Wow! I bought this costume last year and realized it was completely inappropriate and problematic. The Day of the Dead is a historically significant holiday in Mexico. Wearing this costume exploited elements of that culture without actually acknowledging its history and its rich meaning. This costume reduces a complex tradition into a flimsy outfit for one-time use. I'm giving this costume one-star because Halloween is all about having fun and enjoying ourselves-but it doesn't have to be at the expense of cultures, histories and entire traditions. If you want to celebrate the Day of the Dead I recommend learning more about it and it's meaning, instead of wearing it as a costume because you think it looks cool.Haha

Clearly, I accidently judged a book by it's cover. And I judged the photo comparing it to the actual product. It's amazing how it fits but of course the long pieces on the sides are rather short and you get two long strands of hair in the front. I'm guessing with a little styling I can make it look like the photo but I was really hoping to buy a wig that compliments my face. This wig is honestly JUST there. A good 8 out of 10 rating from me. My daughter tried it on and it insatlty ripped she is a small 13 years old and got the xsmall. The jacket was missing and we didn’t get it. The shorts are incredibly short and too inappropriate for kids and even women! The shirt was a crop but the printing was horrible and when I washed it It came straight off in the washing machine. I bought a costume from this site last year in the same size (which is the same size I buy everything else in) and this costume was so small I had to literally cut the shirt off to get out of it. Arrived today and hat and gloves fit but pants and shirt are one a size medium than XL. I can't even get the shirt on and I'm technically a M in their size chart but got an XL to be baggy. Pants are stretchy waisted so I can squeeze them but the velcro closure on the side of the pants doesn't stick either. Debating on returning it or using my sewing machine to modify it to it fits me. I just got my costume today and I'm so not disappointed!! I got a 2x size. I usually wear a 16/18 pant and extra large shirt. Waist line is 40in, hips and chest are around 50in and it really does show off your curves. It fits perfectly! I got the bright pink petticoat that was sold separately which gave it the perfect look. Everything fits, the wristlets, the stockings which stay up, the lil coat and the dress. The choker is a little small but I'll make it work. It's so hard to find cute sexy costumes for bigger woman and the reviews had me worried but I'm glad I bought it! I have a larger chest DD and it fits those as well. I'm very happy with my purchase. Purchased this item in a 2x. I usually wear a xl or 1x. Outfit arrived ahead of schedule nice but once received I was disappointed. Cup size was maybe a B. Zipper in back would not stay up. I purchased this for an even. So I just altered the outfit by adding a clasp to keep zipper up and a bra to help keep the tiny cups in place. Plenty of stretch in material for a much larger person. Over coat was itchy but washed an adjusted it as well. Also had to remove 5 inches from the ribbon in the middle to make it look ok.Awkward

I’m originally a 5x, but I ordered an 8x just to be sure it fit because I was worried about the waist. The main part fit nice and loose. The arms were way too big and kept falling down. The wrists area was the the same size as the bicep, which was weird. The collar was too tight for me. The leggings fit alright, but I felt that they would roll down as I walked.Anonymous
