I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was necessary that I let the public know about the unacceptable customer service that I received from True Glory employee Ashley. We all know that purchasing hair is a investment and you expect a great product. I purchased my hair from True Glory all the time. This is the first time that I received a bad wig from them. They charge over $200 for this wig. I believed I received a discount on it. However I did not pay money to receive a bald spot in my closure. There is no way that I can cover it up. I requested another wig and Ashley only offered me a $50 gift card. I work too hard for my money and I feel like this is total disrespectful to send me a bad product and after reviewing the pictures of the bad product you only want to offer me a $50 gift card. That is not right. All I want is for them to give me my money back or send me a better quality wig. I hope in the future that they will review the products before shipping them out knowing that they are not going to honor their mistakes. My worse experience buying a wig , I bought this wig the Saturday and by the Monday morning the front was coming off in my hand. I called the location I bought the wig they told me they can’t take it back because it was worn. Ok I decided to fixed it myself because it was my $ Hard working $350 ,I washed the wig my God that was not good idea the wig wouldn’t comb out . These hair or not the same as 5 years ago . Do not buy this wig it tangles and shed really bad. Unfortunately I couldn’t get my money back because I colored it but even when coloring hair it doesn’t cause it to tangle like this. They offered me a 150$ gift card to there store but i refuse to buy anymore hair from them. Hopefully this saves someone from this headache I definitely just took a 300$ lost.
This is my first wig purchase from True Glory. Years ago (2013/2014) I purchased bundles which were high quality in texture from the original store near Smyrna. THIS WIG PURCHASE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING AGAIN. Three weeks in and sleeping with a satin bonnet, I noticed the hair is unruly and tangling at the nape. Upon receipt I thought perhaps a gentle washing and deep conditioning would soften it. No success. I’ve never had hair I couldn’t run my fingers through. As much as I wanted to love, this overpriced tangled mess that also sheds is not a recommendation.Jenita B.
This is my first wig from TruGlory and I’m very disappointed in the quality. I can’t even wear it. I got this wig colored and it revealed its true quality. The wig had 4 different textures of hair! And the closure part was course and atrocious. I’ve purchased bundles from Tru Glory and had them colored and the hair was perfectly fine. Won’t be ordering again

Very Disappointed. I have been sending clients since 2013/14 and there's been a decline in the quality. Especially with the frontal units. Its very thin to make it look fuller is seems they used the technique of adding shorter hairs to lift the longer hairs. Its thin at the ends and seems to have the equivalent of 1 and 1/4 bundles of hair. Will not purchase again or refer clients.APRIL B.
The best part is having my wig customized to make it look more natural. The hair is very pretty and silky and light weight. It appears to have good quality. It doesn't tangle so far, it's been 9days. I love mayvenn hair. When I was stationed in Washington state I had a stylist introduce me to the hair company.
