This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT
Cap is so comfortable. I had to cut on the bangs a little because they went directly into my eyes. However! The color more than made up for it. The eggplant shade is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the fall season! If your bio hair is or was brown and you are looking for brown yet with a twist of pow…. Choose this color! I have yet to be disappointed with the Raquel Welch brand wigs. Thank you Wigstudio1 for always getting my orders to me in such a timely manner. Makes me so happy to know an order is heading my way. I just wish I had discovered wigs many years ago when I started losing my bio hair would have saved me many tears when I was buying every product out there to get my hair back. I‘m a huge Raquel Welch wigs fan, it’s my favorite brand. And I had my eyes on this style for a while and think the stock photo looks fabulous. But it’s my first and last style in regular synthetic. I love the True2Life HD fibers by Raquel Welch, they look and feel like human hair. But these are just extremely shiny and it has a lot of hair! The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. But everyone tells me that this style looks like an old woman and I‘m just too young to look that old… 😅 Of course Wigstudio1 is not to blame, their service was first class, as always!Sarah C.

This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. This is really good quality hair for this price. The lace is incredibly thin making it look like it’s coming from your scalp. Easy to install and comes with a nice elastic strap attached to the cap. The cap is well made and breathable. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the lace is SUPER delicate. Because it’s thin it’s really easy to rip so be gentle when styling. Highly recommend, communication was also good. Be mindful that hair will probably take a little long to reach you tho.Tatyana T.
