Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site. Julianne is one of my favorite wigs. The hair is very full and so soft she reminds me of the Neesha's units which I also absolutely love. I receive a lot of compliments on this unit every time that I wear her out. My husband also loves this unit. I have this one in a neutral color but i want to try it in other color. Saying this unit is beautiful is an under statement. I fell in love with this one on first sight. It was better when I received it. The color (Chocolate Swirl) is rich and gorgeous! It does have layers and volume (so if you don't like big hair, this might not be for you). The fit is a tad snug but not so tight where I could experience a migraine from it. I made a middle part and a side part and it looked perfect both ways.i didn’t have any tangling either. I’m surprised I hadn’t heard about this wig before. It’s a well kept secret. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
