This is a lovely wig. I love that it's thinner and hand tied. I'm not a fan of the ear to ear lace. It tends to stick up around the ear tabs and you can see it. I've tried glue but it just cakes up on the lace and doesn't work anyway. I wish I had gotten the regular julianne with velvet ear tabs. I am so glad I tried the light version in the julianne before paying a ridiculous amount of money for the carrie light and realizing the lace ear tabs are terrible. If you have hair thinning or loss anywhere in the front, this will not work for you as you'll be pulling on those vulnerable hairs if you have any, yet it won't be enough to hold the piece in place safely, nor can you use adhesive on thinning hairs. Obviously the 3 front clips won't be of use if you have no hair in front; aybe you could remove all the clips and use adhesive instead if you have no hair. For me, with thinning hair, this was unworkable. I was excited about this item, but was left disappointed. Trying to be fair to the store, I kept the items (I bought two) rather than ask for another return. I shouldn't have kept them.Gerri
I have bought several regular January's in the past, and have always thought they had too much permatease, but would repurchase it because it is closest to the style and color I am looking for. This was my first January Hand Tied. I am pleased to say that it is exactly what I was hoping for. The best part is that there is NO permatease, which had always made it too hot to wear in the summer, and now I don't have to worry about wefts showing since there are none. The lace front on mine is fantastic in the color 14/25 – the highlighting and knotting is the best it's ever been. It is much less tiger-striped looking than it had been about 5 years ago. The hand tied January also has less density than regular January, so I only thinned it slightly in spots compared to my major thinning of regular January. Both versions of January tend to be less shiny than the straight versions of synthetics, which is a plus for me. The Jon Renau regular synthetic fibers last longer than the other brands I have tried as well.Brahm

About the site: I dont think the color ‘swatches' are enough to determine color and they should provide actual full photos of each color. Or at least have a link to a universal color key. I had no idea what T4/27 even means. Can someone explain why don’t they they at least tell you what color the model has on in the photo? About the wig: I ordered several of these because I was unclear about the colors. The T4/27 is mostly a brassy gold / copper color, some dark undertones at the root, but not enough to blend with my dark brown natual hair. In general the curls were not as defined at the photo. It's a lot of hair and I had to shape mine to my face and cut it slightly. Not sure how long it will last (I suspect two weeks with daily wear) before I toss it. I buy synthetic units to quickly change color or to wear under hats.J C.
I absolutely love this wig. I have been wearing it on and off forever. Once I receive it, I shake it and beat it to perfection. Apparently the color that I love is discontinued. This one did catch me by surprise. I always had the question: what if my Voltage was wavy or curly. This just hits that spot I crave of curls and wave all in a cute pixie style. If I don't feel like that, I simply smooth them down. It's easy to finger style, it's a shake and go, my favorite kind of hair. I am not as fond of the feel of the fibers as some of the other manufactures, but I don't feel that is worth taking a point off for. She is really cute, I never fail to get complements about my 'hair'.Taz's video describes it perfectly, plus the color is just as the video shows. I am pleased with my purchase of the Angelina synthetic wig. The color is vanilla cream. The wig fits good and has good coverage on the top, sides and back. I would recommend this wig for purchase. Not my favorite. In all due fairness, the color Pine Cone was too dark for my skin tone, and the wig is shorter then I prefer. So, basically I should have returned Kylie since I bought a wig that isn’t particularly flattering for me. However, even my husband (who rarely comments on my wigs), commented he felt the wig looked “wiggy”. I’ll be wearing this wig with a baseball cap when I go on my daily walks.

I ordered this piece because my hair is thinning on the top/front bang area, and my sides (by my temples). I've been trying to grow my bio hair out, and it's at a weird stage lengthwise, so I thought an integration piece would be great. This piece is a very nice, very well made piece by Raquel Welch. I ordered it in a light blonde, and as most blonde hairpieces, it was pretty shiny out of the box. I sprinkled some baby powder on it and that helped get rid of the excess shine (that makes it look wiggy). There are 3 clips on this piece to attach it to your natural hair. Very easy to use and adjust, and they held very well and the piece stayed in place. Just note, this is not a lot of hair, but just the right amount and most of it is focused in the bang and front side areas. It comes with a part in the middle, and if you want to wear the part off center, you almost have to cut the length on one side so it's even. I did trim the front length a bit because it was pretty long. It looks natural on, but would have looked better on my if my bio hair was a bit longer, so be sure you note the length. One thing I did find with this piece was it took a while to get it placed on my head so it didn't look obvious. I found it took more time to adjust the integration piece in with my bio hair than just popping on a wig, but this is more comfortable, so that's the trade-off. I would recommend this integration hair piece.
It only took a week for me to receive the wig here in Denmark really amazing. The description of the wig and the video really was a great help. Except for the colour which does not completely correspond to the colour in the photo. However I can use it anyway. Would have wished a bit fuller all around I agree with the other clients. However I found a solution which might be helpful to other women. I have already a wig which covers the top and back of my head. I just put the Chameleon on top of my other wig .Result: Both top and back of my head are now fully covered and the bang completes the impression. This is a brilliant start if you are going thin on top. My hair is just getting so thin on the top and front top of my head that not only does it look awful and sap my confidence, but I get a sunburn scalp if I don't constantly wear a hat. My hair is colored Chestnut or Chocolate Brown (a mid-brown) and I got R10 (without using a color sample) and the match is almost perfect. The difference is so slight that it just looks natural and my husband still hasn't noticed that my hair is suddenly thicker on top!!! I'm going to wait and see how long it takes him to twig that something's different! I recently bought this wig because my hair is getting extremely thin especially in the back as I have been bed ridden for close to a year. I was a little skeptical of the color, #60, because it’s very difficult to choose from a tiny picture. I must say I was very surprised when I opened the pkg it matched my own color almost perfectly. This one did catch me by surprise. I always had the question: what if my Voltage was wavy or curly. This just hits that spot I crave of curls and wave all in a cute pixie style. If I don't feel like that, I simply smooth them down. It's easy to finger style, it's a shake and go, my favorite kind of hair. I am not as fond of the feel of the fibers as some of the other manufactures, but I don't feel that is worth taking a point off for. She is really cute, I never fail to get complements about my 'hair'.Taz's video describes it perfectly, plus the color is just as the video shows. Please be aware that the picture of the color 18/22 does not really accurately portray it.
I am pleased with my purchase of the Angelina synthetic wig. The color is vanilla cream. The wig fits good and has good coverage on the top, sides and back. I would recommend this wig for purchase. I do not have a good camera to take a picture, but I can say, it does look like the picture on the Vogue website. Thanks VogueMarta H.
Not my favorite. In all due fairness, the color Pine Cone was too dark for my skin tone, and the wig is shorter then I prefer. So, basically I should have returned Kylie since I bought a wig that isn’t particularly flattering for me. However, even my husband (who rarely comments on my wigs), commented he felt the wig looked “wiggy”. I’ll be wearing this wig with a baseball cap when I go on my daily walks.
