My daughter is very petite and had a tiny head and it honestly doesn't fit that well on her. She constantly has to keep adjusting it. I bought this costume for my daughter. she's 2 and a half, but I read that the costume runs small so I purchased the smallest size (4-6). the dress fits her well, the tights and the arm warmers fit her a little loose and don't seem like a very lasting material but I wasn't planning on using them anyway. The wig had a large space that was completely exposed so no matter now it was worn, the netting was showing . It’s pretty bad. Large is bigger then the usual 12/14. (It is a costume after all) It does have a tie to adjust it. If you are short, be advised that this dress will come to the ankles. It is really long! It is pink on the back. It would have been nice if it were more fadded and not so bright. (It would be nice if the pattern was all the way around) But, anyway. Should have listened to the other review. I knew I was going to have to take it in some and maybe shorten it a little because I am a medium. But, they didn’t have a Medium. Don’t buy this is you are short because it is to the ankles. I don’t have to make it shorter a little, I have to shorten it a lot! The back is bubble gum pink. I can live with that part but the rest is not even close. Plus, it ties in the back so you can make it as tighy as you want but the waist is low. Like, on the hip low not waist. It is pretty bad.
