I would not have purchased this style had I known the correct specifications. Since I read the reviews about the poor customer service when requesting a refund I found a way to secure the wig to my bald head. I scarf tie is cumbersome. I thought it a stretched band and not a long loose tie. I love the braids but I don't care for the tie thing. 17. Sensationnel Half Wig N Pony Wrap Instant Up N Down Ud 12 (1)
Product Details:
Dividing hair into two sections (top & bottom). (half wig) insert the front comb, hold the cap down, and insert the back comb. secure both sides of the cap using bobby pins. tie your top section into a high ponytail (tie with a small portion of the half wig for more volume and secure fit) and make sure the half wig is covered. (pony wrap) insert the comb between hair and ponytail and secure with bobby pins. wrap the hair around and secure with bobby pins to hold the wrapped hair. maintenance gently detangle the hair from ends to roots using a paddle brush or wide tooth comb. turn the wig inside out and wet the hair with lukewarm water from the top (cap) to reduce tangling. apply shampoo in a downward motion and rinse until the water runs clear. do not rub the cap when washing. turn the wig cap back and repeat above steps with cold water when applying conditioner. gently squeeze out the excess water and pat dry with towel. do not roll or rub the hair into a towel. place the wig on a wig stand and air dry. apply a small amount of hair lotion or serum, as needed. if applying glue or tape, be sure to only apply on lace material.

This piece seemed very promising but the pieces do not have much security. You will need to add Bobby pins to make it feel somewhat secure. Additionally the back piece is huge and doesn’t sit on the back of my head right. It feel like a large hat is fallIng off my head in the back. Even when I put my ponytail to the front of my head, the back piece feels so big and baggy. I just wear the ponytail and not the back piece. I purchased in color 1 which is super black and wore with a headband since my edges are not super black (1b is more natural black).
