer service was exceptional. I actually live in SLC, UT where the extension shipped from and was actually able to go in person to color match which was beyond helpful. I purchased the original 22 inch clip ins and found that the color brown #3 was much lighter in person than shown on the website. I also felt that the seams might be too thick and noticeable, so I exchanged them for the seamless 20 inch clip ins. The shade #2 matched my hair color perfectly. The exchange process was easy, but what frustrated me is that there was a $90 difference in price, which should have been refunded to me. I only received a $10 refund, since the extensions were no longer on sale. However, these are once again on sale today, so it’s pretty frustrating that I had to pay full price for these extensions even though I’m getting much less hair than my original order. It seems like they are always on sale, so why not honor the price I originally payed?? The quality seems to be aligned with other extensions I’ve purchased in the past, but I have not yet worn or styled them. I like that the seamless weaves are much thinner and am excited to wear them on my wedding day. I love the clip ins. They are really easy to work with, but I’m still figuring out placement. I have a terrible cowlick pretty low on the back…so that’s tricky to navigate. I did cut one of the three clips down to piece around the area. Also, I have the wrong color. I had asked them to color match me awhile back but I’m much warmer than the 612. I was too worried the #4/613 would be too dark but I probably should have tried that. I got the 12” and I’m so glad I did because they’re still really long in the back. I don’t want the mermaid hair look…I just wanted a tiny bit of length but mostly volume. I’ll probably take them in for a trim. I ended up keeping them because the swatches they sent didn’t match either. I should have begged for a few other swatches before committing to the color. When I first bought this I got one in chestnut and I was so excited to put it on. It's very easy to put on and stays in place. It does start to feel heavy after a while. The first few times I wore this- it was really the boost of confidence that I needed. I like most people have been badly affected by COVID financially. I got so many compliments on how long and pretty my hair was! And nobody had a clue it was a halo extension!! Unfortunately after about 2 weeks of use, despite me taking very good care of it, I even bought a looper brush and some expensive spray from matrix that's specifically for extensions and it still started to look horrible! I'm not even currently using it anymore because the ends look dead and split! I understand it's fake hair but I was so excited about this and between the extensions itself and the brushes and sprays I spent about $150 that I can't even afford right now that I feel was all for nothing. I obviously can't return it. So I'm disappointed and sadKelly
I like this to put on to go out or just for a different look. I had to cut out my tight line extensions after a cancelled appointment & this was the best I tried as a temporary measure. There's no length in the box, 2 sales associates took it out of the box (with permission) and both said around 14-16"….they're 20". That's WAY longer than I want but I'll just trim it up. Staff was helpful, company should put length on box! Also, I find this feels fairly natural; I've washed and blown dry the Halo with no problems . It does tangle very easily, both while on your head and off, so be aware of that. Overall a solid purchase.Jami
I've wanted extensions for awhile but refused to have "tracks" put in. When I saw this product, I had to try it despite the negative reviews. The color I got matched my hair PERFECTLY. The extensions were way to long for me – it made me look like I had mullett!! So I took it to my hair stylist and had her cut it. She cut about 5 inches off and then added layers to it so it would blend with my hairstyle. I tried to curl the hair with 2 different curling irons and it would not curl. So I wet the hair and used those papers you use when you get a perm (lol) and 1 inch curling rods, let it dry overnight and it worked!! The band that secures it on your head is very thin so I bought some clear elastic and sewed it in with the current band. In my opinion, Unless you have stick straight hair, you cannot just take this product out of the package and put in on and expect it be perfect! You will need to make minor adjustments.ItsMe Hannah

it’s absolutely amazing! you can easily adjust the halo to fit the size of your head, and come with i pin tail comb and clip. You can easily apply heat to the hair but i would recommend over 200°c and when washing it i wouldn’t shampoo it as it can matte the hair so just stick with conditioner. i’d definitely recommend!Alexandra C.
